So thanks to hvactech and Nutraceutical Innovations I was selected to log MonoPump. This is my first product log so bear with me and I'll do my best.

So in this log I am going to focus on being objective and honest and I will review this product how it affects me.

Now that the product is in my hands I honestly cant wait to try it. But i gotta wait for my wife to get off work to come home and hang out with kid so i can go to the gym. I will update as often as i can and keep everyone posted on my experience with the product.

I'd say about 15 minutes into my workout was when i started to feel something different. About 30 it was definitely different.
When i got into the arm work my headphones started falling out and i almost couldnt get my arms to bend enough to put them back in. The vascularity was crazy too. Ill have to get some vein pictures soon cause there was definitely some popping out Ive never seen before.

How are you taking this? Like what dosage are you doing and how long before your workout are you taking it? Are you fasted? What time of day? How many meals before? Are you combining it with any other pre workout? I know that's a lot but I notice my pumps significantly affected by the minor details.

Its just a pump product so if you want the stims you're gonna want to take it with a preworkout too. I took 4 caps (because i weigh 225-230) right before i left for the gym. So like 5 min before getting to the gym. I didnt drink a preworkout today because i took one of those Burn Xtreme pills and even though i have a high stim tolerance i was spun out pretty bad lol. And i wanted to gauge the pump affect without any arginine or anything to supplement it.

Dang dude... Lol alright it was around 1pm. I ate some pork and an english muffin about an hour earlier (maybe longer not sure) and see my other comment for the other questions

lol thank you! I saw your other comment as well. I'm just crazy sensitive to carbs and timing and water and sleep and all that when it comes to pumps.

if possible try a faster digesting carb like hbcd with mono pump pre workout.... skin splitting pumps!

Overall successful day. My first squat day using cube kingpin and felt like i was gonna puke several times. Felt uncomfortable alot. And now can barely walk.

Had breakfast about an hour before lifting today. Took the other Burn pill and my Monopump before leaving to drop my son off at school then straight to the gym. Thus was my first squat day on the Cube Kingpin method and it killed me. The pump in my legs was retarded seriously could barely walk lol. So far im loving this stuff...

Another note. Im not sure if it was placebo or not but i felt like i woke up today and was still pumped from yesterday and i know for sure my pump lasted longer yesterday than usual. Something ill keep my eye on.

i dont find it expensive honestly
Gatorade costs about $8 for about 1500g of glucose. The equivalent for HBCD is easily 4-5c the cost for minimal, if any, additional benefit. For a performance athlete with hours of training, maybe, but not for a dude that lifts for 1-1.5 hours.

gatorade is the only one i havent used intra or pre but out of everything else i like hbcd better based on zero GI distress plus cost isnt a factor to me...

Well I just took my 4 caps and before i left for the gym my father in law called and wants me to ride up to his cabin in montana with him to meet with a contractor to do some work up there... Well there goes at least 6hours of my day (at least). Try to hit the gym when i get back. We'll see.

Well since my workout this morning got interrupted by 6 hours sitting in a truck driving i decided i would take more and hit the gym when i got home... Didnt know if it was a good idea or not... But i did it anyway.

Looking at myself in the mirror while working out is kinda crazy. The pumps from this make me look super full and im looking fuller all the time even though its not the 24 hour pump im using.
Im sold on this stuff. Aside from PH's and AAS i dont know if ive ever tried a product that did what it was advertised to do so well as this stuff does. Thanks Nutraceutical Innovations for the quality product.

Those deficit deads thrashed me too. All in all an uncomfortably successful day. The product is still going strong and the pumps are staying longer and longer. Loving it.

ive been dosing about a 40 minutes pre with a simple carb source.... skin splitting pumps! All day fullness is a big plus

Looking at myself in the mirror right now I'm happy with my physique. Im now as big as the guys i used to look at in the gym and think "Dang i wanna look like that..." I'm happy. Im excited to get that Burn Xtreme and see how lean i can get.

No i havent. It didnt seem like it was connected to any supps im taking. I just get them sometimes and usually theres nothing out of the ordinary to explain what triggered it.

was the skull crusher used to tap the tri's and/or a prelude to a up coming tri workout? I never finished a chest workout with a set of tri's before.
