Thanks to ddubbs for this awesome opportunity to log this stack from ANSI. Looking forward to some skin splitting pumps, testosterone jacked and fat melting off with this trifecta of powerful supps from ANSI.

Started Testavar-HD 4 nights ago .... taking 6 caps at bedtime.
Gonna hit the iron tonight and get pumped up with Xtreme Shock NO. One of the best, low stimmed pre workout I have seen in a while. Not a huge fan of overly stimmed preworkouts because they are counterproductive in my opinion .... got one session under my belt already with this stuff and I'm really lovin it! Great focus, energy and pumps without that cracked out feeling a lot of the other highly stimmed preworkouts give ya.

I will post up stats and details as I go along. Got t-minus 1 hour till Iron Therapy time.

Feeling great this morning! 5 days into Testavar-HD and I do believe its having an effect ;) This is not my first rodeo ... used ZMA many times over the years and the same goes for DAA but the synergistic effect of the two and the other ingredients in this product are working very nicely.
And I am loving the Xtreme Shock NO pre-workout. Perfect amount of energy with intense focus and endurance .... and the pump is incredible!

Today was a high kCal high Carb day .... been on a cut for the past 4 months and have noticed a dip in my metabolism so I have ramped up the kCals and Carbs a bit for the next week or so to get the fire burning again.
I haven't tossed the Betalean-SCA into the mix just yet as I have been on a little break from heavy stims like synephrine ..... planning on tossing this one in sometime mid next week.

So far just one scoop ... I may increase that as I go along. How many scoops is the typical protocol?

The Beta-Lean is a very light stim great fatburning but not a heavy stim
I realize that .... read the label. However I committed to staying away from Synephrine for two weeks so I will start the Betalean probably on Wednesday next week. I had been taking a preworkout from another company that had quite a bit of Synephrine in it .... and I used that religiously 4 days a week for the past year so this stim break is well overdue. Plus after 2 weeks off the product will work that much better .... tolerance being readjusted again. Looking forward to adding that in next week and cutting some more fat

Yes good Idea Try 2 scoops of the shock like on an arm or leg day when you can really feel the pump

Did 1.5 scoops for last nights session. Back/Biceps Got an amazing pump! Really felt it in my biceps after several rounds of 21's ;) Lovin this stuff!

Took a scoop and a half of Xtreme Shock NO. Got a nice pump. Gonna try 2 scoops tomorrow for Back/Biceps session. Loving this stuff ... perfect focus and just the right amount of energy. Endurance is way up with this pre ... didn't want to stop tonight.

Sleeping great with the Testavar also ... gotta love the mix of ZMA and DAA. I am feeling that testosterone increase .... got the morning wood going strong ;)

Here is a pic I took right after training. Still on my cut ... Got some more to lose around the lower abdomen before I hop back on the bulk and dig into my stash of goodies ;) I have lost a little muscle on this cut hence me upping the kCal's for a week last week but now I am back down to the 2500 range ... planning on staying on this cut for the duration of this log.

This is me when I was just about 3 weeks into my cut .... I think I have lost a little off my traps since then .... Think I dipped the kCals too low for a while. However, in about 3-4 weeks I will shift gears and do a nice controlled bulk session .... been waiting a long time to dive into my stash of goodies and I think I have this next run planned out very nicely

Thanks. I always hate being on a cut right about this point ... 3-4 months in .... when I notice some muscle loss and at the same time the fat loss has stalled or slowed down. Looking at the two pics right now I think I have lost too much muscle during this cutting cycle. However, I am gonna stick to my plan ... 5 months total on a slow cut before breaking out the goodies and getting back on the gain train ;)
Thanks to ANSI for all the recent help .... my testosterone dropped significantly over the last few weeks of cutting (pretty typical towards the end of a caloric deficit run for me) but Testavar has helped greatly with that. Loving the Xtreme Shock NO also ..... providing some great training sessions while in a caloric deficit! I am going to start the Betalean tomorrow and see how that helps with the last bit of this cut. Probably exactly what I need to finish off strong. I usually don't rely on fat burners or thermogenics while cutting as they have not proven too effective for me in the past .... and the high stimulant effects on cortisol levels have been counterproductive. That being said the ingredient profile of Betalean seems promising as it doesn't appear to be solely reliant on heavy stimulants to create that 'cracked out' feeling .... Can't wait to see how it works.

Did 2 scoops of Xtreme Shock NO ..... and man! that was the sweat spot for sure! Being that I am a large mammal (6'5" 255lbs) I generally need a larger dose of just about everything .... and 2 scoops is just about perfect! Really feeling the Testavar at this point. Got the vivid dreams goin on that is typical of ZMA and the DAA is doing its thing .... my lady can testify to that one ;) I started the Betalean on Wednesday morning also .... I am liking this one as well .... not a crazy stimmed product like some of the fat loss supps out there ... was able to function as usual all day .... did notice some appetite suppression from it .... but other than that it doesn't seem to be a real 'feel it' thermogenic. From my perspective that is a good thing at this point in my life.... Lovin these ANSI products. Thanks again ddubbs

Upped the Kcals today obviously ... I am closing this 4-5 month cut out slowly .... eating at a 500-600 kCal deficit for 3 days and then bumping it up 2 days then back down .... 3/2/3/2 sorta thing ... I need to keep my metabolism burning ... after almost 5 months on this cut I noticed it beginning to crash so this protocol should still allow me to cut fat but also keep more of the muscle and up my metabolism as I near the end of this.

Everyone in the entire house has been sick as hell the past week .... I fought it off as long as possible but it got me as well. Not as bad as all the non-healthy, exercise, bodybuilding types in the house :) Gotta say something for this bodybuilding lifestyle .... it helps you stay healthy and even when you do get sick its never as bad as it could be if you were just another lazy, fat, unhealthy American

Feeling really good today! Strong and full of energy. 2 scoops of Xtreme Shock NO is the perfect dose for me! and Testavar seems to be to blame for me feeling so good lately .... and for the bizarre dreams I have had lately. Betalean is keeping me pretty much on track with the kCal's throughout the day, An amazing trifecta from ANSI and ddubbs. For those out there who are looking for a great preworkout that doesn't overdose you with unnecessary stims but gives you all the other beneficial preworkout ingredients ...... So .... what do I gotta do to get some more interest in this log? ddubbs. I realize that pretty much everyone is logging something here on AM and its a lot to take in on a daily basis for most working folks .... work/family/training ... not a lot of social media time I get it. However, this is ANSI's first foray into the Anabolicminds.com arena and from what I can tell they are a very solid company with some very good products that can hold their own with all the other AM veterans here. More people need to check this company out.

Pretty close to the end of this .... Finished the Testavar yesterday. Got a couple scoops of Xtreme Shock NO and half a bottle or so of Betalean. Kinda wish this log got more attention. ANSI is a good company.
