Hey guys it's Superman here. Just give y'all some quick info about me. I have ran some Hard Rock Supplements before this not sponsored, but truly love their products. So that being said I have some high hopes for this one. My current stats are 5'9" 191lbs and I'm 23 years old. I have been training with weights ever since 7th or 8th grade when I got into wrestling. Ever since then pretty much been addicted to lift, but never really ate correctly, to be honest. Just recently went to a friend's trainer/coach and got a meal plan. I have been on the meal plan for only 19 days so far and have dropped 9lbs, most of which was water weight and a little fat. My strength and endurance had increased more than I expected, but that's thanks to actually eating finally. My diet consist of generally this, two cans of tuna, 2 cups brown rice (that's measured not prepared), 2 cups broccoli, 12oz of chicken or 6oz of chicken one meal and 10-12oz non fatty fish for my last meal. My breakfast is usually some source of carbs either 3 cups of multigrain cheerios, 1 cup of oats, or 3 slices of whole grain toasts and a fruit. Sorry about going into so much detail I know some people probably could careless, but just wanted to show that I am eating and I WILL get the MOST out of this product. Now with that being said my goal is to get down to 8% or less and then from there maintain that and then lean lean bulk. Now no I do not intent on being 8% in 30 days, but I plan on getting a lot closer than I am now. So follow in and I'll keep y'all folks updated.
