Running a PPL workout 6x a week and hopefully get some time to add in some cardio. I stepped on the scale at 258 today and will get down to 230 and re evaluate where I'm at. Just finished a solid bulk and time to look good for the spring. Today is day 3 workout for me so it's legs with shoulders and abs

Little bit about myself - been training for years and I am a police academy instructor. I was in a bad car accident last year that I was lucky to walk out of. I have a torn shoulder, 5 herniated discs,3 bulging discs , messed up knee and other crap I can't say the names of lol. But I get it in 6 days a week and will be better than before

Yesterday's session

I used one scoop of extreme shock - do not want extreme pumps on leg day lol

Flavor - not feeling it but will try different water levels. It can change it drastically.
Pumps - will note on upper body day
Energy- solid at one scoop will see when I use a higher dose
Focus - decent at this dose

2 servings of beta lean
Energy was good and appetite suppression was ok but I'm always hungry even on EC stack lol

Testavar 6 servings before bed since it has zma in it. Slept great so can't complain there.

Xtreme delivers crazy pumps on bicep days. I could not even bend my arm all the way in due to the bi's being so swollen and full.
Betalean has been keeping my appetite at bay pretty well but diet sucks these 2 Weeks due to work assignments.
Still taking all testavar pills at night and other than slightly increased better sleep not much else.

Final thoughts


Xtreme shock 8/10
Using 2 scoops seems to be my sweet spot with Xtreme shock. The flavor was very enjoyable and easy to drink upwards of 6x a week. Pumps on push and pull days where very solid but wished they would last longer. The energy was there but i like s higher stim and at 2 scoops the 400 mg hit me good but not great.

Testavar- 6/10
I'm a huge fan of natty test boosters and this one did not deliver much except for a little better sleep. It gave me some GI issues at times when taking full dose before bed.

BetaLean- 8/10
Really good at what it's sopposed to do , deliver energy and appetite suppression. Both where pretty good and was even better when I added a ephedra tab to it

ANSI is making some great products these days and this line up is solid.
