Firstly, big ups to Alpha Gainz!! I'll be running their 4-andro for the next couple weeks (i'm already a week in). Sorry I didn't start on start date, but first week is usually nothing spectacular.

Stats:
5'10 190lbs, slowly downing the weight.

Supps:
Pre-workout
EpiAndro (currently at 300mg ED)
Will also be adding in 1-andro soon

Thoughts/Effects Up To This Point:
-Libido increase
-Perhaps a slight mood increase after applications
-Consistency is almost like water (makes applications difficult)
-Smell/Feeling/etc is almost unnoticeable

I did 150mg first week, going to bump up this week. Wanted to hear feedback on how high I should go tho.

I know 300+ is ideal, but was unsure if TD lowers that desired dose.

If you want to run the 1-andro, I'm not apposed, as long as you can identify how the 4-andro is working for you...it is an ideal base for 1-andro cycles.

the carrier is really lite and should dry really quickly...Salvo has been one of the favorite td carries on the market.

you may consider splitting the dose into 1ml am and another pm

Up to you guys, I've used 1-andro previously - never used 4-andro

Also going to begin 2ml (200mg) dosing today/tonight. Is that ideal dosage?

4 sets of db side lateral raises 10 reps super set with
4 sets of side cable lateral raise 10 reps
FST7s machine side laterals
FST7s db press
4 sets of standing db rear laterals 10 reps super set with
4 sets of bent over rear cable laterals 10 reps
FST7s rear pec dec

Hamstrings
Warm up
4 sets of db leg curl 15 reps
4 sets of high leg press 10 reps
4 sets of GHDs 10 reps
4 sets seated leg curl 20 reps
4 sets single leg curl 10 reps
FST7s leg curl

I'm definitely noticing my legs (quads) leaning out. Haven't checked weight yet from the start, will get on the scale tomo. Mood continues to be elevated, and libido up :D Nothing crazy yet in terms of strength, etc

I think a 4 andro only cycle would be pretty neat. Personally I want to do an Epi and 4 andro log somewhere. (I apologize if this is considered thread jacking.)
