Here we go, getting ready for a 4 week run of Alphamax XT coming from a 4 week PCT after a mild anabolic cycle on a cut. The boys feel good and everything feels like it's leveling off but we all know it usually takes more than 4 weeks to completely recover. I needed a supplement that should help boost my test, keep estrogen at bay, & cortisol under control. This is belong to deliver on all of the above, plus some, so we will see. I have used Hypermax XT by performax labs with good success so I jumped all over the opportunity to log this fitting in perfect for what I needed at the time.



* Diet & Workout Routine are the same as during my PCT.* I wanted to change things up with my routine, but considering I'm logging this I wanted to try and give it a true run & judgement for y'all without any changes. So everything remains unchanged.

Goals: Recomp, retain gains, regain some strength back.

Diet: Workout days 2900 cals. P252/C288/F80.
Off days 2200 cals. Calories I cut on off days will come from reduced carb intake.
Every Saturday I just chill with the diet & enjoy some good food for a cheat meal or two.

Supplements:
Alphamax XT
Creatine
Hypermax XT
Fish oil

Stats: Age- 29
Height- 6'0"
Weight- 177.8lbs
BF%- 18

Since this is only a 4 week run I will post a picture starting & another at the end of 4 weeks

alphamax XT looks amazing though. gonna buy some in the beginning of May to run for a month or two before Summer starts.

By a formula I found online taking circumference measurements. Not with calipers.

It may not be correct. I'm going to post a starting picture tomorrow and feel free to give an opinion.

Also, I weigh on Monday mornings just as I wake up with only my boxers & it seems to be the most consistent. I can weigh myself in the gym during the day in workout clothes and I am 182-184 (+ 6-8lbs from my morning weigh in), depending.

Today was one of those days where you can't take enough caffeine to get motivated. Worked Chest & Bi's and everything felt 20lbs heavier. I had to rack almost every chest movement on my last & heaviest set, pause, then go back at it for 1-2 reps.

Here's how it looked though.

Bench Press- 4x8 (185,205,215,225)
Decline- 3x12 (185)
Incline - 3x8 (135,155,165)
Incline flys- 2x10 (40)
Preacher curl- 1x12(55) 1x10(75) 1x8(85) 1x12(75)
Incline curls DB- 3x8 (35)
Preacher curl Machine- 2xFailure 50lbs

Yup, running them both for the first time, so I want to keep them separate at first. Once I figure out which works best, I'll stack it with Anafuse.

Felt great today hitting legs, one of the best days I've had in awhile as far as endurance & things just felt better & lighter. Need more of these.

Here's my workout

Leg Press- 200x15, 400x10, 490x10, 600x8 690x6, 400x15
Deadlifts- 135x12, 185x10, 225x8, 275x6, 315x4
Lunges- 2x30 (25lbs db's)
Seated leg Curls- 45x12, 90x12, 115x10
Leg raises- 12x10, 12x11, 12x12 squeeze & hold at top.
Calves- 300x15x3

Granted it's very early to really be getting any effects or benefits from it I would think though. Either way, it's been nice to actually enjoy & want to push through the next set.

Worked back & Tri's today. Workout looked like this.

Wide Grip Pullup- 1x15 BW, 1x10 chains
Reverse grip Pullup- 1x12 BW 1x10 chains
Parallel grip- 1x12 BW 1x10 chains
Skull Crushers/superset close grip bench- 3x12 (65)
Standing Upright Rows- 3x12 (70,90,110)
Tricep pushdowns cable- 3x10 (130)
Wide grip Rows- 3x12 (100,120,140)
DB skull Crushers- 3x12 (22.5,25,25)

It's possible. Ashwagandha is great at at reducing stress/anxiety, and has nootropic effects, tongkat ali can reduce stress and improve mood and libido, and ferulic acid has been shown to increase post-exercise beta endorphin levels, which could lead to reduced feelings of fatigue during workouts.

I find that Alphamax XT gives me similar focus and enjoyment. Even during my sets I feel like I desire to push myself harder for some reason. I find that with Alphamax XT, my sleeping is improved and I less stressed during the day, which translates to improved focus and intensity in the gym. Glad you're feeling strong! Log is looking awesome man

Yeah it's just a calm focused feeling, no aggression. Pretty much like I have a job to do, bare down, & get it. I've been on a tongkat Ali supplement the last two weeks of PCT stacked with Clomid, so I wouldn't think it's that.
I have over three weeks left of this, so we will see if it hold this trend or not. Workout days vary & I'll call them like they are so hang in with me.

Shoulders & Abs today BTW

Good workout today, but wasn't as up to par as the past two. I'm sure only getting 5 hrs of sleep last night didn't help any.

Here's my workout, I won't post anymore workout logs until the end of the log and see if & where there is progress. Also the light high rep DB press is to really warm my shoulder joints up. I've just now after almost 4 months been able to do any Bench/incline or overhead movements with free weights coming from a bad shoulder injury. Best believe I religiously warm up my shoulders with bands and light weight now. Still have a little pain on certain movements, but it's improving still.

Military DB - 3x25 (25)
Military Machine - 4x8 ( 90,120,150,160)
Decline Sit ups- 3x25
Seated Side Laterals- 3x10(20lbs DB)
Leg raises- 3x20
Front Lat raises- 3x10 (45lbs plate)
Standing side crunch's- 3x12 (65lbs DB)

I will still be posting updates workout related, body comp, sleep, stress, etc... I just will not clutter up the log with the same workout log routines since it's on here now until the end I will re post to show if there are any noticeable strength increases.

Since you brought up Libido, I'll say I think that's increased. Driving down the road yesterday and got wood like I was 16 again. Damn glad I wasn't walking in nowhere, I remember those days. Lol

Good to hear! I know XT is going to be way stronger that og for libido.

As tired as I felt walking in today, it was a good day. Was feeling a little weak right off, but it got good. Worked chest & Bi's, most everything was back where it should be or improved. I added 3 reps back on decline for all 3 sets putting me at 185x15.

I noticed libido day 2 of alphamax. They definitely use a good Urtica extract, almost cialis level hard on day 2. Almost 2 weeks in on it now feeling great. Subbed for results!

Weight is 175.9 this AM.

Hit legs and lower back tonight. Felt like adding some weight on Deadlifts- my last set, hit 325 for 4 reps. Freaking legs and lower back was trashed after it, but it set the bar for next week.

Sleep really hasn't changed, I know some talk about a more restful sleep but mine is still varying. Mood does seem to be better, less stressed & work has been very stressful lately so it's noticeable.

Has anyone experienced general lower back pain on Alphamax XT not caused by heavy lifting. My lumbar region and hips have been killing me the last few weeks and I can't pinpoint the reason. Taking in lots of water and fish oil and diet is good

I haven't experienced anything like this while using Alphamax XT. Most lower back pain issues are related to a physical factor (sitting in a desk chair, poor form in the gym, overuse, etc.) and not caused by supplements. Especially s natural one. I would create a new thread and see what others on the forum have to say

Could be that you're sensitive to forskolin and are having digestive problems. Forskolin can aggravate your digestive system if you take a high dose (or even just a moderate dose if you're a first time user) I got it all the time when I got up to about 100mg of forskolin and I narrowed it down. So if you're using more than 1 forskolin product stick to just AlphaMax XT

Looks good man. Looks like you've dropped a few pounds. You have some good strength too. I think if you can drop down to 160-165 in the next 8 weeks (if you're planning on doing 2 bottles) and maintain strength then it would be a worthwhile experience overall.

Thanks. I'm on the fence on running it another 4 weeks or taking those 4 weeks off of everything (no supplements) to give my body a break & hit a cycle for this summer.

Yeah the weight I'm not to concerned with, I've stuck to 176 lbs for a month until that one weigh in. Could have been water weight.

Another good day to train. Added 20lbs to my lift on skull crushers & 10 lbs on my upright rows. Everything just felt good today.

Not sure if the Alphamax is causing the dreams or not. Some other supplements cause me to have constant dreams when on them.

I definitely notice that I remember my dreams more clearly when using Alphamax. I think it has to do with the Ashwagandha, but I could be wrong. Not every workout will be your best, but it's good that you committed and stuck it out regardless!

Unfortunately, but most of the time when I'm not feeling it, it shows in the weight I'm moving that day. The good I got out of it is I could atleast still move the same weight, just at a slower pace.

I had crazy dreams with OG Alphamax. L-Dopa and ZMA combo. Add in the ashwagandha in XT, should be even better.

You may not get epic dreams, but sleep will be better. ZMA and L-Dopa will do that. Once you've been using it for a while and you start feeling the effects of the ashwagandha, sleep will be even better

I personally don't get super crazy dreams. I just tend to remember them a bit more often(once or twice a month) when taking Alphamax
