About Me I'm 5'10 188 41 years old I.T professional and NASM-CPT. I have been lifting a long time, but just on and off. I have been lifting consistently for last 3 years. I have one month till I'm going to do a local power lifting competition. I'm not power lifter, but it's for a good cause so I said why not. The kicker on this is I'm dropping some weight to be in a lower weight class so this should be an interesting log. I'll be around 1900 calories per day. I'll be decently high are carbs try to pull off a good balancing act.

My PRs Bench 305 Squat 405 Deadlift 465 First off, all my lift totals are off. Deadlift was done with straps. My bench is extremely low right now. This is where Joint Mechanic comes in.

Great forumula! I love the mixture of active ingredients and unique twists on staples.

What I expect I am expecting some anti inflammatory help. I've had shoulder issues for years. I know it can get better but, It got to a pretty bad point where I couldn't bench over 185 over I'd have a lot of pain. I know the pain is in my left anterior deltoid. I need my bench to go back up. It's extremely low. I'm at around 250 right now. I'm hoping to hit 275 by the competition. I expect joint mechanic to help me push, but nothing over the top.

My Stack and Plan I'll be running a multi / fish oil / ergonine / preworkout Pretty simple stack. I'll be concentrating on my big lifts more than anything, and exercises that make those lifts stronger. I'm going to mix my split up a bit to make sure I have a spotter when I bench.

I'm going to post previous days workout because I would like to see how joint mechanic is doing.

I've had slight discomfort in my anterior deltoid. Discomfort is fine. It's when I can't lift it is bothersome. My lifts were higher yesterday than in a long time. Last time I did 245 I was in pain for a week. I had to workout around the pain. I can live with discomfort.

I'm just taking 1 dose a day myself. I thought about trying 2 doses for the first few days to front-load. But I don't know if that would be advantageous and don't think most people would do that. One of the cool things about the Meriva and Inflacool is that you should start seeing the effects of JMP sooner than you would with other joint supps. It seems that by the 4th or 5th day changes are being noticed. I know that I've taken others in the past that seem to take 10-14 days before I can really tell they're working.

Sup Thoughts I did okay. I pushed shoulder a little bit. I never do any weight on dumbbell presses I did a little bit today. Shoulder is feeling okay, and back is fine. Usually when I go heavy I have problems for weeks this is a good change.

My shoulders been getting better slowly. In the past year I've had so many issues from frozen shoulder to what I have now. I certainly have been doing more weight and more frequency which can slow mobility of the shoulder, and this certainly has been helping me through it.

I worked out yesterday and numbers were horrible. It wasn't a joint issue more a carb issue. I hit my weight goal too quick and was calorie/carb light

I just competed in my first power lifting competition. I came in first in my weight class even though bench didn't go as planned due to misunderstanding then under the weight for 30 seconds.

okay so I went ahead and did a review. Also wanted to say I finished at 177 pounds. Pretty aggressive cut, but I was able to go up a little bit in my sumo's which I know are not as strong as my conventionals.


Joint Mechanic Review - 5/5




Sometimes you just need a mechanic to fix your problems. I like most guys have lots of shoulder problems which stem from separating my shoulder back in the military over 10 years ago. This problem has been pretty consistent but I can normally just lift through a little uncomfortableness.

I took this supplement while training for a power lifting competition. I was benching more frequently and heavier than normal. I really like the doses in joint mechanic. They are good enough to help acutely or in the short term, and they have ingredients that help to rebuild for the future. I'm not a fan of the typical joint solutions. This is definitely not the typical joint solution. It helped my shoulder feel stronger than it has in a year. I really appreciate that I was able to push my shoulder harder than ever, and felt like it was actually healing. This is an e****lent product, and I certainly would recommend it to others especially at under a dollar per serving!
