What's up y'all!
Over the next month I'll be logging the combo of KI/defuse sponsored by dsade

Stats:
21 years old
188lbs
5'7
~15% bf

The only other supplements I'll be taking are staples like E9, probiotic, protein, and occasional caffeine pick me up.

What I'm looking to achieve: most of the results I'll be looking for are in the mirror. Hopefully drop a few % body fat and look noticeably leaner. I imagine that I will also lose a few pounds and would be real happy to be at 184 at the end of this run.

My diet won't be real strict with what I consume other than limiting carbs in my last meal (per KI instructions). I'll be aiming for 2,000 calories a day which has kept me at a pretty steady weight loss over the past 6 weeks. I'll also be fasting until at least 9 every morning to add to my time in ketosis. I'll grow in some occasional food porn for your viewing pleasure.

As far as workouts and cardio goes I will write those out as I go

First dose was last night:
Taste is alright, not delicious but I kind of enjoyed it

Sleep was great once I fell asleep but it took me longer to fall asleep, I'm sure that is unrelated to the KI however

Quiche and ribs

Hit shoulders at the gym today

Warm up
Lateral raises-5x8
Kleen press-2x10
Arnold press- 3x8
Reverse flyes- 4x10
Upright rows- 2xfailure
Ropes with pvc 4x15 seconds
Squat press- 1x20
Shrugs- a lot

Pretty good workout all in all

I'll also note that hunger was non existent this morning

Here's a picture from this mornings test, looks darker than the previous one to me.
Today is an off day other than some fasted cardio this morning. I've been at the ball fields all day so I have been up and active. I'm about to dose 2 defuse for my dinner. Also, last night was the best sleep I've had in a week so that's another good thing

Today was legs
High volume

Leg extensions:4 sets of 10
Superset with goblet squats

Leg curls 4 sets of 10
Superset with pistol squats

Single leg press 3 sets of 12 each leg

Lots of calf raises

About to dose my KI pretty soon. Hunger has been at bay and I slept pretty well again last night

Today's workout was awesome

Chest/tris/shoulders

Bench
Lateral raises
Dips
Shoulder press
Shrugs
Tricep push down
Close grip bench
Supinated bench
Face pulls

All of these were done for 4 sets of 8 at the heaviest weight I could do

Cals were at 1872 and my last meal wasp at 4:30pm and dosed KI at 9 so I should be golden there! I can also say I'm started to feel increased body temp

Welcome y'all!

Here's something a little surprising, had my last meal at 4:30 with 2 defuse and then dosed KI at 9 so I hat A LOT of time and those is what my test showed (I know that they aren't 100% accurate though)

last time I had dosed 5 hours the test came out a lot darker. I was lighter this morning though and I haven't experienced the "bloated" feeling that some guys have claimed to be feeling.

You're welcome, I'll get some 1 week update photos on here soon and record my workout.
As for the rib sauce, come on down to Texas and I'll hook it up! Haha

Here's something that's pretty damn cool though, last night I dosed KI about 20 minutes after a high carb meal because it was late and I needed to get into bed but my test this morning is impressive considering the situation

^^^^ I'd say small to moderate on the scale that's provided on the bottle but regardless that shows the strength of the KI

Last workout
Back/bis

Pull ups to failure x4
Chin-ups to failure x2
Hammer curls with 35lb plate (kills the forearms)
2 different hammer strength machines
And the preacher curls

Finished up with a 1000 m row
Weight this morning was 186.4 so I'm down a little bit. Will have pics up today

I won't be dosing it that close again, it was just poor planning/last minute changes in my part. It is awesome to see it still work in that situation though

Well today's workout was just pure heavy everything

Worked up to 455 on squat for 1 rep
Worked up to 545 for one on deads
Hit 315 2 times in bench
And did 3 sets of pull ups to failure with a 45lb vest

Was a pretty killer work out, but the real "nail" in the coffin so to speak was finding one in the tire of my truck when I walked out of the gym. Completely flat. The worst part was I had just let my Roomate borrow my tire iron and jack because he has been having tire issues.... Of course! So after about 20 minutes of waiting I got it off and I should be able to plug it, thank goodness. I just felt like a teenage girl waiting on someone so I could hanged my tire haha it was a little embarrassing. All in all though it's not so bad and I had a killer workout so I wasn't too enraged. Got league night for softball later and then I have tomorrow off. I'll be going into downtown Austin with a buddy so I'll for sure have some food porn for y'all tomorrow

I've only had a flat twice. Both were in horrible winters

It does but I'm glad it was after the workout, probably wouldn't have even gone if it was before. Plus I got it plugged and I'm all good know. Thank you!

Here's my test from this morning. Today I had my last meal at 4:30 and dosed KI at 9 so I'm hoping it will be nice and dark tomorrow

Today's workout was legs with some core tacked on

Squats: worked my way up to 4 sets of 8 with 365
And superset with calf raises

Then I did 20 pistol squats with each leg....that took some time

And finished with 2 "song length" sessions of jump rope

It was still at "small" which is pretty odd to me that I'm not breaking into the moderate and up section more often. I'm going to work on limiting carbs a little more at dinner and taking a slightly larger scoop. Since it is a "heaping" scoop serving

Ok I won't have any tests over the weekend because I just left for Cali a few hours ago. But will still get some workouts in being mostly cardio/calisthenics

Yesterday I did a full body workout hitting all the major compound lifts for sets of 30 with just the bar focusing on technique and ROM then I did 30 minutes of various forms of cardio including 10 minutes of hiit and rowing
