Hey guys I would like to thank Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals and NurseGray for allowing me to log this product. Thank y'all for having faith in me while I finished up my other log.

Ok guys here is the plan right now I'm about 194lbs at 6' tall. I'm aiming to drop some body fat while trying to gain some muscle. I'll start dosing 1 cap in the a.m. after breakfast. Maybe after a week I'll move to 2 caps a day, I'm not wanting to kill my tolerance off the bat want to see how I react.

Hahaha!! Im going to be logging HiTechs Synadrene so itll be interesting to see how they stack up to each other!
Dude I'm interested in that as well and how this muscle gain fat loss is gonna work out.

This is for yesterday my first dose, I took 1 cap after breakfast. I felt amazing and had a great energy throughout the day. Also the
appetite suppression really helped me out!

I'm going to go ahead and bump it up to 2 caps a day. 1 after breakfast 1 after lunch. I'm about to take my 2nd dose and head to the gym.

Ok here's my workout to add to day 2. I dosed 2 caps total, 1 after breakfast the other after lunch as a pwo. I have never sweat like I did in my workout today! I had a very nice strong pump and a great lift!

Day 3:
I found out not to dose after 3:30pm, I had such a hard time falling asleep last night, then the kids were acting up. Ugh what a night. I dosed 1 cap right after breakfast and the other right after lunch. Of course off the bat I've noticed the increased energy, not to bad like I drank a stiff ass pwo but feeling pretty energized! The appetite suppression is pretty crazy, I've never taken a fat loss supplement before. I no longer have raging urges for food but when it's time to eat I can still eat what I need.

Yesterday was a rest day and a much needed one. I'm loving the energy I have during the day with this product. The appetite suppression is kinda hard to control at times. Either way I think I'm doing good bulking while losing some BF.

I'll be hitting the gym later today, excited to hit the gym.

Interested. Seems to have quite a bit of appetite suppression. That will help with weight loss, but what about an increased metabolic rate?

The appetite suppression only last a short while, that's during the morning. I've lowered my dosage to 1 a day with breakfast.

Thanks man I actually enjoyed the workout but then later got sick on Chipotle. Honestly that's the last time I'm eating there..

I've been on and off sick with the product to be honest. I got really sick from some food I ate. Then after that anytime I take the pill I'm on the toilet for a couple of hours. I was trying to make certain it was the product before posting. I guess something in the pill doesn't sit well with my stomach. I had a similar experience with a pwo that a bunch of DMAA in it.

Overall the product was great. I was able to add mass while maintaining the same or lower body fat. I liked the mental alertness of the product. I'll post my final review today of the product.
