First of all shout out to OlympusLabs

Yo guys, I've been running some Mass GH (LGD+MK677) by Olympus labs, I'm on day 7 now, 6 weeks total! Though I'd kick up a log for anyone interested!

Bit about myself, I'm 23, English, 5'10" and weigh about 210 lb with around ~16% bf. I started off powerlifting and have sort of moved to body building at the minute! I tore my AC joint in my left shoulder, so that sometimes plays up and affects lifts, also I messed my wrists up in a car accident, means I have a few off days!

This is my first cycle (oooooh virgin receptors) and I started a PPL split at the same time, 3 days strength, 3 days hypertrophy.

What I'm running:
Mass GH 2xED (LGD 8mg MK677 20mg)
Arimacare pre as instructed but I tapered up from 4 caps

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Super pct as instructed
Hydropharm: Adamantime (laxogenin/epicatchin mix up)

Other sups:
Animal PAK
Fish oils

Effects So far, not much haha that's why I wanted to wait to start the log, the mk677 definitely kicked in quick, the hunger was intense but it seems to be under control now, the sleep in having is grade A too, sleeping like a baby! Little bit bloated though, had a good drive today too so hopefully it's all coming along nicely! My diet is pretty on point, sitting at about 210 grams of protein a day and around 2700 calories! This is a recomp people, I'm only looking to lose a bit of belly fat and put on some size!

Was hypertrophy today and My workout was as followed:

Warm up
20lb Assisted pull ups 4x10 (pull ups aren't my strong point)
Face pulls 75lb 4x10
Wide grip lay pull downs 150lb 4x10
One arm db row 110lb 4x10
Db curl 25lb 4x10
Cable curl 60lb 4x10

I'll update as and when I feel effects/ down sides and every Sunday! Happy gaining!

Update

After all the good sleep, I stayed up late to watch a film and couldn't sleep atall and then got extra early for fasted cardio with the dog! Felt off and knackered all day! Still powered through my strength legs workout, went better than expected!

Warmup
High bar squats: 5x3 (meant to be 4) 310lb
Deadlift: 5x4 355lb
Leg press: 5x4 750lbs
RDL: 5x4 270lbs

Couldn't handle all the squats, just no energy for the last one! Also got bad back pump towards the end of the deadlifts, could have just been lack of sleep/energy

That's a heafty RDL, nice man!
Been working my hams and glutes hard recently haha my legs are probably a bit more bent than intended but I feel the lift which is what counts!

Update!

My hands felt numb pretty much all morning, made work annoying! From my mid morning snack to lunch, I was so hungry or almost hurt haha somethings happening so I did push strength today...

Warmup
Flat bench: 220 5x4
Incline bench: 180 5x4
Strict OHP: 140 3x4 1x2
Close grip bench: 180 4x4 1x3

My shoulder gave up on life after the OHP, should have gone a bit easier on the other presses to be fair or swap them around, not too bad though, had a real drive tonight, definitely still feel pumped but that might just be vanity haha

Update:

Went out drinking last night, volume training on legs went terrible today!

Warmup
Squats: 3x10 220
1x9 220 then I was sick, a lot haha took 10 mins out and done my last set
1x10 220
Leg raise SS leg curl: 4x10 and I was sick again, had to take a good 30 mins out but got stuck back in
Standing calf raise: 5x10 200
Leg press SS donkey calf raise:
2x10 485
1x10 570
1x10 660
1x10 570
Walking lunge: 2x20 90

I was completely done, I'm not going to drink again on this cycle, never been sick like that while training! Was ruff but still had the drive to finish which was a bonus even though I didn't go as heavy as intended! Learnt my lesson!

Warmup
DB flat bench:

Incline bench:
5x10 110lb
Last set was a drop set 1x15 90lb
Db seated military press:
1x9 65lb
1x10 60lb
3x10 55lb
Lateral raise:
5x10 30lb run the rack last set
Ez grip skullcrushers:
5x10 100lb last set drop set
1x12 80lb
Rope tricep push down:
5x10 60lb

Felt much better today, my weights are know where near where I want them but I've never done high volume work like this, always been 5-6 reps 3 sets heavy as possible! Pretty happy I'm keeping up, my pumps today are impressive, feel like my triceps are gonna pop, would upload some pics but I don't know how

Update:

Today's an off day, did pull hypertrophy yesterday, starting to get used the intensity now, feeling good! Was definitely more vascular in my workout yesterday, really good pump, drive was great and my stomach is looking a tad smaller too! Slight atrophy going on (might be paranoia) and struggling with the lethargy today, making me very grouchy! I work a 60 hour week and my fuse has been cut short from the tiredness! I've cut out stims but thinking about adding a coffee mid morning or something else maybe? Any ways, feeling really good at the minute, hopefully start filling out in the next week of so!

One question, how do I upload pics to the post? I'll give you guys a picture of where I'm at and when I finish

Gonna be honest I wasn't even gonna bother with the gym today but managed to convince myself to get going! Legs strength today!

Warmup
Low bar squats ATG: 5x5 310lb
Deadlift: 3x5 2x4355lb
Leg press: 5x5 750lbs
RDL: 5x5 270lbs

Much better than last weeks, felt strong and agressive! I did however get the most excruciating lower back pump doing my deadlifts, I didn't wear a belt or straps, need to get some taurine out or wear a belt doing so many sets! More vascular, libido is up slightly id say! No bad sides apart from the shorter fuse and lethargy! Gonna raise my weights and maybe change normal deads to sumo next week

So I weighed myself today, 215lbs!! I've put on 5lbs in 3 weeks, I haven't put any fat on but I haven't really lost any! My biceps, back and legs are looking a bit thicker, still mad drive in the gym, vains popping when working and still feeling strong! No sides really this week apart from a day of lethargy! All in all good going, started adding some blood flow restriction into my training today, legs hyperteophy

Seated row: 165lb 4x12 intraset stretching last set
Wide Lat pull down: 135lb 4x12 intraset stretching and drop set for last set
One arm DB row: 110lb 4x12
DB curl: 25lb 4x12
BFS bar cable curl: 35lb 4x10

Feeling good, getting crazy pumps, arms felt like they were gonna pop! Not impressed with the strength though, it maybe because I'm still getting used to volume but I don't really like the numbers haha was hoping my strength would have shot up like other people. Got a really bad lower back pump again doing my rows, taurine is in the post though! Starting to slim out a touch in the waist but nothing special yet!

Had a really good day today! Leg strength today, I've been dabbling with hook grip on my deads the last couple of weeks and I managed to pull 400lbs RAW. Which was nice I'll add the video, I also up my weights slightly but dropped on intensity, I start a strategic rest phase tomorrow.

Been really busy so haven't had a chance to update this week! Just moved into a new house and my partner is just about ready to pop now haha anyway, everything is still going good, side effects are non existent, strength is good and my back a lot thicker! Still I was thinking it was going to be a lot more dramatic than this, it's a lot more subtle then in your face "he's taking something" I'm going to go and get myself weighed and bf measured in the next week, defiantly leaned out but that could just be me sticking to my diet to a t! I've been on a "strategic rest" this week, basically the volume has been cut right down and weight has increased ready for the next phase! Today's a rest day but yesterday's was pull hypertrophy!

Seated cable row: 185lbs 3x8
Wide grip lay pull down: 160lbs 3x8

Update:

Today was probably one of the best strength leg days I've had in a long time, apart from the sumos, I broke 3 PR in one sesh! I hadn't done sumos in over a year so it went terribly wrong because I tried to start with the weight high haha I upped all my weights ALOT for the new phase and was going to adjust but didn't really need to, in fact I increased most haha got all the lifts on vid, felt really strong even before I got to the gym

Warmup
Low bar squats: 330lb 3x3 355lb 1x3 PR
Sumo deadlift: 400lb 1x1 355lb 2x3 310lb 1x5 ( ran out of steam haha)
Leg press: 835lb 2x3 925lb! 2x3 PR
Wide grip RDL: 290lb 4x3 PR

So really chuffed with today! I'm having quite a lot of joint pain today though, must be the armistane in the Arimacare, I'll just add another fish oil in and see how it goes, only a week left on Monday!
