After much debate, I figured out and started a new stack. I enjoyed the bulking lifts and gains (although minimal) from my pre-summer workout and wanted to get back to it. So here it goes:
Weeks 1 & 2 - 5 caps Spartan Andromax & 5 caps Spartan Hercules
Weeks 3-8 - 8 caps Spartan Andromax, 5 caps Spartan Hercules, 2 caps OL Dymethazi9e (20mg 17b-hydroxy-2a-17b-dimethly-5a-androstan-3-one-azine)
I'll be taking 4 caps (two twice daily) Spartan Shield and my usual vitamins & fish oil (will increase 2-4 fish out tabs a day)
I always use creatine and won't be taking it out of my diet & routine.
Starting weight - 196lbs, approx 14% bf
Current PRs - 255lb bench, 395lb deadlift, 335lb squat, 170lb OH Press
3000-3200 cals/day (Maintenance is around 2800)
Quick note, I'm going to be doing a lighter weight to start my squats. I need to focus more on the depth as I know I was cheating it to get to a higher PR before (385lb).
