Alright AM I'm here with Super DMZ rx 5.0. Gonna be a killer run and im excited to have anyone and everyone join me on this journey. Thank you to Iron Mag Labs wesb2387and for the opportunity to do this and give you guys my honest two cents on this product.
My goals are to get as lean and ripped as possible. Ill do a BF% test and before pictures tomorrow or Monday. Im going to start dosing this tomorrow and I'll update often to let everyone know how its going. Thanks to anyone who decides to follow along with this.

Day 1 update.

Weight today when I woke up was 214. So there's my starting point. Im not too worried about what the scale says although I want to stay above 200 for sure. Anyways first dose was around 545 am today when i woke up. Yeah i was up at 545 on my one day off this week. Kinda dumb I know. Anyways today is a rest day (boo) but its mothers day and Sunday so thats kinda how it goes. Back to work tomorrow and back to the gym after work. Excited to see how this goes. Im going to be running this at 4 caps a day. 2 am and 2 pwo on training days and 2am and 2pm on off days.

Hey wesb2387 you got any idea how long it takes to feel this stuff kicking in? Im just curious cause these compounds are new to me I want to know what to look forward to :)

When I was taking the super r andro it was about 10 days or so, and same thing with the 4 andro. I haven't used anything with 5 andro in it.

Yea pretty much what Matt said. Bout two weeks you should be in full stride.

Since your logging this with the burn extreme are you gonna break up dosing at different times or take some doses together.

Definitely get at least 1 SDMZ prewo. The r-andro is awesome for aggression.

Smashed my thumb at work yesterday bad. Deadlifts are gonna be fun for the next little while. Yesterday went out to dinner with my wife and her fam so didnt get any time to go to the gym. So I'll get in there tonight and smash. Crazy im already looking leaner in the mirror.

Update. Weighed in at 209.2 this morning. Going to hit the gym after work and will update after that. Now that im getting used to this job I'll be hitting the gym more. Dang before i started this job i was lifting six days a week every week. Now with as long as my hours are its hard to convince my wife to let me go.

Checked my bf % today at the gym. 12.7%. I was 16.4 last time i checked like a month ago. Nice.

Alright guys another update here. Im starting to notice that "alpha" feeling went to the gym feeling like a boss. Im feeling big and feeling full. My strength is right where it was a month ago which is interesting cause I've lost 20 pounds in that time and almost 4% body fat. The only problem is how jacked up my hands are. They're getting better slowly but it still isn't nice lifting with a giant blister for a hand. Anyways I did shoulders today.

Well didnt make it into the gym yesterday (dang it). An older friend of mine called and needed help moving and everyone else bailed on him so i went and helped with that and then went to dinner with the wife and had a huge dinner lol. Feeling very lean and full this morning. Packing all my supps up and lifting shoes so i can hit the gym after work. Legs... They're gonna feel it tomorrow.

Im weighing in at 206 this morning. Leaning out noticeably and vascularity is awesome. Abs are coming in. Losing weight but holding on to muscle and my strength is holding steady. Its hard to gauge if its going up or not cause im comparing it to when i wasnt working. Now every time i hit the gym its after a ten hour work day but still pushing the same weights on most things. So thats a good thing. More to come tonight.

Some heavy pendlay rows there!!
I usually do 6 reps, and start to loose form at 195. I love them, huge pumps. I don't notice them until the following exercise

Yeah thats why i stopped at 8 at 225. Kinda hard to go that heavy and keep the form clean. Some days are better than others and today was one of those days. I actually dont know if I've ever done more than 5 at 225. Pretty sure thats a rep PR

Yesterday and today were rest days. I was planning on going to the gym after work tonight but my wife got called into work and so I'm staying home with the kids. Back in the gym tomorrow. Worked extra hard today at work though so its ok :) will update tomorrow night.

Decided to do a bodyweight lightweight db circuit instead of a rest day. 5, 5 minute rounds in the format of a ufc fight timewise. 5 exercises per round 1 minute each. Drenched in sweat afterwards. Had fun doing it. My 2.5 year old son was trying to do it with me lol

Not the cleanest but with how hard i work and then hitting the gym and the what i do at home i gotta get my calories in. I eat alot of proteins to try and keep my muscles from becoming food for my body lol

Yesterday hit chest. Worked up to 275 for a couple sets on bench. Then did some dumbell work. Incline press hex press db flys etc. Doing legs right now. Will update in a bit.
