Hello everybody! This is my first time ever posting on this website and my first time ever logging a supplement. I have been lurking on the site for about two weeks just trying to get some ideas on putting on mass. I have been lifting seriously four about 4 years now. I'm one of those who have always had a tough time putting on mass. I'm very pleased with the amount of muscle I have naturally put on since I first began, but I'm hungry for more gains! Occasionally I will get frustrated with myself as I feel like my gains are slow as ****. It ultimately ends up making me think about just running a pro hormone, but I know the more hard work I put in the more results I will get. It all takes time. I just have to remind myself from where I started and to where I am now. Anyways while doing some research on the forms I saw someone sort of in the same boat as me & a user recommend Anabeta Elite. It caught my eye so instantly I started researching & found many people saying its a very beneficial bulking product. Granite diet and training have to be on point to see results. I'm not expecting to pop these pills and expect results. With that being said I will update my progress from beginning to end!

Weight: 160 lbs
Squat: 330 lbs
Deadlift: 330 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs (Its been quite sometime since I have benched max. I regularly stick to dumbbells. I'm throwing up 85's occasionally 90's)
