First off stats. 54, 5'7" 181 as of today.diet is so messed up can't even start with that. Workout is three to four days weekly with two parts each day rest days are an days.

Took half scoop with eight ounces of water.
Well first thing was the atom . Friggin in your face energy. Had to slow my usual pace down after the first superset. But finished not a huge pump like I was expecting but I'll look at it when I do upper body Thursday.

Three super sets. Leg curls and extensions 4/40 then lying curls and presses 4/20 then body weight squats and seated calf raises 2/20 & 4/failure 180 lbs. should be in some doms pain by 5 tomorrow so think of me! Lol.

going after chest and arms today hope I can get it all in . looking at doing incline bench, cable flyes at three different settings and close grip bench .
then on to drag curls, hammers, decline skulls, overhead cable extensions, bench dips and rack lockouts for a finisher.

chest and arms in the book. great pump but more energy than anything at 1/2 scoop. so ended up doing my chest routine

decline bench 185, 185,185,155 for around 8 reps each , cable flyes half front section half back section for 80 reps total
flat close grip bench 4 sets to failure at 135
lower pec cabe flyes 4 sets to failure

on to arms
decline skulls 55 4 sets 10
hammer rope curls 60,70,80,90 12-18 reps
zottman curls 35 lbs 4 sets 10
spider curls 30 4sets to failure
4 sets 50lb shrugs to failure

great workout completely fatigued afterward.. back is giving me a little problem could be the adrol not sure. gonna add some ala today to help with glycogen intake been reading about it . muscle have been flat lately . need to increase my water and carb intake and a little more potassium . been working crazy and running all over with the kids after work so diet has been pretty rough too. should be able to get back on track after next week when we slow down. 54 days till the beach so gonna have to pour it on to get somewhat cut for that.

Saturday did back and shoulders
preworkout right after coffee
banana and poptart

started with seated military press 135, 155, 165,175 for 8-10 reps
rear delt cable flys 30,40,50 drop set 10-15
bentover flyes 35-4x12
front raises 40-4x10
rear delt on pec deck 65,65,50,50 for failure

back
pullups 3 sets to failure
t bar row 135 4x10
pulldowns 110, various grips for 4x8
incline rows db 50's 3 x failure
shrugs 135 4x15 front and back

done and done once again not a huge pump but awesome energy really missing that pump figured I would get more with that much beta alanine and agmatine . don't want to press the scoops in fear of od on caffenine and bp issues . I also don't want to sup a pump product I have either to skew the results for the log unless pyro says to .what could I add to not hurt anything to get my pump back. thinking of asking my guy for some Cialis. what do you think pyro?

extreme energy should be the name of this pwo! lord have mercy . I haven't been this winded from the intensity of these past 5 workouts while doing fn pwo.
still the pump is lacking unless you were to up the dose I believe. i'll take the intensity and leave it at that.

did Neil Hill's Y3T back workout last night . 3 sets with 14-18 rep range on each exercise . really focusing on the negatives.

3 second negative on each rep took its toll and I only managed 12 one time most were betwenn 6-9 but the feeling I got was tremendouse really isolates the lats hugely.

lat pulldowns for starters
seated closegrip rows
leaning rope straight arm pulldowns
one armed db rows( heavy)
I through in rack pulls for fun but I was done. it was intense and really exhausting sets with the negatives that he planned out. sore as all get out this morning. didn't go nearly as heavy as I usually do probably 30 lbs lighter on all exercises . just goes to show you you don't have to push massive amounts of weight to get results. off today probably tomorrow morning or afternoon for legs and biceps.

chest and biceps Saturday

decline bench 155 4x10
incline hammer 75 4 to failure
incline db fly 35 4x10-12
cable crossovers 40 , 30, 20, 20 to failure
cable flys 4 x8 half way from back and 4 x 8 half way from front extensions like half reps on both then finish with a full one.

long bar curls 75x2 for 10 , 65 x 2 to failure
preacher curls db 30lbs 4 to failure
hammers 40 4 x 10-12
zottman curl drop set 25, 20, 15, 12

great energy and pump this time felt it everywhere. love changing things up to get results

pullups long hang to stretch out the lats 8 ea
wide grip pulldowns 120,110,100,90
incline rows db 30

calves seated raises 90
leg and calf press 300 slow deep hold and flex not heavy just getting the pump
leg extensions drop set 135,120,100,90,80,60,45,30

damn legs are killing me today just goes to show its not how much is what you do with the weight you have that counts.

man I am having to back out of this one. pwo is just screwing with me something owful . almost like I can pass out. it must be the combination of the chemicals with my body but I feel like crap afterward. the energy is super intense a little more than my bp can hold. sorry for wasting time pyro but that is what we do when we buy them at the store take a shot to see what happens. thanks for the opportunity it is probably a great product all around just not for me. thanks again.
