Spartan Andromax + OL DMZ (OG) Stack & Log

After much debate, I figured out and started a new stack. I enjoyed the bulking lifts and gains (although minimal) from my pre-summer workout and wanted to get back to it. So here it goes:

Weeks 1 & 2 - 5 caps Spartan Andromax & 5 caps Spartan Hercules
Weeks 3-8 - 8 caps Spartan Andromax, 5 caps Spartan Hercules, 2 caps OL Dymethazi9e (20mg 17b-hydroxy-2a-17b-dimethly-5a-androstan-3-one-azine)

I'll be taking 4 caps (two twice daily) Spartan Shield and my usual vitamins & fish oil (will increase 2-4 fish out tabs a day)
I always use creatine and won't be taking it out of my diet & routine.

Starting weight - 196lbs, approx 14% bf
Current PRs - 255lb bench, 395lb deadlift, 335lb squat, 170lb OH Press
3000-3200 cals/day (Maintenance is around 2800)

Quick note, I'm going to be doing a lighter weight to start my squats. I need to focus more on the depth as I know I was cheating it to get to a higher PR before (385lb).

Monday 8/22
Squat

285x3 (going for most I can handle with proper form this set)
200x8 (going for most I can handle with proper form this set)

Bench w/pause at bottom

Chin-ups 8x3 + single arm DB bench 60x10each arm x 3 + BB Curls 65x10x3

Tuesday 8/23
Incline DB Press
Squeeze Press - 30x12x3 + Flat DB Fly -30x12x3
80x8x1 + Flat DB Fly 30x12x1
100x5x1 + Flat DB Fly 30x10x1

BB Lunges + BB Rows
Lunges - 95x5Ex3, 85x5Ex1, 65x5Ex1
Rows - 95x15x3 (only combo w/first set of lunges)

Next three are done with basically no rest in between
Cable Tri Push - 120x10x3
Cable Overhead Tri Ext - 100x10x3
DB Skull Crusher - 15x10x3

Follow up with max reps for each, and do core in between sets for "rest"
Cable Tri Push - 120x28x1
Cable OH Tri Ext - 100x21x1
DB Skull Crush - 15x17x1

Core work

BB Curls (cheat if you have to, just get the weight up... I didn't have to swing too much with these heavy starting numbers)

Pronated BB Row+Lat Pulldown+Cable Low Row+DB Shrug (little rest between each)

DB Shrugs - 100x10x3 (3s hold at top of each shrug)

DB Curls + BB 21s + Pistol Squat (little rest between each)

DB Curls w/core work between each set for rest

I missed posting for a few days, have a lot going on personally (selling/closing a business) but I promise to keep this updated. And although the workout logs are behind, I'm entering the 4th week today. All I can say is this $h*t seems to be kicking in! Although I'm not pushing crazy new weights, the ability to complete and then do some more is outstanding. Can't wait for another week or two to probably break through some barriers.

At this point of the log, I have completed 2 weeks Andromax + Hercules only. Feeling good, but nothing I probably wouldn't feel in a normal good day.

Week 3 and it's time to add in a capsule twice daily of DMZ. Also, I'm not sleeping that great. Could be stress, but I don't feel like that would cause me to wake up almost the same time every night and have a hard time falling back asleep almost every night.
