Hi this is gonna be my first log and I'm also in pct right now off of 1-andro, epiandro, and radarine.

I've already started Follidrone as well as my other supplements and SERM for my pct.
Plan is to run Follidrone 1 capsule Am, 2 capsule preworkout 30 days. I'm also running Clomid/Ralox won't be listing these dosages just noting usage of them. Super Pct, and a natural test booster.

Goals are primarily to gain strength. Secondary goals are adding muscle/weight.

Starting weight 207 I will also list some of my lifts prior to starting Follidrone I've been running it for a few days now and would like to log it for fun.

August 28th started Follidrone/pct was really making good gains towards end of cycle I had done on mon/fri a bench/squat split and Wednesday a deadlift day. Sat or a day in the week for extra accessory work. By end of my cycle put bench max around 240-250 had hit 205 for 6/6/6/8 and 210 for 6/6/6/7 haven't 1RM even yet, squat not sure had done 275 6reps 3 sets and 11 last set. Deadlift max was 365. I really think it's doing wonders because all of my numbers have gone way up last 2 weeks.

I feel like the Follidrone is really continuing my cycle despite running phs/sarm for almost 12 weeks I'm really shocked I always heard how much strength you lose during pct or it's hard to Keep weight on but I'm gaining weight/strength.

I've been feeling incredibly strong don't have that on feeling like when I was on cycle but have even better strength somehow it doesn't make sense.

Didn't experience any sticking point or slowing of my barbell path on first rep especially it was super clean and easy.

325x10 decided to work some reps instead of upping the weight, btw most I've ever squatted is 345 trying to get to 405 but I think I'm right there.

Crazy haven't really worked my shoulders out last 2 months at all except 1 workout here and there benching keeping them strong!

This Follidrone I swear idk if it's just it or if I'm firing on all cylinders bc like I noted I'm in pct and I'm getting stronger faster than I was on cycle kinda makes me regret being on cycle. I do know that my strength is really going up fast and I def think Follidrone has something to do with it!
I don't have any feeling of being on something but I'm just able to up my weights and keep gaining strength and weight during pct.

Monday Squat/Bench Heavy Day

Feeling good today def a little sore from my extra workout on Saturday normally I'm
Not sore at all from working out really. Incline bench press left my chest feeling sore, and pause squatting was stupid on Saturday lol but it's ok I worked through it today.

Messed up my form slightly, 1st rep went up pretty easy with good speed but on 2nd rep I had a Unstraight bar path so I really struggled to complete 2nd rep friend gave me little help to bring bar back on path but I kinda burnt myself slightly on that lift.

Objective is to hit 255 for 4 sets of 2 I pushed myself a little bit too much today I had done 230 4x4 and thought 255 would be obtainable but I tried a little too much I never usually miss reps or pick bad weights upset that I made a stupid decision lol

Super happy about my squats so much so that I could care less about messing up on bench at least right now lol. Chasing 405 and its def there well within reach thinking 425 at least I'll move up to rep 400 on Friday most likely.

Need to figure a better way to warm up I took so much time doing these heavy singles my legs were noticeably fatigued and felt like rubbery by the time I hit 355! Wanna be able to jump up by 20-30's or something like this so I can test my max next week.

Def gotta give Black Lion Research and Follidrone a lot of props I'm really surprised how well it's helping me people think I'm on cycle!! Also like I mentioned before I was sore today and the weights felt a little heavier than normal, so far couldn't be happier I wanna try and extend my cycle another 4 weeks if I can come up with $$$ I know they got great sales at the moment

Also one thing if anyone could chime in on dosing on off days. Is it really necessary? Maybe 1 am/ 1 pm I wanna extend this stuff as long as possible.

Wasn't having my best day, I worked deficits in between my normal sets, some of the numbers are weird I was just following my buddy who's just getting into deadlifts.
I felt strong just didn't want to push it too much because I was at 90-100% for 3 weeks on deadlifts. So 345 was good enough weight I can't go much higher with my hand I have a callous that busted lol also considering how heavy I squatted Monday and have to squat heavy again Friday prob good to keep weights moderate.

Workout was def not one of my best. Besides that in general I'm feeling stronger than ever my weight was at 208 with clothes and after eating so in guessing I'm at 205-206. But it's great for me I'm keeping my work capacity up and still making gains especially on squats.

For deadlifts will start a routine over and begin at about 70%-75%.

With Follidrone currently taking 2x a day on non-workout days am/pm. Workout days one in the am and two preworkout. Def wanna get another bottle extend it an extra 4 weeks just may not be able to the wife is not gonna be ok with more $$$ on supplements

Only had a short time to workout unfortunately had to drop my bench press will do that today.

Gains keep on coming with Follidrone overall I felt like I was pretty off and weak today in the gym for other reasons like rest and eating also being in the car for some hours before working out but I still hit pr.

9/11 Chest/Deadlifts

Normally bench with my squats last month or so but didn't have time the other day decided to bench on Sunday it didn't go to well so I wanted to try some sumo deadlifts

I felt pretty weak and off yesterday to the point of 225 making me shake a little which never happens to me def needed some more recovery. Haven't done sumo deadlifts in a couple months maybe even 3 so I feel pretty encouraged to have hit 405 with no recent practice.

I will probably work them in for the next 2-4 weeks and see what I can get out of them, sumo I was always able to pull more when I first started than conventional, just ended up working my conventional a lot bc it's more of a weakness.

Kept everything easy enough worked up to 315 just to feel something decent weight didn't want to push it too hard. I was doing a narrow stance high bar ass to grass really want to build up my quads will prob help my low bar squat out a lot.

Follidrone seems to still keeping me doing well. Prob the best natural product I've ever run. Nothing 10+ reps was particularly hard but I kept everything around 60-70% tops.

I've worked with box squats last 4-5 weeks and they seem to help my deadlift a little bit, I was keeping the weight fairly light though never went more than 275 decided to try something heavier. 405 was pretty easy had 4-5 more reps and 435 just felt kinda heavy on my back but I felt like it wasn't too bad.

Threw some 3-5 second pauses at the top of the back raises really good for hamstrings.

Squats went good felt like I could've kicked out some more reps on my sets but I was working out by myself today I prefer to have a spotter if I'm pushing myself a lot.

Overall making good progress and like I said before if I can get the money I'm gonna extend this another 4 weeks

I'm really upping the frequency of squatting changing my programming a little bit for 2-3 weeks and seeing what happens. Feels like I'm Recovering well I'm not getting that sore, and also making good strength gains but especially improvement with my endurance I'm able to push out those extra few reps.

Still feeling really strong doing my reps felt like I could've done 3 sets of 12 instead, def started to feel it towards end of my 4th/5th sets. Training is going well I'm coming close to the end of my bottle of Follidrone :-( don't think in gonna be able to extend this for another 4 weeks hopefully it doesn't hurt me so bad. Got about 6 more days left gonna keep up the intensity this final week.

its too bad your running out. FD2 really shines on longer runs. 8 to 12 weeks would be ideal.

Damn yeah it sucks. I was a little skeptical at first so when I purchased my previous cycle I figured I'd run it with my pct and only grabbed one bottle I can't justify getting another bottle to my gf unfortunately lol. With Folli It's really weird because I've made such good gains after running a cycle probably a little longer than I should've so I was shutdown.

I think my squat max was prob around 360-370 deadlift a little higher and they both are over 400 now. Bench has gone up almost 30lbs.

Def the best natural supplement I've taken wanna combine it with creatine and beta alanine maybe in the future when I got a little more $.

Is this typically cycled 8-12 weeks with a little lay off after? next time I gotta run it def for 8 weeks or more see what I can really get out of it also 3x everyday not just training days I've been doing 3x on and 2x Off

Workouts are getting a little longer and harder but aren't that bad. Feel like the Follidrone helps me better with higher repetitions so probably best thing would be to do 8-12 reps with decent amount of volume on Follidrone and bring down your reps after 5-6 weeks of high reps really peak out your strength.

Is Follidrone suppose to help strength that much? It's more for endurance and recovery rather than strength? Feel like it's def helped me at least a littl with strength though too
