I have to say after reading some studies on how or best way to prepare this stuff, I ended up just trying it out in my Keurig. This is by far imo the easiest way. It comes out just like green tea, with similar taste. I had no bad after taste what so ever. Dosing right now btw 2-3 scoops. I haven't seen the energetic side yet, but got it more so for the pain relief. I have terrible tennis elbow pain, and so far after the first week, it's starting to show signs of relief.
