About Me I'm 5'10 188 41 years old I.T professional and NASM-CPT. I have been lifting a long time, but just on and off. I have been lifting consistently for last 3 years. I have one month till I'm going to do a local power lifting competition. I'm not power lifter, but it's for a good cause so I said why not. The kicker on this is I'm dropping some weight to be in a lower weight class so this should be an interesting log. I'll be around 1900 calories per day. I'll be decently high are carbs try to pull off a good balancing act.
My PRs Bench 305 Squat 405 Deadlift 465 First off, all my lift totals are off. Deadlift was done with straps. My bench is extremely low right now. This is where Joint Mechanic comes in.

Great forumula! I love the mixture of active ingredients and unique twists on staples.
What I expect I am expecting some anti inflammatory help. I've had shoulder issues for years. I know it can get better but, It got to a pretty bad point where I couldn't bench over 185 over I'd have a lot of pain. I know the pain is in my left anterior deltoid. I need my bench to go back up. It's extremely low. I'm at around 250 right now. I'm hoping to hit 275 by the competition. I expect joint mechanic to help me push, but nothing over the top.
My Stack and Plan I'll be running a multi / fish oil / ergonine / preworkout Pretty simple stack. I'll be concentrating on my big lifts more than anything, and exercises that make those lifts stronger. I'm going to mix my split up a bit to make sure I have a spotter when I bench.
