So focused nutrition seems to be one of the up and coming brands that are competing with Primeval, OL , Blackstone in terms of Sarms and new age PH/PS alternative type products I think most can agree.
FN doesn't seem to have a ton of reviews from what I can see but I don't see why their products wouldn't be legit.
I was lucky enough to receive a bottle of LAxo Elite to log here.

240 pills- each pill with 20mg of 5a-hydroxy laxogenin
From what I can find this is what is it is supposed to do---- increase protein synthesis, strength, and lean muscle mass without altering hormone levels.

I don't have any expectations for this product, I have seen some reviews from laxogenin type products, and all I expect or would like to see is some muscle fullness/density added. Not really sure what dosing people do with this but for now I will take 3 pills per day with meals, 1st meal/ post workout meal and last meal.

Feel free to add input on suggestions!

Personally I'd start at three caps a day and eventually go up to four. Even at 4 caps the entire run you'd be able to get 8 weeks out of one bottle. BOOM

Last Day of Power block Period

So for the past 8 weeks I have been Running power block periodization
Link Below- It is great, full power day to start the week then each week you hit a different rep scheme 5-7, 8-10,12-15,15-30. I ran it twice and loved It but after all this volume , tmrw will be a rest day then I will have a "BRO WEEK" hitting everything once , pretty hard with a good amount of volume, using all rep schemes. Then After that will be starting some variation of GVT I think ??

TODAY's LEG DAY

Squats- 275(15)305(15)315(16)- Last set PR
Jeffersons- 95lbs on bar(15) {each side} 105(15 each side)
Stiff Leg Deads- 235(15)255(15)275(15)
Standing Leg curls- 85(15)95(15)
Leg Ext-140(20)x3 sets SS with lying Leg Curls- 140(15)x3 sets
One leg leg press- 1pps(20 reps) x2 sets Super slow with a slight pause letting the muscle stretch

Sled Pushes- 2 sets of 40 yards- HOLY HELL almost threw up
Abductors- 5 sets of 15

Today was a good workout IMO , great pump felt strong very happy WITH PBP!

So today was supposed to be a rest day but out of the blue my girlfriend who has never worked out a day in her life decided she wants to start getting into better shape. My GF is very thin and doesn't really need a gym but wants to just overall gain strength and tighten things up. So Today we Joined a Retro fitness 2 minutes from my house and $30 cheaper a month then my old gym. They have some cool machines(leverage/star trac) that my other gym didn't have and I think it will be good.

So today I had an unscheduled workout and figured I would train shoulders which I never give their own day.

Leverage REverse Seated Shoulder Press - 2pps+25(12)x3 sets
Side Laterals- 30,35,40,45(10)
Cable Shoudler Press- 3 sets of 10
Front Plate Raise 45(20)x2 sets SS with Side lateral machine 2 sets of (15)
Cable Side LAterals- 3 sets of 12

Overall - was fun to train with my girlfriend teach her some stuff and try out the new gym. The leverage machines are great Can't wait to use the back and chest ones. I don't use a ton of machines but plate loaded ones espc leverage just hit the muscle great!

I love plate loaded machines. And good on getting your girl in the gym with you, man. My girlfriend started training with me when we first started dating two and a half years ago and it became a part of her lifestyle too. Feels good to make a positive impact on someone else's life!

HELL Yeah man leverage star trac machines feel terrific. And yeah we'll see how things go with my gf(future Fiance) we'll prob be getting married late spring earlier summer. And then try for a baby sometime soon after that. So she wants to be in the best shape she can get into for the next 2-3 years

My wife switched gyms because i was "too hard on her." She still hasn't made gains. She switched a year ago. She could've made all kindz of gains with me. Good luck with the gf training, i couldn't do it again. All the complaining and "i dont want to/cant do that/it hurts though." Never again.

Ok so today during my third set of chest training my left PEC felt really tight so after that my workout didn't go as planned. Still don't have wrist wraps( I have gotten pretty used to the support ) and Just didn't have the best workout due to the way my chest/wrist felt! Also with power block for triceps/biceps/hamstrings and shoulders The 5-7 week for accessory movements just IDK something about it isn't right. Its great for the main big lifts however

Incline Barbell Bench- 225(6)245(6) 255(5)
Flat Bench- 275(7)285(5) x2 sets- paused
Smith Machine slight Incline-2pps(7)x3 sets 2pps+10(7)--- finally a real good smith machine
Decline Leverage Chest press- 2pps(7) with 7 second negatives

Side Laterals- 35,40,45,45(7)
Straight Bar Cable Ext-4 sets of 7
Seated Dip- 2 sets of 7

Overall chest is pretty tight don't know if its a slight tear or I just did't warm up right or what.
Also deeper I am getting into my gaining phase, the worse and worse my legs look. Its crazy they are getting a lot stronger but the higher my BF % gets the worse they look. I hold More fat in my legs then anywhere else in my body. They don't even look bigger. But I know I need to be in a caloric surplus to make the improvements needed.

Good Updates,

I find i'm the opposite and always have an X in legs even when fully bulked, they also seem to keep spiderweb like veins even though abs can be covered at higher BF%

Super jealous. Legs are the last thing to come in for me. And they are pretty strong. But this year I am aiming to train my legs , not just my squat. Goal is to get a lot better at leg pressing.

Seated Leg Curl- 130,140,155(10)

Ya man not a pr but I squat/deadlift 2-3 times per week so not bad. But trying to add on this volume so next week try to increase each set by 1 rep so hit 9 reps. Then the week after that hit 10 reps plus 5lbs per set.

That's good man, progression each week makes you stay Focused (no rep plug intended)... When you plateau it's so demoralising.
