Here we go with another great product! Mind and Muscle Rise and Swell as seen here





This looks to be a great test boosting product with D Aspartic Acid as the main component.
I would expect the l carnitine and l tartrate to help with fat loss and energy increase.
I have taken some of these ingredients in other products but never all in one package!

Stats

I am 31 Yrs old 5'8" and sitting at 170.5llbs and 14.7% BF



I workout 4 days a week in the evenings at a crossfit box (gym)
The programmer there is a team usa competing olympic lifter so he likes to program strength and high intensity workouts.
I also plan on lifting in his barbell class on saturday mornings.

I am currently eating over my caloric needs in order to bulk.
I am hoping to see some strength gains and minimal fat gain during this bulk.
I will be switching to a cut cycle towards the end of the month so this could help out greatly!

Today was actually day 3 of taking this product upon wakeup.

Friday I took in first thing in the morning and went to work. I can say I felt a little flush but nothing crazy. I feel an increase in energy too.

The product taste is strange but pleasant. I remember my last DAA product having the same taste.
It mixes well but does have a little grit at the end which is to be expected with DAA.

My workout yesterday was pretty damn good! I took the product 20 minutes before the workout in the morning and went pretty hard!

I did barbell class which was

A: Back Squat (3 sets x 4 reps @ 60%)=195lbs
B: Sott's press (4 sets x 3 reps)=45lbs
C: Snatch (50%/5, 60%/4, 70%/3, 75%/2, 80%/2, 85%/1)=95lbs
D: Press in Split (catch position) (4 sets x 3 reps)=55lbs
E: Clean and Jerk (50/5, 60/4, 70/3, 75/2, 80/2, 85/1)=115lbs

Then we had a team WOD (workout of the day)

AMRAP (as manyt rounds as possible) 30 minutes: 4 team members
-75 med ball cleans (20/14)
-75 burpees
-75 calorie row
-75 T2B
Each team member contributed to the total 75 reps.

I had great energy left for this workout!

Nice!

So far so good. Can't say too much about performance last night. It was a ****ty workout lol

Workout
40 Burpees
30 Snatches @ 75lbs
30 Burpees
supposed to snatch 30x at 135lbs, which I am not at that level yet. So I stopped after 30 burpees.

Soreness is not as bad as usual. Perhaps a sign that this is working?

We will see!

Funny stuff!

So far so good.

Been taking 1 scoop every morning upon waking up.

Crossfit monday was brutal and yesterday was ok.

I managed to make my best complex weight

It was 1 hang clean + 1 power clean + 1 clean + 1 front squat all touch and go. I hit 165lbs and felt I could have gone 5-10lbs heavier.

Wassupp!?

So far I am not noticing too much except some reduced doms. I welcome that with open arms!

Taste is still ok. I dont get much flush or super energy from the dose. I don't know if its supposed to.

So far so good. I will get some measurements on here soon.

Lean body mass= 146lbs

So interestingly my total weight went down, but the BF% dropped a little yielding a higher Lean body mass!

Ok so Now I think I am starting to get somewhere!

I have not changed my diet at all and I weighed in 1 lb lighter this week!

I am not losing strength but my weight is coming down. I feel less DOMS that usual so its kicking in!

Feeling pretty good with this product!

Last nights workout was

5 sets of 5 front squats. I hit a PR @ 5x185lbs!
4 Sets of Handstand pushups starting with 7reps strict and then max effort kipping.
I hit another PR here! With 11 reps in one set!

WOD Was simple but challenging.

10 minutes AMRAP
5 Deadlifts @ 225lbs
5 Box jumps at 24"
5 Pull Ups

I was able to complete 8 rounds and finish my set of 5 deadlifts. Started getting pretty difficult.. Did rather well compared to everyone else.

Hand stand pushup... Are these against a wall?

Nice on the front squats...this is an area I just cant tackle..

Ya, feet on the wall for balance.

When I started I could not do 1!

Last night was fun!

Strength
Hang Clean (6 sets x 3 reps @ 60-70% of 1RM clean) I hit 155lbs for my last set!

Conditioning
A: Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)
EMOM Every minute on the minute. 15 minutes: Reps counted are the toes to bars.

RX:
-5 wallballs (20lbs)
-5 power cleans (75lbs)
-ME T2B Toes to bars

I hit 61 toes to bars!

I did really well compared to everyone else!

B: ME Airdyne Bike for 50 Cals

I absolutely hate the airdyne bike. It swells my legs up too much and they hurt BAD. But I made it to 50 Cals in 2:56 which wasn't the worst!
Not too sore either!

the 21-15-9 was brutal on me. Anything that starts with rowing messes me up. Took me 8:08 to finish. Not last place, but not super good.

My diet isnt the best as of lately. Its time to tidy it up! cutting season will be upon me soon.

Thanks man! PRs are coming in again. Deadlifted tonight. 6 6 4 4 2 2 rep scheme. Had to get heavier each set. Worked up to 345lbs for 2 and I felt I could have done a little more! Psyched! 10lbs better than last time.

I just took my last full scoop of product this morning.

I have maybe a half scoop left.

At the end of this log I noticed that overall soreness has been reduced which I love!
I can't say for sure if I got any huge boost of endurance in the gym since the workouts are usually very different week to week and day to day.
I can say that like most DAA products my stomach was hating me at first but is mostly better now.
I will get final measurements this evening hopefully.


Overall a solid DAA product!

Thanks so much to M&M for this opportunity and I look forward to more products down the road
