First a big shout out to hvactech and Nutraceutical Innovations for supplying me with 1 bottle of MONOPUMP.

Stats:

Age-38
235lbs
5.5 height
Bf uncertain

Hx with pump products- I have a long history taking pump products- a lot of L-arginine and hydromax-like stuff. Most of the products I took had along list of ingredients. I got slightly above normal pumps from most products. As I have gotten older the pump has declined. I am look to get that skin bursting pump like I had in my teens.

Training- 6 x per week, one muscle group per day. Big volume person.

Goals- recomp

Diet - 6-7 meals per day. High protein and low carbs.

Dose- 4 caps per day

DAY 1-BACK

Rope Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 120,140,160- 3 set 10 reps
T-bar row- 3x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

Took 4 caps of MonoPump. Also took One cap Of the Burn Xtreme-pic above. Head to gym about 20 min after. I had a solid back day. The Burn Xtreme was just too much for me- I was cracked out of my mind. Even 4 hour later I still feel it in my system. The caffeine is not much but the other ingredient took me on a bad trip...lol. I tend to have low-middle tolerance to stims. To be honest I could not assess the monopump due to the Burn Xtreme. I felt tighter in my back and got everything done. No more Burn Xtreme and tomorrow I will be on just the MonoPump.

I have used a lot fatbunner and a lot companies say or advertise that their is very strong. But you guy really push it to the Extremes. Just amazed that 1 cap can do so much.

Our vision is to start with the top products in every category, then use those targets as the standard to design ours even better. It's not always easy but the goal itself is just that simple.

BX is more of an all day energizing burner/stim. It can be used with great success as a pre, but it's a bit over-kill for that application (unless you have 6hr workouts.) :)

Took 4 caps 20 min before gym. Legs went great. I am feeling a good tight pump in Quad and more even in Hams. It seemed that my mind to muscle connection was better and I felt the weight more. I also noticed better hydration and in turn better endurance. Normal I am tried after leg day but even at the end I still felt like I had more in me.

Lol yeah the only benefit for me is using it for cardio. I can blast through and hour and lose track of time, having to remind myself I hate cardio

Took 4 caps and headed to gym. Delts hit with volume. Got a good pump going in the delts....but all over I swelled up. I also noticing more endurance and not running out of breath...so wait between sets is very low...which in turn helps with the pump.

Yeah, it increases blood volume. But even if they ban Mono, good luck trying to ban coconut oil and breast milk!

I'd never really thought about it before, but I wonder if that's why breast fed babies look all pumped up and swole! But little soy formula kids are just all whiny and stuff. lol

Of course your performance has improved. Your blood volume/supply is increased which increases muscle perfusion, with a subsequent boost in oxygenation and metabolism! An improvement in endurance from Mono is almost certainly a sign that you've 'made gains'. The increased endurance may be enjoyed for a few weeks, but don't get too comfortable in it. The window is now to break your current training plateau!

This is what I was trying to explain before, why people report such long-lasting pumps and impressive results with Mono. NO boosters contribute to vascular tone, so that pump gives a sense of gain. But they don't contribute to hyperemia like greater blood volume does (at least not during exercise.) Improved perfusion is the key to improved performance, and that's what makes Mono superior to NO boosters. It's not just some transient nitric oxide pump that boosts your gym ego, but not your long-term muscle gains.

pull ups-BW 3 sets total

Taking 4 caps. Back hit hard. Pump was good and back became tight really fast. Had to do some weighted stretching to get more movement in. So far everything is great and got a good recomp going.

Taking 4 caps. First time using MonoPump for cardio. It helps a lot . Cardio system is hell of a lot more effective due to the Vasolidation.

I do the same now, MonoPump before my workouts cardio or weights and that's all I need. The pump alone motivates me through my workouts

Took 5 caps today just to see what going on. Pump was better and arm blew up quick. I also took mono pump and had to wait about 30 + min. Due to busy schedule. I also feel the wait time helped get the mono pump into me better.

Think it was b/t 30 to 1 hour. The bottle says 15-30min...but I think you need more time. I got to gym late and was worried that mono pump was at the tail end but the added time worked best.

i hate that feeling- oh sh1t its wasting away! I am sure there is a half life (as with all products) and I find that sometimes, going a little past the label suggestions is actually better on some days. Could be a many factors to this; diet, stress, energy level etc.

if this is working for you, by all means bro, stick with it. when I run my log, I was going to switch between mono and 24. when i use the mono, i will take a day or two and do 2 hours before, 1 hour before and 30 min before to see what type of results i get

This was more noticeable on arms day. The pump got insane and target muscle looked freaky. Also over all the surrounding muscle groups also appeared fuller.

There was however another benefit to using MonoPump I had a great spike in endurance and the whole cardiovascular system appeared to be running better. I noticed this when doing legs mostly. I would not run out of breath and could easily move fast b/t set even on compound movements- like squats.

I have taken other pump products that contained Hydromax and I personally feel that MonoPump is hands down better than Hydromax. Mono pump was a great run and Nutraceutical Innovations is a great brand and look forward to trying out more stuff from them.
