Boy that's true. Hard when you wanna put the work in but things aren't healthy enough to train.Nice! Sometimes all it takes is some time off to set us back on track.

My tingles are only mild on it but we've had several new users say theirs are wild. It is a very individual response and really has zero impact on ergogenic effect.Hit the Gym again yesterday. Bench and Accessories. Again a subpar day.White Flood does alright so far, but nothing to crazy. I don't get a crazy kick of Stims nor any Beta Alanine tingles from it.

Kind of on a Back of period right now. About it hit it hard again and start the program over. But Yes.. It's been going very well. For being my age and weight. I have been gaining great during 2016. I'm looking at a 1400+ next meet and working on getting that 1500 next.Looks like training has been going well lately I take it?
Makes perfect sense to me. That is a tremendous improvementThanks, I only try and wrap on my top set. My % for the program are based off my 520 wrapped PR squat. I go beltless and just knee sleeves as much as I can. Last round I did with this program. My squat jumped 40lbs by week 8.
