Getting SUPER-SIZED w/ Superdrol & Testabolan

That's right! It's time for me to get SUPER-SIZED. Today I begin an eight week stack of Hi-Tech Pharma Superdrol and IFN Testabolan. I will use 1 tablet of Superdrol, 3 times per day. I will use 2 tablets of Testabolan, 2 times per day.

My goals are simple: stronger and bigger :)
My current Bodyweight: 183 lbs
My measurements:
Upper arm: 16.25
Forearm: 12.5
Calf: 14.5
Thigh: 24
Navel: 35.25
Chest: 38.5
Shoulders: 48
My 1 rep max: bench: 275; squat: 300; deadlift: 410

Welcome! I will run this for 8 weeks. I will use Test RX, Testabolan, and maybe Form XT for PCT (this is subject to change).

Guessing this isn't a real SuperDrol clone then haha still, looks solid :)

Yeah I see, first glance and I thought it was a clone haha looks like a good PH though, interested in the results, you know much of how suppressive it is, if atall?

Very little, if any from what I have read. The Cyclosome delivery system is pretty awesome.

In my adventure to Super-Size I have added my own post workout drink to my eating plan. I will drink 2 of these per day (if each day goes the way I would like it).

I will drink 1 after workout (8-8:30am) and the second around 2-3pm.

10 oz skim milk
3 large eggs
1/2 cup dry oats
3 tablespoons peanutbutter
2 scoops whey protein (50 grams protein)
5 grams creatine Monohydrate
glutamine

I also use:
- Formutech Nutrition Fit Men multivitamin
- IFN fish oil (2am and 2pm)
- IFN Out Cold before bed

Nice! Thanks for sharing. What's the Chai seed for? I might switch to whole milk too.
Outside of calories, extra protein, and helping you feel full longer. Chia seeds have a number of health benefits... Omega 3/6, bp help, fiber, antioxidants, hydration, and much more. A quick google search will provide a boatload of articles on the health benefits. Great way to add healthy calories.

I am pretty sore today. The muscles I have trained this week are sore. My legs are just about recovered and I trained them on Monday. I almost did not go to the gym because of the way I felt when my alarm went off. I was not feeling great at the gym either. I worked a long day yesterday. This could have something to do with it. Motivation was low, so I tried something a little different. All 20 rep sets. Shoulder training:

Has it started to kick in yet? How you feeling strength/endurance wise?
Endurance and strength are good. It should be kicking in around now. I have been mixing things up a lot because the gym I go to is in the process of getting new equipment. I have not had a chance to go heavy because the racks are gone. Basically I'm working higher reps for these first few weeks and then will start into a lower rep heavier weight training program. I do think it's kicked in some based on some of the work I have put in. I'm looking forward to some heavy training though.

I feel pretty good. I'm a little tired in the afternoon, but that is usually the case when I'm not on cycle. My weight fluctuates between 185-188. It hasn't really changed. It seems my strength and stamina are starting to go up as of this week. My second bottle of Superdrol has been delayed in shipping somewhere, so I am substituting with Hi-Tech 1-AD until it arrives. It's been a week so far. As far as visual changes, it seems I am more full, especially in my arms. I haven't taken an measurements recently. I have noticed decreased libido. I think I am starting to see this cycle kick in now, which seems about right.
