Hey guys it's Superman here. Just give y'all some quick info about me. I have ran some Hard Rock Supplements before this not sponsored, but truly love their products. So that being said I have some high hopes for this one. My current stats are 5'9" 191lbs and I'm 23 years old. I have been training with weights ever since 7th or 8th grade when I got into wrestling. Ever since then pretty much been addicted to lift, but never really ate correctly, to be honest. Just recently went to a friend's trainer/coach and got a meal plan. I have been on the meal plan for only 19 days so far and have dropped 9lbs, most of which was water weight and a little fat. My strength and endurance had increased more than I expected, but that's thanks to actually eating finally. My diet consist of generally this, two cans of tuna, 2 cups brown rice (that's measured not prepared), 2 cups broccoli, 12oz of chicken or 6oz of chicken one meal and 10-12oz non fatty fish for my last meal. My breakfast is usually some source of carbs either 3 cups of multigrain cheerios, 1 cup of oats, or 3 slices of whole grain toasts and a fruit. Sorry about going into so much detail I know some people probably could careless, but just wanted to show that I am eating and I WILL get the MOST out of this product. Now with that being said my goal is to get down to 8% or less :) and then from there maintain that and then lean lean bulk. Now no I do not intent on being 8% in 30 days, but I plan on getting a lot closer than I am now. So follow in and I'll keep y'all folks updated.

Why thank you man. I can't wait until tomorrow when it's supposed to arrive lol. I got legs this morning so getting breakfast cooked right now than out the door for an intense leg workout

Legs done. Today was a pretty heavy leg day so reps were kept down.

Hack squats - BWx20, x20, 1x15, 2x8, x8

SM Lunges - 50x10, 90x10, 140x10

Straight leg deadlifts - 135x20, x15, x10, 165x12, x10

Leg press - 405x6, 765x6, x6, 805x6

It's time to get shredded. I'm so glad this came in today because tonight I work overnight and going to need some focus and energy.

Just took my first dose at 4:30 Idk if it's just me, but I just got a euphoric feeling all of a sudden. It's like just a really good sense of well being. Going to go for a brisk 30min walk then come back and eat.

Alright guys had a pretty long day at work. Had to go to another store and help them out. So I didn't get to hit it when I wanted to, but the Alpha Lean 7 kept me motivated to destroy the work at my job and then the weights. I did chest and arms today. Tried to stay heavy as I could, but hit 8 to 10 reps. Also I had last eaten at 4 lol then worked out at 7:30 so I was on total fumes and still the weight was pretty good. Only thing is I didn't stay long.

So last night I destroyed legs

Squats - 10 sets of 10 reps, 135, 185, 225 for 8 sets

Hack squat - 4 sets of 12 reps, body weight, 90lbs for three sets

Superset w/ laying leg curl - 75x12, 90x12, 95x12, 95x12

And that was it for legs. I was drenched again. Alpha Lean 7 really kicks in in about 15-20 mins after taking it on an empty stomach. The really nice thing about it is that I don't get jittery from it even when I take two caps. Loving it so far.

Yeah jittery/dirty energy is the worst. Glad this is giving you a clean feel. The extra sweating makes me want to push even harder on a cut. How has the appetite suppression been for you?

Appetite suppressant is pretty good. I mean I had to delay a meal the other day and hit chest HARD as well as arms too. So it does suppress your appetite. But my favorite thing about Alpha Lean 7 is the good mood it puts me in after taking it.

Man o man that was a Hell of a workout. Heavy and quick 6-8 sets of 4 reps. Shoulder press, side lateral raises and front raises, rear delt, hs rows and hs lat pulldowns, and lastly chainsaw pulls

Took my two AL-7 this morning and straight killed the truck at work lol these pills are simply just amazing how they put you in a great mood and keep you focused for hours. The thermogenic effects are just an added bonus.

Nothing better than a clean energy pick me up while cutting. My energy levels get so low and a good clean stim makes it worth it. Glad you're enjoying it.

Very true. I'm not even cutting yet with my diet, but can tell this product is helping shed some fat. I seem to be holding onto my muscle as my strength has stayed the same or either increased some.

So far guys AL-7 has helped me drop a few more pounds of fat and vascularity just keeps increasing. The thermogenic effects are still noticeable even at two caps a day. Let's see what leg day will hold for me in a little lol.

Leg press - 2pltsx25, 6x25, 8x25, 14x20, dropset 14x4, 12x5, 10x5, 8x6

Squats - 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x9, 295x8 had spotters help on last few

Lying leg curls - 90x10, 130x10, 130x10, 150x4 dropped to 90x6

Dang Have fun trying to get out of bed tomorrow. That's a lot of volume on leg press and squat but its a good way to get a pump and get ripped while on Alpha Lean 7

Flat DB bench - 35x12, 45x12, 65x8, 75x8, 85x8, 95x6, 90x6, 80x8 dropped to 45x8

Incline barbell bench - 135x12, 155x12 x10, 135x10 x8

Low cable crossover - 10x10 x10, 15x10 x10, 20x10

High cable curls - 15x20 x20, 20x12 x12, 25x10, 32.5x8 dropped to 15x15

Single arm preacher curl - 20x12, 25x10, 35x8

Seated curls - 25x10 x10, 35x10, 45x10

V-Bar Tricep pressdown - 47.5x20 x20, 62.5x12, 70x12, 100x4 x4 x4, 70x10, 55x10 x10 x10 x10 x12 x15 x20 x30

This was the most insane Tricep pump I have ever had. It actually ended up being let's see who can do more we kept pushing each other to do more and more. Great pump great vascularity.

Nice looking workout man! I hit some arms today and I had a huge bi tri pump. I'm on xgels tho and I always get a huge pump when I run a bottle of it. But glad you're getting vascularity while on alpha lean 7!

Thanks man and yeah the vascularity is nice, but it could be a little bit from my new preworkout Pre-Gro.

Nice stuff superman. the leaner you are the easier it to get that pump going ;) something about it just makes you push all the more harder.

That true, but im sure losing bf from alpha lean 7 helps with the vascularity to:) anyways good job man!

Oh no doubt vascularity shines the most as you get leaner. Just curious if I'm the only one, but I get small hints of maple syrup throughout the day almost like when I use to take fenugreek. Anyone else get this?

Tricep pressdowns - 47.5x10, 55x10, 70x10, 92.5x10, 55x20

Close grip bench press - 95x12, 115x10, 135x10, 155x10, then torture set 155x8 135x8 115x8 95x6 105x8 85x8 65x12 on this set we pumped them until we couldn't lift the weight anymore lol my triceps were so pumped I thought they were going to erupt
