Whatsup guys this will be my log on Hercules by Sparta Nutrition. I will try to have as much detail in here as possible and if you guys got any questions or requests feel free to ask I will try to accommodate.
Caps will be 20mgs with the TestaSorb delivery I will start out at 100mgs daily split 3 pwo 2 throughout the day.
I will cut off other supps when it gets here as of now I just finished a 4 week natty stack of SL, Epicat, Laxogen (different brand) Sustain Alpha, and Alphamax Xt this was my pct for a 7 week cycle of the andros but now only other thing I'll be taking will be protein, and white flood pwo or whatever pwo I have on hand Im sure they won't make a difference in overall results. Depending on how the month goes I might continue it another 4 weeks and throw back in the Sustain Alpha and Epicurus (Spartas epicat) but we will see.
Training will be a 5-6 day 5x5 program (3more weeks) and then the last week or two will be 3x3 strength gains will be the goal with a recomp hopefully from diet.
I will try to keep diet as clean as humanly possible ~3400 calories I'll do the break down this week and I could even post full diet (mostly chicken rice egg whites oatmeal and mixed veg frozen not the best but it'll make do, some fish and steak cuz I'm a savage) but macros should be 350 protein 300-325 carbs 75 fat my maintenance is around 3200 so just slightly above but I've been around 4K for a couple months now so hopefully gradually dropping about 100 cals every 3 days will help burn some fat along with building some new muscles.
I'll put my measurements up in a few nothing special.
I'm not sure on my maxes as its been so long since I've gone for 1 on anything but my main goals will be incline bench shooting up (currently 235x5) and shoulder press shooting up (seated 225x2) but on the last week of the log I'll gladly try for all time PRs if I feel possible
I know my all time maxes were 370 for bench 405 dead and 405 squat but that was when I was 220 and above 20% fat so I got no clue where it's at now but it'd be nice to get near those numbers again which I'm sure is possible
Goals will be strength with some size gain , if not weight gain I'd be fine with staying this weight and slightly leaner , weight loss would be no good.
