So I am going to be logging IronMag Labs Randro for the next several weeks. I will start out by saying yes I am a rep for the company now but will still be giving a honest opinion on the product to better help others looking at this product. I plan on commenting on anything I notice while running this log both positive and negative.
I will be continuing my cut while running this log so diet wise I am still looking at a low carb/ carb cycling with refeeds done as I felt they are needed. Any carbs that I do take in will be around my training time.
Training wise I will be lifting in a 5/3/1 format put into two days, such as:
Day 1: bench and squat, followed by ohp and dead accessory work.
Day 2: ohp and deads, followed by bench and squat accessory work.
I have set it up this way so everything gets hit twice a week. I will try in random weak point work as I see needed. Cardio will go back and forth between liss and hiit conditioning using treadmills, rowers, weights, outside runs, and weighted runs.
I will be dosing three pills a days while running this log. Two pills in the morning and one in the afternoon.

How much does the vest weight, how do you find the running on your knees. I usually prefer cross trainer for cardio due to less impact on joints, or incline walking on treadmill LISS style.

Vest is between 30 to 40 pounds depending how much I put in it. Knee are not to bad. If I feel like they are bothering me I won't use the vest. I also do use the liss and hiit just depends on the day and what I'm feeling In to

Strength is good. I felt I was a little off this morning but that's just because it was early amd I've been doing lifting later in the day. Body comp is holding. But I'm getting rdy to kick up cardio and change it up a bit

Quicker day this morning but still got some solid work in. Nothing new to note. Still seem to have good focus in the gym. And nothing negative to say.

The week is delay week, so went in today and just hit some chest amd back blood flow stuff then hit up some liss cardio. Even with the little bit of lifting stuff got a really good pump going.

so i ended my run with this earlier this week and was just able now to get to the computer to end the log. i feel like i had a good run with this product. i was in a cut while running this and dropped around 10 pounds and was able to maintain strengh if not increase it a bit. i didnt have any sides that i can think of. i look forward to running this again with maybe a bit higher of a dose. ending pictures to come.
