Yo guys, I've been running some Mass GH (LGD+MK677) by Olympus labs, I'm on day 7 now, 6 weeks total! Though I'd kick up a log for anyone interested!
Bit about myself, I'm 23, English, 5'10" and weigh about 210 lb with around ~16% bf. I started off powerlifting and have sort of moved to body building at the minute! I tore my AC joint in my left shoulder, so that sometimes plays up and affects lifts, also I messed my wrists up in a car accident, means I have a few off days!
This is my first cycle (oooooh virgin receptors) and I started a PPL split at the same time, 3 days strength, 3 days hypertrophy.
What I'm running:
Mass GH 2xED (LGD 8mg MK677 20mg)
Arimacare pre as instructed but I tapered up from 4 caps
PCT:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Super pct as instructed
Hydropharm: Adamantime (laxogenin/epicatchin mix up)
Other sups:
Animal PAK
Fish oils
Effects So far, not much haha that's why I wanted to wait to start the log, the mk677 definitely kicked in quick, the hunger was intense but it seems to be under control now, the sleep in having is grade A too, sleeping like a baby! Little bit bloated though, had a good drive today too so hopefully it's all coming along nicely! My diet is pretty on point, sitting at about 210 grams of protein a day and around 2700 calories! This is a recomp people, I'm only looking to lose a bit of belly fat and put on some size!
Was hypertrophy today and My workout was as followed:
Warm up
20lb Assisted pull ups 4x10 (pull ups aren't my strong point)
Face pulls 75lb 4x10
Wide grip lay pull downs 150lb 4x10
One arm db row 110lb 4x10
Db curl 25lb 4x10
Cable curl 60lb 4x10
I'll update as and when I feel effects/ down sides and every Sunday! Happy gaining!
