Thank you Chez and Iron Mag Labs for giving me the opportunity to log Super-R-Andro.


I started taking R-Andro on January 9th. I'm taking 2 caps, 2 times a day for 4 weeks. (400mg r-andro per day)
I will be training 6 times a week. Push, Pull, Leg split. Abs and cardio on Sunday. Workouts will focus on strength training and progressive overload.

My stats:
5'6 155lbs 11%body fat

My goals while taking Super-R-Andro are to increase strength, lean muscle mass while keeping body fat low

My Background:
Im a Competitve bodybuilder in the NPC Men's Physique division, I took first in the men's physique novice division at the NPC Fit World
Im also a Personal Trainer, NASM certified

I will update Tuesday's & Friday or if any new PRs have been set

weight: 155lbs BF: 11%

so far while taking R-Andro I've noticed my pumps are better in the gym, I feel alittle bit more drive while I'm lifting. There has been a slight increase in aggression and a slight increase in libido. No increase in strength yet. Overall while I'm working out I feel good. I hope it's not just a placebo effect from reading all the reviews on Androsterone. We'll see if any of those effects are still there or increase by Friday.

After almost a week of taking R-Andro, I've noticed better pumps in the gym, increased vascularity and a definite increase in libido. Those are the main effects I've noticed. Some other effects I've noticed but less pronounced is, slight increase in aggression, elevated appetite and I'm starting to see more muscle hardness.


I'm not going to log every exercise for everyday but, I will go over some highlights.
My routine is a 6 day push/pull/legs spilt. Focusing on hypertrophy and strength. For the strength portion I'm using .55 to .65 of my 1 rep max for bench press, deadlifts and squats. Next week I will increase to .60 to .70, and the following weeks I will keep increasing till I build up or past my 1 rep max.

So far I'm loving R-Andro. The pumps are still there, I feel strong while I'm lifting, I can push more reps. I'm looking leaner around the waist. Sex drive/libido is way up, keeping my girlfriend pleased on the daily and nightly. I have no complaints so far on R-Andro. Friday I will post lifting highlights, the reps and weight has definitely increased.

Side note- I'm increasing my protein in take this week from 210g to 240g to try to increase lean mass

January 22nd update

2 weeks of R-Andro so far and now I'm seeing some strength gains, in weight and repetitions. I feel really good while workout out on R-Andro and the pumps are amazing.

3rd week of R-Andro and everything is still great. Pumps are great, gym aggression, strength, muscle density and high libido. one more week left of r-andro and for the last week I will be attempting 1 rep maxs and 1.05 of 1 rep maxs. I will also be doing a final review of r-andro. I will go over what liked, disliked. What I believe r-andro is used for. And what other andro I believe it should be stacked with.

this week is the last week of my R-Andro run and I must say I love this compound and I can't wait to stack R-Andro with other andros. So this week starting today (Monday) I'm doing 1-rep max tests for Bench Press (Monday), Deadlift (Thursday)and squat (Saturday). I'm also deviating from the Push/Pull/Leg split this week.I already have increased my bench press max in just four weeks from while on R-Andro and I will post that below. Again thie effects I feel from this product is better pumps, a overall good feeling while in the gym, strength increase, muscle density, muscle definition, very noticeable increase in libido, and increase appetite.

Thursday Deadlift 1 rep max day. I couldn't wait to update today. I love this compound. So far in 4 weeks I have increased my bench 1 rep max and Deadlift 1 rep max. I haven't had such increase in strength gains in 4 weeks since the banned methyls. I'm really impressed. The effects I'm feeling still; awesome pumps, high libido, strength increase, a overall good feeling while lifting, more vascular (people in the gym point this out and asked me what am I on), and leaner around the waist.

435x1 (new PR) I felt really strong and it went up very smooth so I increased the weight
455x1 (new 1 rep max) this one was challenging up I got the lock out with no twitching
