So I am going to be logging IronMag Labs Randro for the next several weeks. I will start out by saying yes I am a rep for the company now but will still be giving a honest opinion on the product to better help others looking at this product. I plan on commenting on anything I notice while running this log both positive and negative.
I will be continuing my cut while running this log so diet wise I am still looking at a low carb/ carb cycling with refeeds done as I felt they are needed. Any carbs that I do take in will be around my training time.
Training wise I will be lifting in a 5/3/1 format put into two days, such as:
Day 1: bench and squat, followed by ohp and dead accessory work.
Day 2: ohp and deads, followed by bench and squat accessory work.
I have set it up this way so everything gets hit twice a week. I will try in random weak point work as I see needed. Cardio will go back and forth between liss and hiit conditioning using treadmills, rowers, weights, outside runs, and weighted runs.
I will be dosing three pills a days while running this log. Two pills in the morning and one in the afternoon.
