I'm a big guy being 6' 264lbs as of today body fat is in the mid 20s I will find somewhere to go get it checked on my days off. I want to start getting some definition people tell me all the time that I'm looking big and strong but now I want to be ablessed to see some muscles not just mass.
Workout routine
I'll be doing a 5x5 on coumpounds and 3x8-10 on assistance exercises. I'm gonna try and hit every muscle group 2x a week.
