Okay, let's get this party started.

I'm currently cutting for summer. Taking 1 scoop before workouts.
I've been using an all natural pre called pow, and am excited for this.

Currently weight training 2x per week.
Running outside 3x per week.
Weight is at 190, dropping to 180-185 hopefully by middle of May.
Will switch weights to 4x per week once I get to 180, and running to once.

Monday I ran 3miles. Legs are still sore as I haven't ran a 5k since 2013.
Tuesday weights. Took a sample of white Rapids, hit flat bench, good mornings, cable rows, high pulls.

Today I'm going for 5mles.

Will take at 10, and run at 11.
Taste of the fruit punch is good. Mixed well, no floaters or sedentary stuff at the bottom.

I'll be back with updates

Ended up feeling so good I just went 6 miles.

Legs were pretty pumped afterwards.

6 miles is a personal record. Never ran more than 4 miles, though it was only 82 outside.

Today's workout was literally two exercises.
Wife had the day off and asked me to come home for some uh... Lunch.. :smoker:

Anyway, hit 3 sets of bent over bb rows, and then 4 sets of clean an press.

Shoulders got a little pumped but overall a dissatisfied workout, only cause of the interruption.

Note about white flood:
No jitters, clean energy, great focus and mood. And it mixes really well.

Another run tomorrow.

I forgot to mention, I train in a fasted state.

I eat my last meal around 8-830pm and don't eat again until 12-1 pm.

This for me, is the big reason I rely on a pre workout.
Because I'm over 12hrs fasted, I don't like strong stimulants in my pre, as it can bring intense hunger pangs, as well as jitters an nauseous feeling.

So far, white flood has given me the energy to make it through 3 & 6 mile runs, as well as resistance train, while having no food for over 12 hours.
Needless to say, this stuff rocks.

No workout today. But I did sip on some white flood, and take the time to analyze the taste.

It is very similar to Hawaiian Punch IMO

Fixing my kitchen sink. So no workout today unless I finish in like an hour.
Was up till 1130 last night, and got it good enough to turn my water on.
Gotta buy the right parts today an finish it.

Fix one thing end up breaking another.

25min cardio after.

Felt good. Shoulders tomorrow, more cardio.
Gained the 5lbs I lost while in sandiego.

Had to double check the scale. Too much booze.

Weight is down 3lbs to 187.
Legs on Wednesday:

Took a scoop of white flood. Suprisingly I'm tolerating the fruit punch flavor pretty well. It's really good.

Db lunges: 50x8x5

Bb squat: 205x5x5

Haven't done lunges in forever. Remembered why I do them last. My legs were toasted after the squats.
25min stair master then 10min in the dry sauna to relax my back.

Rest Thursday.

Today was back:

5 sets of 8 reps, body weight.

Trap bar shrugs:
115x10, 205x10, 255x10, 275x10, 295x10
Wanted to go 315 for the last set but was nervous for my back picking it up from the floor, I pussed out.

Db bent rows:
90x5x4, 60x10.

Finished with 20min cardio and 15min sauna.
Feeling great, taking things slow so nothing has gotten injured.
Good pumps today.

I ran a wave of low handle hex bar pulling for 3 weeks to get back into pulling after some pretty bad sciatic impingement from herniated lumbar discs - also doing beltless sets of 10.

The trick for me was to really focus on quality of movement, and making sure I always rested enough between sets so I never pulled in a compromising fashion. If you feel able to pull it while keeping everything tight and clean, you will be good. But if you were very fatigued I'd say you did the smart thing shutting it down.

Yea, I need to go see a doc an have some X-rays done. I think the have a bulging or at worse herniated disc.

Great chest workout today.

Took my pre at about 730am for my 1030 workout.

Flat bench: 185x5, 205x5, 215x5, 220x3, 225x1, 230x1, 235x1
Right shoulder which has been reconstructed started to feel weak so played it safe, plus I had no spot.

Pec deck fly: 175x6, 190x5, 205x4, 190x5, 295x5
Had to rest longer so I could get that 5th rep on 205.

Seated dips: 200x5, 200x5, 200x5, 190x5, 190x5

Right shoulder again started to feel sketchy.

Finished with 20min cardio and 15min in sauna.

Overall I feel it was a great workout and I didn't hurt myself. Hopefully this keeps up.
Great energy and focus. Chest was pumped nicely.

Skipped shoulders yesterday.

Legs today.

Hadn't done deads in a while so I hit it.

Single leg dead lift:
95x5ESx5
Dead lift:
185x5, 225x5, 230x5, 235x5, 240x1, 245x1, 250x1, 255x1, 260x1, 265x1, 270x1, 275x1, 280x1, 285x1
Felt good, was in the mindset to go for 315, but again, playing safe. Hence the 2 1/2 lb each side increase each set.
Back feels great though

Standing calf raise: 140x15, 230x12, 230x12, 230x10 230x10

20min cardio, 10min sauna.

Tired. And hungry afterwards.

Hit shoulders Friday.

Felt weak today. But got a good pump, especially in my forearms.

Pec dec fly: 190x5, 190x5, 190x3, 160x5, 160x5.
Again felt weak.

Cable flys. I finished up here with 3 heavy sets of 8.

Ran for 20min then 15min sauna stretching.

Worked till 11 this morning so started late which had me feeling rushed.

Okay, so!

This product is as expected, great. My favorite pre workout actually.

All 10's for this one. Taste, pump, mix ability, effectiveness.

Unless someone has something remarkable, there is no better pre.

I recommend it to all my clients and co workers.
