Get Diesel Test Hardcore and Get Diesel Sunami!!!!

Welcome to my log.

Current stats:

5'7

405 Squat
Never do dead a due to back.

I will be running Get Diesel Test Hardcore and Sunami.
The directions on both bottles give flexibility to dosing. I've decided to dose this way:

Get Diesel Test: 2 capsules am. 2 capsules 30 min preworkout.
Sunami: 2 Capsules am. 2 capsules 30 min preworkout.

I will also be using:
Fish oil:1300mg Ed
B12: 500mcg Ed
Echinacea: 1500mg Ed

Olympus Labs Conqu3r Preworkout

Diet:

I've changed my diet recently to add more greens. Below are what most days consist of for meals.

Waking: Smoothie with Kale, pineapple, bannana, berries, 20 grams of whey protein.

Mid morning: Salad with Kale, spring mix, spinach, dried cranberries, chicken
Also 1 Kashi Bar

Afternoon: Same as mid morning

Post Workout: smoothie with kale, pineapple, berries, 20 grams of protein powder

Evening: very flexible usually is another salad or 2 large bowls of vegan chili (lots of beans)

Current Workout Plan:

Bodybuilding style training for most excercises. I will detail each workout for each day. I typically workout 4-5 days a week depending on schedule and feel.

I'd also like to thank Chuck Diesel and Rocket3015

This brand has been around a while and has always had unique products. I remember using ready for war first back in 05 or 06. That stuff was incredible and im still using it to this day. Since then I've always loved Get Diesel and am honored to do this log.

Today was chest day. This is a deload for me so things were lighter. Took all supplements as detailed at the start of the log. Felt ready to get to work. Not much to report but here show it went:

Took Get Diesel Test Hardcore and Sunami as mentioned above. Had an awesome workout tonight. Triceps and traps my two favs to work. Below is what I did. Keep in mind this a deload week. Looking to go heavy next week.

Workout looks weak but I wanted to focus on chasing the pump. I keep rest to a minute and get right back in. Smooth controlled movements.Would really like to recomp a bit. Lose 1% fat,gain 1 pound of muscle. I think this is reasonable.

Diet was a bit different today too. Tonight I ate wings beer and a steak salad. Definitely not clean but definitely good. I did eat clean all week so it was nice to eat a cheat. Back on track tomorrow.

when you get a chance, let me know (on here or PM) if you have used pro-steroids, in PCT, etc because you should be a gym destroying, horny rabbit on this stack by day 5. I may have to adjust your dosages of the two.

Great workout as said didn't want to leave the gym. This stuff is definitely kicking in. Next week will be heavier and harder. I'll do a weigh in at the end of next week and see where I'm at. Will also give an update on visual affects of the products. I did seem to have more vascularity today tough to say for sure will probably know more as we get into next week. Stay tuned...

Day 8 and chest day. Great workout! Energy motivation both on point. Below is my workout:

I like warming up with chins on chest day just to get the lats warmed up. Side note I rarely max on bench and most if not all numbers above I could have gotten at least another rep on.

Also after my workout today I seemed to still have plenty of energy. Usually after work then workout I end up wanting to crash. Went home and did house work before the wife got home which she appreciated. So I certainly think my energy levels in and out of the gym are up. Also Chuck Diesel have many reported appetite increases on this stack?? Definitely noticing an appetite increase. I certainly don't mind though. Still eat clean just more of it:)

Today was traps and tris. Again felt really good. Was tired when I got to the gym but the switch flipped and it was on. Below is the workout.

Felt the pressure of getting home tonight otherwise I would have stayed longer. I live in Minnesota so we had a good size snowstorm come through. Had to get home and get my driveway shoveled. Which I had plenty of energy to do.

BTW many may feel my reps are too high on some exercises. I usually don't do crazy weights to keep emphasis on control and form. Getting the blood into the muscle through smooth controlled movements trumps heavy weight imo. Thanks to anyone looking in and again to Chuck Diesel Rocket3015

And yes Rocket I'm noticing that effect!

Great looking workout, as an older lifter I have also learned the value of higher reps, I believe your workouts will be just fine!!

The best thing about this stack so far seems to be the energy. It's always seems a bit of a drag working out after work. But so far I've had more energy through the workouts. Less rest time in between sets. Which is awesome. Next thing I've noticed is better pump and focus. These have both been excellent. Will post back and bi workout tomorrow. Will also weigh in this weekend and see where I'm at.

Great workout. I am noticing more vascularity in the arms. Definitely seeing my veins popping when pumped. Granted I'm usually pretty vascular anyways but the veins are certainly more pronounced. Wish I had a before pic to show. Next week I'll try to post a current pic.
Weight is up a bit. Weighed in at 181. Now this could be a number of factors as weight can fluctuate from day to day but I feel and look fuller than normal. I don't look to have gained body fat but again there's nothing concrete to say for sure. Although diet has changed little.
You may notice a few more reps this week as well. Hoping this will steadily climb and by next week I'll be up another rep or two. Thanks again for tuning in.

Seems to increase confidence outside the gym as well. Also seem to be a bit more quick tempered. Basically all things you would expect from products that work.

Great pump today. Quads felt great. Got an extra rep with 315! Not a PR but definitely haven't done that many reps at that weight in a while. Wanted to get 3 sets with that but ended up dropping to 275. Also staying lean and looking full. Really liking the results. Thought I'd make mention that I've had no sides up to this point.

This workout was awesome. Not only did I lift some heavy weight but the pump was phenomenal. I will be going back to this stack without a doubt. The weight felt easy today. Felt like I was in the zone. Even went and had a tall beer, steak lobster and mashed potatoes to reward myself:)

Great pump and lots of energy. I consider this a my fun workout I love working traps and tris.
Btw any reports of increased acne? Started noticing a bit more than usual on the shoulders mostly and a bit on the traps. Definitely not complaining really not a big concern for me. But this could be another sign of the products effectiveness. Weight was at 182. Will see where it's at tomorrow at the same time to see if it's just a fluke. Definitely don't seem to have gained any bf. But generally I have been looking fuller so this is pretty cool. Will update tomorrow.

its really hard to say just one- imo they are so versatile - its actually one of the few bands that i can hit play on and just listen to the whole album.

Can't say I have a fav either. Really like "Island"and "Atlas" from their newest album. I still think "in keeping secrets of silent earth 3" was definitely their best album. Although they have matured since then and grown so all their albums are good.

They are one of the few bands with moderate success within the last 10 years that know how to play a guitar btw.

totally agree with the the mature comment, to see how far some bands have come- not sure if your a soundgarden fan, but go listen to Ultramega OK then king animal. when you have bands like that who are still around vs all this crap this is out now,blaa-
im in NJ and getting a rock station is impossible, sirius xm or phone is the only way now.

i like adele, but come on. how many versions of hello can 1 station make? who the hell needs 34 versions of the remixed dub bass club level version of hello?

Soundgarden is great. Can't say I'm a huge fan as I don't own any albums. But I've always liked them.

I know what you mean. That's why I don't listen to the radio. Can never find a decent station. Most of the music I like is on my iPod if there's a new album that comes out or new band I like I just buy it.

Ok so went up in weight on most exercises this week. Wanted to see how it went. Again as mentioned had a nice pump chest was extremely full at the end of the workout. Felt great. Obviously without bloodwork there's no way knowing for sure that my t levels are higher. But IF we could gauge things strictly on feel I would confidently say they are up. This has been a great run. Hate seeing the bottles getting closer to empty:(

Had to lighten the weight on squats. Lower back was in pain. Probably shouldn't have squatted at all but I can't help myself. Pushed through the pain. Was still a great workout as usual pump was there and still felt strong despite the pain. I didn't feel like doing that third set of 275 but did it anyway. The strength and endurance was easily there but so was pain. Went to the Chiro and got adjusted. So hope to be good as new for back day.

Almost out of DTH, just a few days left and depression is setting in:(
