I was fortunate enough to get chosen by Chuck and his team at Get Diesel to run their natural testosterone and libido boosting stack consisting of Diesel Test Hardcore and Sunami. Haha, no wifey around the house, but there's been a very slight/subtle effect in that department. I'll update on these effects as they hopefully continue building up..

I'm loving the Cherry limade flavored Dieselade; mixes easily and thoroughly (very little of the BCAA powder float to the top after shaking/stirring), and flavor is among favorites of all BCAA products I've used in the past. In other words, when I have a sweet tooth, it's hard to pass up on a sip of Dieselade.

I'm a big believer in BCAAs intra-workout to help with recovery between sets and between workouts, and Dieselade serves up a generous dose of it per serving, including 4 grams of Leucine and 2 grams of Glutamine. I appreciate the addition of underrated Citrulline Malate to the mix, and I can already tell a difference in endurance, especially during longer cardio sessions. An icing on the cake-type addition to Dieselade would be ~2grams of Beta-Alanine for the ultimate endurance enhancement.

Dieselade is the real deal, though.

I have found that after letting it sit a few minutes the foam on top goes away

Yea thats foam from agitation. No matter what u put in a mixer bottle and shake hard it will foam. In about min or if u open the lid so the bubbles burst its like pink water

Theres an endurance version on deck called Dieselade GXP that will be for enhanced endurance and fat loss....its just months away. No BA tho. I dnt wanna force ppl to take BA. Esp women who arent "tingle" happy like guys

Wednesday, February 3 - First Week Review of DTHC/Sunami + Dieselade

DTHC/Sunami:


Strength/Energy/Pump - 3/5 - subtle differences in weights used on various exercises, +5-10 lbs. increase. It may just be psychological, but the pump sticks around for hours after working out; whatever is causing it, I'll take it.

Aggression - N/A - no noticable changes in anger/aggression. Only using this as a vague measuring stick for a 'boost in testosterone'.

Libido - 2/5 - again, I use the word 'subtle.' Minor effects, slight boost in libido/drive. Not chasing tail around the gym like a rabbit just yet, but I'm only one week in, with 3-4 more to go.

Other comments - no increase in acne or other sides. Sleep is unaffected.


Dieselade -

Flavor - 5/5 - great cherry limade flavor. I could drink it all day. I personally mix one scoop with half a gallon of water; there's still quite a bit of flavor, and it'll take me 2-3 hours to finish it (pre and intra-workout)

Energy/Stamina - 5/5 - I've noticed a boost in endurance/stamina since adding Dieselade. I notice on the stationary bike, in particular; yesterday, I was keeping 130rpm @ Level 5-6 for 30 minutes straight. The veins in my thighs were popping after. The best part is I felt quite recovered the following morning when I had another cardio session.

Recovery - 5/5
- For the amount of cardio I'm doing, I'm feeling great in between workouts. With the exception of the two days following a heavy leg day, I feel like I could work out 7 days a week.


Overall - I'm pleased with the Get Diesel stack after one week. I know that Dieselade will continue fueling my workouts and aiding in recovery between sets and workouts, and I'm patiently awaiting a boost in strength and libido, and increased vascularity in coming weeks from the DTHC/Sunami.

All things considering (two gym sessions yesterday; four hours of sleep; and training in a fasted state), it was a great workout. Took me halfway into the cardio before I was 'feeling' it, but left the gym with a solid pump. No noteworthy comments concerning weights pushed, etc., as this was a brief blast shoulder workout; I need to cut back on shoulder training as my deltoids have never exactly been a lagging muscle group; quite the contrary..

Pullups - 10 reps x 7 sets (wide; narrow; curl; hammer; variations of grips)
T-bar Rows - 45, 70, 90, 115 x 20 reps
superset with
Roman Chair Situps - 4 x 20 reps

Barbell Curls - 65 x 15, 85 x 12, 105 x 10
Hammer Curls - 30 x 15, 35 x 15, 40 x 15
superset with
Dumbbell Shrugs - 80, 100, 125, 140 x 20 reps

Sauna - 10 minutes

Weight - 221.5 lbs.

- I've got two bottles of Clenbuterol waiting for me in the mailbox that I'll start Monday. I always have tremendous results with Clen at 50-80mcg twice daily. I'll start lower given that the Lipodrene contain Ephedra, as I'm looking for optimal results with the least amount of side effects. When it comes to endurance and stamina, nothing picks me up like Clenbuterol does. It'll make me bust out 60 minute long all-out intensity cardio sessions followed by an hour of lifting.

So 100mcg to 160mcg a day?? U dnt get muscle cramps at that dosage?
My body responds well to Clenbuterol, void of side effects except the perpetual shakes. Muscle cramping is rare for me, though, even during longer cardio sessions.

How do/did you dose Clenbuterol (if you've taken it)?

Treadmill - 52 minutes - 1-2.5 degree incline - 3.5-4.0mph

Abs:

Crunches/Right Oblique Crunches/Left Oblique Crunches (tri-set) - 3 sets x 20-30 reps each (9 sets total)
Leg Tucks (at edge of bench) - 2x50 reps


Notes:
- feeling and looking depleted. The cardio session was surprisingly difficult. No energy. Abs were the same. I wanted to do hanging leg raises and rope crunches, but I didn't have anything left in the engine.

Take a rest day, get in some good nutrition (Maybe a Dose or two of BCAA) and you will be ready to Kill It on Monday!!

How do/did you dose Clenbuterol (if you've taken it)?
I know ppl who does I think 40 iu or mcg whatever pre cardio. He does the stair climber on it to cut. I saw somwthing online that said i get use to it fast.

about time for dtp/sunami to start kicking in...that should give you a boost
