Yes its true, AE is back. Let me first start off thanking FireTitan and BPS for allowing me the opportunity to log this.

A little background:
40 years old
5'11"
201lbs

Been lifting since I am 11, which is scary when I think about it. :)

Recently I have been absent from AM due to a crazy job (HS VP). However, I have some time and I wanted to devote it to something positive and this is where BPS and Androcrine come in.

Routine
I do fasted cardio 7 days per week, as soon as I wake up at 4am. After roughly 1 hour of high incline cardio, its weights 6 days per week in the following routine:

Sunday: Chest/Tris
Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Chest
Friday: Back/shoulders
Saturday: Legs

This does vary from time to time, dependent upon what my body is telling me. The purpose of lifting for me is always lift as much as I can every workout. Thats what I get for starting in an old 1980's powerlifting gym in NY.

I will be dosing Androcrine at 3 pumps am and 3 pm. First dose will begin tonight after my shower :)

Other supps
Orange Triad
VS Cissus
Select
Animal Whey

Thats it, I usually keep things fairly simple.

I will see you all tomorrow.

Today is 8/31/16:

Here are my thoughts and observations after running through the bottle of Androcrine .

As we got towards the end of the both, this was the time where I started to notice the greatest effects. The most prominent effects after the weeks of use are as follows:
1. modest strength increase
2. more consistent, fuller pumps
3. Increased vascularity
4. slight hunger increase (didnt expect that)

I did not notice any major joint improvements. BPS currently has this listed at 44.99 per bottle on their site. From my experience this definitely seems like a major player at 2 bottles. I imagine my results and overall sentiment would be even more profound if it was a consistent 2 bottles.

Maybe a buy 1 get 1 sale...eh BPS :)

Nice job

Day 1 in the books

I applied my first 3 "squirts" last night. Dries within 2-3 minutes. Smell isn't bad but noticeable. Hard to discern exactly what it smells like, although my 13 year old daughter just said, "doesn't smell like you". Thats likely an improvement.

Woke up at 4am as usual. Here is the work:

Treadmill
65 minutes 12% incline 3.5mph

Shoulders
Seated incline BB Press (7 sets) 2 sets @ 175lbs 5 reps per
Giant set db's (4 giant sets)
(side laterals
rear laterals
upright rows
arny press)

30lbs db's to failure per set. Did 4 total giant set The fatigue was unreal.

Nothing to note presently, as it is only day 1.

Have a chiropractor appointment tonight after work and then off to back tomorrow. Major focus on rack pulls.

Back at it this morning.

Cardio:
63 minutes 12% 3.5 mph

Back:
Rack pulls (7 sets) 2 sets at 405lbs 5 reps - set at mid shin
BB Rows (4 sets) 185lbs sets of 8
Reverse hyper w/bands (4 sets) all sets to failure

Had a great lift and felt strong. My motivation is at a high right now, not sure if that is a placebo. Nothing of note outside of that. I will say had a great chiropractor visit last night..much needed after 8 days on a bed that was not mine. :)

Today is a non lifting day. So it was cardio only.

Treadmill:
80 minutes 12% 3.5mph

Hell of a sweat for sure. Dosing as scheduled, 3 pumps am/pm

Nothing of note yet...however I am hopeful that we will see some strong results in the very near future.

Here we go....ended up doing an extra 40 minutes last night on the treadmill. Another good session with a great sweat.

Here is this am's breakdown

Cardio:65 minutes 12% 3.5mph <sweat is noticeably increasing>

Chest:
Incline BP (8 sets) 2 sets at 225lbs 5,7 reps
Flat BP (6 sets) 2 sets @ 295 5 reps each
DB Superset (4 sets) flys & press 50lbs no rest between the two, to failure each set

Excellent workout this am. Very happy with the results. Took a little while to get warmed up, as my shoulders were and are feeling old. But once I got warm I was rearing to go.

It's been a busy day. Did extra treadmill time last night. Then a double session today.

8/12am
Treadmill 65 minutes 12% 3.5 mph

Shoulders:
D. Giant sets (side laterals/rear laterals/press/shrugs)
5 giants sets 35lbs dbs

8/12pm
Treadmill 60 minutes 12% 3.5mph

Back: <stuck with dreads>
Dreads (9 sets) 2 sets 405 4 reps and 3 reps each

Called it a day there since I had a chiropractor appointment earlier and felt good but didn't want to ruin it. I will say I feel good. Energy has been good, and strength is solid. Body weight this am was 197.

Not the best day today. Morning treadmill was good...but this afternoon I had some blood sugar issues which affected my workout. I ended up cutting my leg workout short. Only ended up lifting for roughly 20 minutes. Was able to get some treadmill time in...but had to cut that short too.

Tomorrow is chest/tris. Will give a good run tomoorw

Here is a nice quick rundown from this am

65 minutes 12% 3.5mph- cardio

Shoulders:
Seated BB Press (8 sets) 2 sets @ 185lbs 3 reps per
DB Giant sets <side, rear laterals, shrugs> 5 total giant sets 30lbs dbs to failure

Chest:
Incline BP (8 sets) 2 sets at 225lbs 10 reps, 7 reps
Incline giant sets <flys/db press> (5 sets) 55lbs 10 reps per exercise

Had to stop here. Strength was good. I do notice slight strength increases, but have not noticed the joint assistance as of yet. I am hopeful that will happen soon.

Shoulders:
Giant Sets (5 sets) side and rear laterals, shrugs, db press

Here you go:

Saturday PM:
Box squats using SSB (12 sets) stayed at rapid sets of 275lbs for 5 reps per. Rest 60 seconds and then again. Totally burnout
GHR (5 sets) to failure per

Legs were jello but were able to do extra cardio.
40 minutes 12% 3.5mph

Sunday AM
Cardio:
70 minutes 12% 3.5mph

Surprisingly not too sore, so the cardio was relatively smooth and uneventful. Will be back this afternoon for chest/tris and more cardio

Its been pretty good. Solid, slow strength gains. Not as much for the joints as I would have hoped, but there is still a little time left.

Here is a rundown from yesterday afternoon:
Sunday PM
Chest:
Flat BP (6 sets) 1 set @ 315 2 reps
Incline BP (5 sets) 2 sets @ 225lbs 8 res per

Tris:
JM Press (6 sets) all at 185bs
2 arm DB extension superset (5 sets) 75lbs-55lbs to failure

Cardio:
40 minutes 12% 3.5mph

Monday AM
Fasted cardio:
70 minutes 12% 3.5 mph

Monday PM
Shoulders:
Seated BB Press (8 sets) 3 sets @ 175lbs 5 reps per
DB Laterals super set (5 sets) side/rear laterals 30lbs to failure
BTB BB Shrugs (6 sets) 225lbs sets of 9

Cardio:
40 minutes 12% 3.5mph

Overall, felt good. Neck has been in rough shape, so I have been trying to work through it. Strength and energy have been very solid, which I am happy to see, and I believe can be attributed to the androcrine.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of shaper were your joints in before starting? If they were really bad, it might take a while for it to take effect, but if they were great, you may not notice any difference

I'm glad it's helping, if even just a little bit. When you are in pain, any alleviation is a blessing. Please remind me how many days you have been on Androcrine and how many pumps a day you are at now.

Very true...I am happy with any assistance the is not a tylenol type pill

Been on for just over 2 weeks I believe. Been fairly consistent at 7-8 pumps per day.

Here is todays rundown

AM Cardio
70 minutes 12% 3.5mph

PM Workout
Back:
BB Rows (8 sets) sets @ 185 5-7 reps <the pump on this was amazing>
Wide chins (4 sets) BW to failure
Banded Reverse Hypers (5 sets) to failure

Bi's:
Glass Hammer curls (5 sets) 45lbs sets of 12
Seated incline curls (5 sets) 40lbs sets of 10

Vascularity in my forearms was definitely prominent. Strength was status quo, but definitely had a noticeable pump :)
