I received 2 bottles of the R-Andro shred, and at the recommended dosage this cycle should last 60 days.
I will be taking 3 tabs a day

Each tab contains
Androsterone100mg
7-Keto DHEA50mg
So each day I will be taking
300mg of androsterone and
150mg 7-keto dhea.

The other supplements I will be taking..
Chaos and pain riot
Chaos and pain permaswole
Chaos and pain hypnos
And LGI damage control

I will not be changing my diet or training as I am already on a cutting diet.
My goal for this cycle is to keep as much mass while cutting down.
My current weight is 235lbs
I am unsure about my bf %
Height is 6'3
I took my first today and my second dosage was just a little while ago..

DAY 2
Today was back and triceps. I took my first tab with my pre-workout and hit the gym.

I had a great workout but I only had about an hour to get my workout done due to work..
I don't really have anything to report as of yet but I did have a crazy shoulder pump going witch was kinda cool, but it's more likely from my pre-workout.
I am hoping to get in and do some cardio at some point..lol

I took the second tab post workout and I will be taking the last one soon..

Also.. I tried the sample of the wild thing I got with the R-Andro and it's pretty good, I mixed the package with smart water sparkling and it was tasty!!

Yep it definitely tastes good. It shocked me when I first tried it cause i didn't think it would be such a good pwo.

Same thing happened to me. I took it not expecting much, and was like... dang, Im awake now, lol.

Every once in a while I'll use carbonated water for a pre or some aminos. Definitely adds a little something.

When are you dosing this? With meals? Any insomnia?

So I have been trying to take it spaced out evenly without meals.. not sure if that makes a difference but I like to take it around my workout and I train fasted.
I don't think it's been long enough to really determine if it's affected my sleep yet.. but I will let you know if it does.

Pretty sure this should be dosed with fat specifically for absorption.

Ok guys day 4
So last night I was at work and I was getting tired so I gave that alpha lean a try and let me say.. this stuff is pretty strong! I took one capsule about 30 minutes before I ate and about an hour later I was super focused and awake.. then about an hour later I got really hot!! I mean I was sweating and I was just sitting at my computer and my back was wet..I like the stuff..
Anyways, I think I will try to take the R-Andro with some food, I have been taking it just before my workouts and then about 3 hours later, before my second meal and then I would take the last one before my third or fourth meal about 4-5 hours later.
I will try taking it with my meals every 4 hours or so.
Nothing to really report on the effects as of yet but I missed the gym today..

Sorry for the lack of posting I have been crazy busy at work I haven't been to the gym in the past 3 days or so I'm going to the gym today I'll probably be doing back and triceps I took my first two tabs today and I will take my last one with my meal post workout.

I feel a little more pumped throughout the day and my wife says I look a little leaner but I am not really seeing that, no change in libido or sleep either..

Day 8
So I took my first tab today, and I am heading out to sixflags today so I will be doing a lot of cardio...lol
I weighed in to day at 230 on the dot.. I have been eating a little more and I feel like I am more hungry.
I ended up doing chest and triceps last night and I had a really good workout, my shoulders where supper pumped up... to the point it was almost painful. I will be doing back today when I get home.

Today I was well rested and I hit the gym and did back and bi.
I felt strong today, this is what my workout looked like..

Lat pull down 4x12 at 180
Bent over row 4x12 at 185
Free weight back machine 5x15 at 45
Cable row with rope 4x15 at 145

Seated dumbbell curls 6x12 at 35
Standing ez bar curls 4x12 at 70
Cable rope curls 7x12 at 45
Concentration curls 4x12 at 20

I also did some abs
cable crunch 7x20 at 65
Leg raises 4x failure

I am feeling really good in the gym, I feel like I'm huge, mostly from the pump but it's nice. I don't feel leaner yet but I haven't done any cardio yet,
My weight is the same. I will be adding cardio this week and see what happens.

I have been having cravings for junk food... I have resisted for the most part but I need to get my diet in check this week.

Day 10
So today was dreaded leg day.. lol.
I was really not feeling it on my way to the gym and as I pulled into the parking lot of the gym I noticed a big ass bolt sticking out of my tire..?.
So I ended up spending 3 hours waiting for my tire to get repaired..
But.. I did go to the gym and i SMASHED legs!! I had a really good workout once I got started.

---Leg extension 7x12 @150lbs

---Leg press 7x15 starting with one plate and increasing by one plate after each set total of 7 plates one each side on the last set.

---Stiff leg dead lift 7x12 @135

--seated leg curls 4x12 @150

--- lying leg curls. 4x12 @ 100

--- cable crunch 7x15 @88

--- freeweight abb machine 4x15 @ 10
--- hanging leg raises 4xfailure @ bodyweight

I feel like I have more energy during my workouts, I am definitely feeling the pump now. I only took half my normal pre-workout today and my legs where so pumped it hurt!
My weight is down about 1 lbs...
I also did some cardio.. 15 minutes...lol but it's a start and since it was leg day I didn't wanna push it to much..

Nice looking Leg Workout !! I work at a Tire Store you should see all the weird things we pull out of tires !!!

Day 12 (last night)
I feel like the R-andro is starting to work... I did chest calfs and abbs last night.
My strength is going up for sure and my endurance seems to be getting better too, since i have been cutting calories my strength has been affected and I am OK with that. Last night I was using weight I haven't used in a couple months and it felt good!!

My diet has been good although last night I made some chicken and I am pretty sure it was no good so I ended up eating 5 eggs and 2 grilled cheese.. it was all I had at the house..?

My weight is at 229.. so only 1lbs less but I feel like I am getting leaner.
