I'm a 40 yr old male testing Red Ghost for 30 days. Been lifting serious for the past 5 years. Not competing though. Just for me. This is my first day taking Red Ghost. I weighed in at the gym today at 237lbs. I'm hoping to lose 5 to 10 lbs in 30 days. I currently stand 5ft 7. I did 15 minutes of cardio this morning then worked chest for 1 hr. I lifted light today with high reps.

Benchpress 225lbs 3 sets of 15 reps
1 set of 125 for 25 reps

Incline Benchpress 4 sets of 185lbs for 12 reps

Upper , middle and lower cable flys 6 plates for 10 reps on each exercise.

Breakfast was after gym at 10:30 am and I ate yogurt with oats mixed in. Estimate 270 calories.

Lunch was 2 turkey wraps with habinero cheese and jalapeño cream cheese. 700 calories.

Dinner same.

Total calories 1,670 for the day.

My first assessment of Red Ghost upon taking it was a warm feeling in my stomach. I have had energy all day. No jitters so far, but I have a high caffeine tolerance. So far I like it. I'll post each day what weight loss I see and exercise and meals to add more information.

As soon as he have a massive chest like he does lol!
Yeah that's what I was thinking. The USPA IL state chairman, Matt Houser, used to train at my gym before I came there so he knows all our people, and he is huge. I talked w him at the Arnold before the XPC where he opened his bench at 900. Fast forward 2 weeks to last Saturday where he was assisting at the USPA meet I competed in and was spotting my PR bench of 303.

I was like "Please God don't let me miss a 300 bench in front of Houser; I can't live w the shame"

Ok . I dropped 6 lbs. But I weighed in today and have put 2 lbs back on. Don't know if it's just water weight or if it's muscle. I'm staying thirsty alot though. So may just be water gain. My calorie intake is staying between 1,500 to 2,000. I have not deviated from that.

Definetly water/weight fluctuation. That's a good amount of lbs lost so far.

Keep up on the hydration! It's the key to everything. And don't push too hard if the bug is lingering. But you know that.

My calories burned are more today because I ended the day with a walk at the park on the wilderness trail. My phone measures foot steps. So it adds to my S health app to calculate calories and exercise. Felt great today, full of energy.

I love a good trail walk! My foot got hurt a bit right before Easter and just now getting to where walking isn't painful, just uncomfortable over time. Hoping to get out to a state park this weekend - it's awesome to get out for a stroll through some trees, especially in spring.

Sinuses are going nuts, however lol

Day 28
Skipped the gym the last 2 days and today. Came down with a virus and felt like crap. Still took my Red Ghost though. I'm feeling better today just not 100%. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow. I'm picking up my old Olympic bench and weights from my dad's today. My oldest daughter moved out so her room is going to be my mini gym. Lol Now I can lift twice a day.

That will be awesome, to have some home space! Hard to not get some extra work in when it's right there for you.
