Hello,
I don't know what I'm taking.This is a beta test log for Performax labs: Natural anabolic complex.

The serving size is 2 caps, twice a day. Literally no idea what to expect or what to look for.

SO, I will take two caps upon waking, and two caps preworkout or pre dinner on rest days. I'm currently on week 11 of a training block. Peaking for no reason really, I train bench squat, press and deadlift on different days, and also do arm days and back days. It is confusing but it is because of my work schedule(3/2/2/3) and what equipment I have available to me because I train at home and work( I have a gym at work). So anyway I take a rest day every 4th or 5th day depending on work schedule.


A little training background for the past week.

Squat day

rear delts on pec dec

Deadlift day

reverse grip pushdowns superset french press

Today I will train back.

My weight has been very steady around 255ish. Trying to lean out a bit. Will update later tonight. Please ask any questions to help me feel out this mystery supplement. Currently taking only the basics, preworkout, creatine mono. bcaa, vit. D. Trying to get back to tracking my food, but I'm really lazy.

Ok, can't say I noticed much.

Lat pull downs superset with machine rows
Narrow grip lat pulldowns
Cable pulley rows superset with smith machine shrugs up to 4 plates per side
then I did behind the back shrugs dropset.
Straight arm pushdowns and prone db scapular shrugs
10 minutes elliptical.

Sorry for lack of updates. Father's day morning I went to pick up a garden hose and when I stood up my lower back exploded in pain. Really sucks because the plan was to squat 430 for 5 sets of 3. So I skipped that day, then yesterday I tried to bench, couldn't do any arch So I did feet up bench 10sets of 10 with 135 supersetting Incline bench 95 for 8 sets of 10.
Literally no soreness next day. I will skip today and hit arms tomorrow. Still taking 2 caps morning 2 caps night.

Not much to report still! Dont exactly know what I should be watching for lol. I was able to train arms today. Everything was pretty same as far as weights used. I did get about 6 extra dips in, and weighing 255 lbs thats a nice bump up over last week.

6 extra reps in Dips would definitely be something I would report as a improvement. You said your weighing in at 255, what was it last week?

So were looking for things that would be reported in most 'Natural Anabolics'

I'm about the same weight. Not much appetite increase. I eat alot anyway. I'll double check though. As for the dips, yes for sure I had an increase in strength because last time I think I did 5/5/5 and this week was 6/6/12.

Weight is still 255.

I don't know how but I squatted and this happened. Glad to know my strength is not suffering.

Front squat
135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x1

Back squat
135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3 405x3
430x3/3/3/3/3.

Back is not better, it just didn't affect squatting much.

I was able to bench, couldn't arch much, but some.


barx20/20 95x10 135x5 185x3 225x2 245x1 265x1 285x3, failed on 4th.
Not bad considering.
Just wanted to do reps after.

Do you notice any difference in recovery, vasculairty or even endurance (rest time between sets)?

Dont usually track this but as of late it is pertinent. I absolutely was able to have shorter rest periods and I was quicker to get pumps. Recovery is so so, with typical vascularity as well. Added another dip as well as handling a ton of volume.

Sounds like an epicatechin and AI blend with maybe anacyclus or laxo,hearing reports of increased vascularity and hunger

updates:

I do have increased hunger, frequently. I feel slightly fuller, and the pumps I get are quicker to come and feel substantial. Back is healing up great. I feel bad this happened right when I started the log and had the heaviest week of my 12 week training block basically get scrapped. But who knew picking up a garden hose would wreck my training and supp. log???

Anyways,
did a depressing lackluster shoulder session Monday.
Tuesday rest day back felt mostly better.
Wednesday back felt great.

Squatted, didnt feel comfortable doing the 470xamrap I was scheduled so I just did

A couple days off for birthday mini vacation.

Hows strength, vascularity, muscle fullness, appetite and bodyweight?
Bodyweight, hasn't changed. Appetite is always kicking. Muscle fullness, yes slightly, I thought I looked pretty jacked last night, but I also have a good tan right now. I definitely see a synergistic effect with this product and being tan. Vascular, nope. Strength, it's actually pretty good, I felt lacking in bench but I powered through a set of 20 and then 17 with 315 for squats for a volume PR. That says something, I've done 20 reppers sets before but never almost 2.

I feel like this product hasn't helped recovery much. Had to take an extra day off yesterday. Deadlifts 3 days ago, 345 for 5 sets of 10. I always perform well and hunger is always kicking after I take 2 pills.
