Hello,
I don't know what I'm taking.This is a beta test log for Performax labs: Natural anabolic complex.
The serving size is 2 caps, twice a day. Literally no idea what to expect or what to look for.
SO, I will take two caps upon waking, and two caps preworkout or pre dinner on rest days. I'm currently on week 11 of a training block. Peaking for no reason really, I train bench squat, press and deadlift on different days, and also do arm days and back days. It is confusing but it is because of my work schedule(3/2/2/3) and what equipment I have available to me because I train at home and work( I have a gym at work). So anyway I take a rest day every 4th or 5th day depending on work schedule.
A little training background for the past week.
Squat day
workset 390 for 7 sets of 3
Strict press day

lateral raises
rear delts on pec dec
db presses
Deadlift day
workset 420x3/3/3/3/3/3/6
Bench Press day
Workset 260x3/3/3/3/7
Arm day
preacher curls
alternating db curls
prone incline curls
cable curls
close grip pushdowns
cable tricep extensions superset dips
reverse grip pushdowns superset french press
Today I will train back.
My weight has been very steady around 255ish. Trying to lean out a bit. Will update later tonight. Please ask any questions to help me feel out this mystery supplement. Currently taking only the basics, preworkout, creatine mono. bcaa, vit. D. Trying to get back to tracking my food, but I'm really lazy.
