Over the next month I'll be logging the combo of KI/defuse sponsored by dsade

21 years old
188lbs

~15% bf
The only other supplements I'll be taking are staples like E9, probiotic, protein, and occasional caffeine pick me up.
What I'm looking to achieve: most of the results I'll be looking for are in the mirror. Hopefully drop a few % body fat and look noticeably leaner. I imagine that I will also lose a few pounds and would be real happy to be at 184 at the end of this run.
My diet won't be real strict with what I consume other than limiting carbs in my last meal (per KI instructions). I'll be aiming for 2,000 calories a day which has kept me at a pretty steady weight loss over the past 6 weeks. I'll also be fasting until at least 9 every morning to add to my time in ketosis. I'll grow in some occasional food porn for your viewing pleasure.
As far as workouts and cardio goes I will write those out as I go
