About me

Currently 5 Weeks out from The West Virginia Mid-Atlantic bodybuilding show, and will be using finish line to help sustain my training towards the final weeks of prep. With 25 Servings this should last me all the way up to peak week when I have to cut artificial sweetners and some supplements. This should be a great product to gauge my training, endurance, recovery, and performance to bring my best to the bodybuilding stage. I will be competing in open bodybuilding and open classic physique.









Weight is sitting around 157.6 and I will need to get to 154.5 to make the LW Cutoff for bodybuilding. Classic Physique is based off height.

If my food is tasty, You all eat FAR more then I do on a daily basis.. Especially under 4 weeks out.
It is not hard..

Pretzels crushed up with a dash of breadcrumbs and a few egg whites
coat chicken and bake
super simple.

buy a low carb sweet and sour sauce at grocery store.
done.

That consists of a matter of 1 minute.
Crush pretzels with breadcrumps. Dunk chicken into eggs and put in a skillet or throw in the oven.
Done deal.
Cook your rice on the stovetop it takes 5 minutes (instant rice)

You guys have meals for 3-4 days and leftovers for the boys.

You guys say my food looks good. I am eating next to nothing around 1400 kcals a day.
You guys can easily make all of this and FAR more with your caloric allotment.

IForce Finish Line Rainbow Sherbet



Taste

Rainbow Sherbet – Wow.. Just WOW. This reminds me back in my childhood days of opening ½ gallon rainbow sherbet tubs and eating right out of the container. Iforce does it again with their flavoring. This is a replica of rainbow sherbet you buy at the grocery store. There is no other way to put it besides Iforce nailed this flavor. IMO They have one of the best lemon’s on the market, and they are known for great flavoring. This is just another great addition to their lineup.



Mixability

I have to say I have never had an issue with an Iforce product. Heamvol & Protean both have always mixed with ease. I did have a slight clump when I tried a sample of max-out, but it was a bit hard before consuming. Which probably did not help the cause. Most of the powders are extremely fine and mix with ease. This is yet another formula that does that even with a 25g scoop.

I used 24oz of liquid due to how large the scoop size one. I personally enjoy more liquid with mixing my drinks, and have always done so. The flavor is still strong.
