What up guys! Alot of you dont know me yet i'm pretty new on AM.com but not new to body building.
I've been training 20+ years. Ill be running a sponsored log for SPARTA NUTRITION of there new product
"Hercules".

Just want to give a major thanks to SpartaNutrition and yates84 for allowing me to run this log last minute
as a replacement for my brother vujade because he wasn't able to. Would like to also give a shout out to the rest

Bio:
Age - 39

Weight - 170

Body Fat - 11% - 12%

Training:
Usually hit the gym 5-6 days per week
Program: Currently doing high rep program with little to no rest between sets, plus 30 seconds of HIIT between sets
Cardio: 2 cardio sessions per week usually 60 minutes (HIIT and/or LISS)

Diet:
Protein Sources: Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Whey, Casein & occasionally Beef
Carb Sources: Oats, Flax, Bran, and Nuts
Fat Sources: Eggs, Olive Oil, & Fish Oils

Ok so its August 1st, its a monday, just seems right to get this going!


Dosage on Hercules calls for 5 capsules a day.
Each capsule is 20mg. Laxogenin

So this is how i'm going to run it.

First week: 5 capsules a day.
I'll be taking 2 in the mornings, and 2 after i finish training and with my post workout meal,
then 1 before bed with my Protein Shake.

Second week: 6 capsules a day.
2 in the mornings, 2 post workout, 2 before bed.

Just slammed my first dose this morning. I trained really hard thursday and friday
and carried my soreness right into the weekend. Normally i train on Sat and Sunday,
but this weekend took off. What i'm really looking forward to with using Hercules
is both increased strength as well as Endurance & Recovery. But especially the latter.
Besides training hard in the gym, i do alot of high intensity training with little rest
or down time between excercises. I've focused on this now for the past year
with the goal of building my endurance. But this type of training can also pay its tolls!
So to find an all natural supp that has both anabolic properties as well as healing value is fantastic.

Theres also the matter of recovery. I'm hoping this will help me bounce back from intense
training sessions without as much down time.

This mornings weigh in: 160.7

5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin was discovered in 1996 and shown to have an anabolic/androgenic ratio similar Anavar,
but without the side effects of liver toxicity or testing positive for steroidal therapy. Athletes claim to have seen strength
increases in 3-5 days, and muscle mass increases in 3-4 weeks.
AKA Laxogenin

This ompound has shown up as a standalone in Anabolica and Zoe's Ecdysterone.

5a-hydroxy-laxogenin is a steroidal sapinogen.

Good morning guys!

Day 2 on Hercules:

Feelin good only was able to get bout 4
Hours of sleep but just took morning dose 40 mgs with my protein shake and a thermo and gonna go hit some cardio get these old bones warmed up for the day before headin to work!

Mornings training:

Protein shake
2 Cutz Thermo's
30 mins elyptical

Post workout:
4 eggs
1 sausage
1/2 cup yogurt
Water

Ok so i work on the road and travel quite a bit. So in between my normal training regiment at home in my gym
Alot of times i hav to train out of town in random gyms and hotel gyms. So that being said i got off work
Arounf 5 pm then went straight to the gym.

I was feeling good and charged up after reading some of the other logs on here and
Especially after taking another look at my bottle of Hercules! Just the logo and packaging is enough
To inspire Spartan desire!!

Popped some bcaa's and a couple thermo's and hit it hard..
Well considering what im working with in a 20x20 room with small selection of machines ;)

Incline Chest Machine:
5 sets x 12,10,10,8,8 reps

Flys:
5 sets x 15 reps

Push-Ups:
5 sets x 20 reps

Leg Raises:
10 sets x 20 reps

Then hit 30 mins on the elliptical..'

For post workout i ate light...
Along with 40 mg. of Hercules
And a few probiotics.'.

Feeling good and for only an hour workout i got a good pump and came floatin out of the gym room.

So far so good!!! Im AMPed to see where Hercules takes me in my training.

I fee you on the travel workouts. I also travel about 95% of the time so I know the grind

For sure! Do you go to the same places a lot or new all the time?

Ps, I started a thread awhile back for people to post when they travel places if you ever want to see if anyone from AM is around there to meet up for a lift or dinner or whatever if you're interested

Thats good to know ill check it out. Yeah mostly in new places all the time but i have some places on rotation every 3 months. In Atlanta right now then heading to Tennessee then to Kissimmee Florida this next week.

I had alot of energy and was feeling strong going into the gym.
Heres a sample:

Traps and Shoulders:
5 x 15 Seated Over Head Press
5 x 15 Shoulder Shrugs with 4 second pause
5 x 10 Bent Lateral Raises
5 x 10 Front Raises

Lads & Back
5 x 12 One Arm Pulls
5 x 12 Straight Bar Pulls
5 x 12 Dumbell Dead Lifts

Biceps:
5 x 12 Standing Dumbell Curls
5 x 12 Forearm Curls
5 x 12 Hammer Curls

Then jumped on elliptical and did 30 mins (10 mins @ level 10,
10 min @ level 6, 10 mins @ level 2)

Post Workout Meal:
Grilled fish
Asparagus
Corn

Just wanna mention i work out of town bi weekly. When im
On the road my workouts are just a sample of my normal
Training routine when im home and @ my gym. After this weekend
Ill be back and will post my regular programs.

Right now im still in the loading phase day 3 of Hercules and already
Feeling good about what its gonna do for me. Looking forward
To the next few weeks.

Im also taking daily pics in the gym after my pump to do
A day by day comparison for the log. I still dont have enough
Post to upload pics so i might just have my bro vujade upload
Them for me to this log. But i usually take pics day to day
When im taking any supp to see and compare.

Was thinking about doing some 2 a days starting next week. Maybe on Monday & Thursdays
so I can hit some body parts twice a week.
