First off thank you brundel for this opportunity, I hope to make you proud !

Black Lion Research Sent me a 30 day supply of the New Follidrone 2.0 Epicatechin Product and a 60 day supply of Viron I also had a 30 day supply of Prolactrone on hand. I will run the Follidrone 2.0 alone for the first week than add in the Viron at week 2 and on week 3 add the Prolactrone.

Day 1 Weight 191. Sunday no workout today, just about 3 hours of yard work, meal pre and some time with the grand kids (Yes I'm a Grandfather) I took 3 Follidrone 2.0 today 1 with each meal.

I started dosing the Follidrone 2.0 yesterday so by the time of this workout I had taken 4 caps, I have to say my muscles felt very full and hard half way through the workout, a very nice felling and defiantly not my normal results. So I have to say it has made a difference with in one day!! Good Stuff !!

Try them with empty stomach if possible.
Unless it causes stomach upset.
I will try to take them about a half an hour before meals tomorrow.

What is your overall daily caloric intake like? I see 1500 but that cant be a full day is it?

I am trying to cut, it should be 1500 - 2000 per day with a cheat meal or two on the weekends. I will adjust as needed.

Great!
Ive seen how this stuff performs during a cut.
We gave tested 12 subject, all cutting, 6 received the Fd2 and 6 didnt.....The 6 that received the FD2 lost alot more bodyfat overall and lost no muscle tissue or in one case he actually gained some muscle according to the measurements used to judge the contest they were all a part of.

Its 20% off on Nutri-Verse or the sale might have just ended I don't remember but I'd check asap. Either way you can get another bottle on Nutri-Verse.

I would recommend 2 caps pre workout on training days. There are acute effects that make it better than some pre workout supps.
Vasodilation
endurance
Increased VO2Max
Etc.

Just a suggestion though, ultimately its up to you.
But we recommend 2 pre workout and 1 6+ hours apart on training days
and 1x 3 times daily on non.

just so much good stuff not to take advantage pre workout!

A few things I have noticed. I do not use and alarm clock but I wake up everyday at 3:30 am (give or take 5 minutes) two days this week I slept till a few minutes after 4am (Increased / better sleep ??) I have not pooped quite as often (like missed 2 days this week) very unusual for me, but no problems.

I notice better sleep day one!! Went to bed at 10pm woke up at 2am and felt like I slept for 10 hours.... Lol... Brundel! Any benefits to dosing more than 3 a day?

Yes i expect a higher dose would likely give you a stronger effect. There is plenty of each ingredient to kick ass. We tested each ingredient solo before combined so i know they all work well at the dose in the cap, however, i dont know what the top end is for ecklonia or flos carth or the q/n cocrystal. Test drive a higher dose and let us know ;)

Yea!., Follidrone 2.0 is very noticible!! Feels like it has anti estrogen effects.. Notice less water retention

Its fat burning effects are strong. Makes it feel like an AI but in this case I think its actually fat and not water loss.

I was wondering why I felt dry at times lol I don't eat at work but I feel like I burn through my breakfast energy fairly quick.

Got off work a noon today so I headed to Planet Fitness for some afternoon Cardio, 35 Minutes on the Elliptical and Some Ab and Calf work.

The weatherman is calling for rain all day Sunday so I figured I better Mow the Lawn when I got home so I got another hour of Cardio in !!

Went out to Dinner with my youngest daughter, her husband and my sister and her husband. I has a Great Salmon Salad, but I did sneak a slice of pizza.....So Good !!

brundel I am going to add in the Black Lion Research Viron today the label directions say (1) capsule daily, is it best to take with meals or on an empty stomach ?
