First off I want to thank hvactech and NutraChem for the chance to log Nutraceutical Innovations Burn Extreme, 11K test, amd alphadrone. I am still in my cut that I started back in November. When I started I was around 258-260 and as of wendnesday I was down to 229. Ending goal for my cut itself is 205-210. I will still be running my low carb/ cycling diet wise and plan in the gym is changed up just a bit. My main lifts (bench,squat, deadlift, overhead press are set up with 5/3/1.
Day 1: bench/squat, back and shoulder extra work
Day2:
Day 3:upper rep pump work
Day 4:
Day 5: deadlift/overhead press, chest and legs work
Day 6:lower body rep pump work
Day 7:
Will be doing cardio 6 days a weeks and will be mixing it with between liss and hiit work. The rep days will just be a couple exercises for each muscle group with higher reps to just get a good bit of blood flowing to these areas.
So I will starting this log off as soon as I get the goodies in.

Don't be shocked after the first dose. It hits you very hard. It will ease up after a bit lol

So first full day of dosing down. I will say it's very true about the product coming on hard then tapering down a bit. About 35 min after first dose today I broke out in a sweat amd all I was doing was sitting on the couch watching other people pack and load my stuff lol

Nice day today. Got to hit the gym even though I am out of town right now setting up our new place. Still loving the first burst of energy I'm getting with burn extreme and then the lasting power all day from it. Also yesterday and so far today I'm really starting to notice some appetite suppression. With the 11K and AlphaDrone so far it goes on great and bad on smell and hasn't bothered my skin. Also to note even thought this is my first topical supplement I really like the spray like it comes. I was thinking it was going be rubbed in like a lotion or gel amd it's not, so I'm glad about that

Nice deadlift and Ohp day. Didn't keep track of my extra work. Did get a nice 2 mile jog in after so the burn extreme produced a nice sweat. Still keeping on

Main lifts in attachment. Cardio was 30 min on treadmill. Gym was without power but stayed open so no ac on top of burn extreme. I'm soaked in sweat. Fuk yea. Really good workout and should be hitting up a second one later today

Partners take turn alternating amd resting while other works.

Not to bad. Did it outside so worked up a really nice sweat.

never got into the kb thing. not that i wouldnt, but i see this being easier with a partner

Are your starting pictures from your high in November? Or, when you started the log in April? Because if that's you at 260 pounds you wear it REALLY well.

Deload this week. So I will take a break from main lifts. But will be hitting some weak points. This morning hit a 2.5 mile run with last .5 mile being sprint intervals. Will be hitting up some back and arms with some oly work this afternoon

Off day training wise but met up with some guys from work and played some basketball. 30 min in and was pouring sweat. I love it

Played some basketball today. Then lifted, and rowed for 500 meter.
Strenght is still there have noticed aggression up a bit

I started using an app and then the note thing, but sometimes it is more of a pain in the azz, so props to those who do this. I actually found some old pics - back in 99 early 2000 of me and some logs- notes on mood, diet and training.

Yea I use to use notebooks and excel sheets for my %. Then found the app for my % and now using the notepad on the phone. It's easier since I already have phone on me for music and don't have to carry a notebook also

So hit up a 2 mile run today. Not to bad just crazy hott.
This week has been crazy at work. Was gone from Tuesday until Saturday then had to go back in midnight sunday till 7 that night. But not to bad just popped a extra burn extreme amd was ready to go.

After lifting went out and did a mile of hiit sprints with the weighted vest.
Been about 2 weeks since benching and strenght hadn't dropped off to much so that been nice.

Heading out for work tonight for the next two weeks. Won't have access to phone service for a couple days at a time but will be getting some running and lifting in, when I am in each time

So leaving for work got pushed back a day. So I got a 2 mile run in before leaving Sunday afternoon. Will be off till friday then gone again for 3 to 4 days.will update as I can. As far as today just played some ball with guys from work for about hour and half so not bad.
