I started my wicked log Monday and boy do i feel weird on it. Great strength and power but I felt very weird in the head. Can't explain it but it's just A weird stim feeling. Awesome pumps so far.

Yes so far my pumps are real. I did biceps yesterday and boy did my arms feel full. Today I worked our abs and my stomach popes out hehe. A far as focus still felt funny in the head. It could be the 1-3 dimeth. I will let you know how my shoulder work out goes .

Today is chest and back . Was out of town for a wedding so didn't get to workout for few days . I will see how I do today.

My pumps were freking amazing. I'm already sore and boy it feels good. Focus is on point getting use to the stim . My pumps are amazing. Didn't have time to take pictures so tomorrow I will see if I do. Strength is on point and possibly from the creatine .

Today is shoulders and jam strings and I am pumped . I can handle two scoops like a champ now.

wow today's pumps were fantastic today along side my energy. I worked out chest and back and boy was it awesome. Have to take it easy with tendonitis the doctor said. This week I felt stronger compared to last week on phase 5 of mi40 extreme .

Damn my quads and biceps are sore from yesterday's workout. The pumps were amazing with veins sticking out like crazy .

It's not as bad. I think I could have been when I first took it and just was over whelmed. Today I did shoulders, triceps and ham. Pumps were for sure there. One thing I noticed is my right arm is a tad weaker. So far so good. Awesome lifting.

Yesterday was abs and I was pounding them out like it was nothing. Energy was awesome for my workout yesterday. I did rounds for 16 minutes and got threw 3.5 rounds .

Today I smashed shoulders . Yesterday I did quads and biceps. Pumps are out of this roof. Got hit on by a old lady today on how nice my veins were. I noticed I don't get the lactic acid burn as quick

Ate clean the week. Pumps still there . Got tons more acne now though since on it, not sure what caused it because I didn't changed my routine or food only added this .
