What Better way to Start off.... With a SQUAT DAY...


Ok I took 1.5 Weeks off to recover and heal up some. My Hips were hurting and I needed the time down. So I'm just starting this now...


I had a great day. Didn't start my programing back up, but wanted to see how I felt. So I was going to work up to a Heavy Single and hit a few Accessories afterwards. Went very well. Also got to use some new wraps I got in this week. Titan Signature Golds 3M and 24in Wrist Wraps.

Nice! Sometimes all it takes is some time off to set us back on track.

Unfortunately, time off is the hardest part about lifting for me :(

Boy that's true. Hard when you wanna put the work in but things aren't healthy enough to train.

Bench day was Saturday, Forgot to post. Been working on the house a lot..

Took another full scoop. I find this Pre-Workout one I have to just slam all at once. Nothing against it, just the Bubble gum Flavor. Taste just like Bubble gum. anything I have had in my Life that has been Bubble gum Flavor is something made not to shallow. So it's a bit odd for me.

I just helped this girl at the gym cut for a big national strongman comp and she told me she hadn't had a dump in 5 days. After grilling her she revealed that when I said she could have sugar-free gum when she was fasting she had been eating a pack a day. Like actually swallowing it *smh*

6-17 = Pre-workout worked great today, had a nice pump all workout. A few commented that I looked huge today..lol
Active Rest Day
Ab's, Light Biceps, Calves and Mobility Work.





6-19 = Pre-workout didn't do jack today, but nothing on the legal side of Meth would have. Just didn't have it today. Even used smelling salts. :(

Was not feeling it tonight. Still breaking in these Titan Wraps. For some reason tonight they really tore my legs up. My 445 set was suppose to be for 4 reps. I was just a puss tonight for some reason. Switched to the Rhinos, but I don't get as much out of those.

Going to go light all week and reset my Numbers and start the Program over. The past 9 weeks. Squats went from 480 to 520, Bench went from 330 to 340 TG, Deadlifts was 520 to 550.

Hit the Gym again yesterday. Bench and Accessories. Again a subpar day.White Flood does alright so far, but nothing to crazy. I don't get a crazy kick of Stims nor any Beta Alanine tingles from it.

My tingles are only mild on it but we've had several new users say theirs are wild. It is a very individual response and really has zero impact on ergogenic effect.

Ya I know you can't base anything off the Tingles. Just had a rough week and I don't think anything would have pulled me through.

Getting ready now to go in and it Back and focus on Deadlift Accessories.

Kind of on a Back of period right now. About it hit it hard again and start the program over. But Yes.. It's been going very well. For being my age and weight. I have been gaining great during 2016. I'm looking at a 1400+ next meet and working on getting that 1500 next.

Last 2 Days of training... White Flood doing the Trick, just not any WOW factor for me. Pumps have been good and energy good. It's a very solid and proven formula. Chest Days have been feeling really pumped.

Had 2 more good workouts to Start off the new program and using White Flood..

Squat Day
Warm ups and 3 tops sets of 5 with 390, 415, 440
The 10, 8, 6 on Leg Press.. Followed with Leg Curls, Lunges and Stiff leg Deadlifts....Rough workout

Bench Day
Warm up and a Single at 290, followed by 3x5 @ 265
Dips, Pulldowns and other Bench Accessory work



So far my Take on Bubble Gum White Flood. Works good, no over the top Stim feeling or tingles. Kicks in Smooth and doesn't leave you crashed. Last easily a full hard workout. 2hrs.Mixes easy and is not grainy or chalky. The Bubble Gum Flavor taste just like good ol' Bubble Gum.

Very good to hear. Sounds like a tough squat session - nice work battling through! Are you currently wrapless in your training?

Thanks, I only try and wrap on my top set. My % for the program are based off my 520 wrapped PR squat. I go beltless and just knee sleeves as much as I can. Last round I did with this program. My squat jumped 40lbs by week 8.

Makes perfect sense to me. That is a tremendous improvement

Haven't used a reverse hyper in a minute! My butt would always pump like mad at any rep range; it was a battle against the burn on that thing. Couple nice new rep PRs I see! Always great to be making progress throughout different rep ranges. It's not as important as heavy stuff obviously but if your rep maxes are going up, usually the big lifts will follow in time!

Well I ran out of my White Flood. Overall liked it. Even got use to the Bubble Gum Flavor. I let me my wife use it a few times and she really liked it. I think she took a few extra scoops without me watching...lol

Great Pumps, Good Focus... If you don't like Tingles, but can handle a little Beta Alanine. This would be a great choice. It's not over powering, but gets the job done. Some days I do wish it was a big more powerful, but have other PWO I would switch out on those days. My wife already order more for herself. I think in Bubble Gum too.
