First off, a big shout out to dsade for sending me a few tubs of Basic to test, I actually got these tubs months ago, but unfortunately I was struck with a serious bacterial infection which nearly ended me. 8 weeks later I was back to lifting and regaining the ~20lbs I lost. A lot the regained weight was obviously fat. So after months of slogging it out i'm finally back to roughly ~11% BF, lifting heavy AF and ready to give this product a fair crack.
The purpose of this log isn't to update you on my training and lift numbers or photos of my post workout meals taken 3 months prior, but more to update everyone on how BASIC goes in regulating my appetite when i'm pushing deeper into this cut. I generally begin getting serious hunger cravings once my stomach veins begin to show, which they are now.
Current weight: 195.8lbs
So a bit about Basic, scoop size surprised me, quite a large serving size. First serving was taken this morning in a small amount of water. Doesn't taste great, not terrible though. Not much to report in terms of effects atm. I will update this log a few times a week and would love for anyone and everyone to follow along.
