I don't eat like this for every meal. I track my calories to a T every week besides a cheat meal or two (depending on goal).
For the most part my eating is pretty basic. Lots of Stirfry's, lots of chicken, eggs, beef, potatoes, rice. Ill just vary the sauces i use, spices I use to add variation.
I like to have a sludge bowl everyday (protein pudding) and toss in different cereal's, berries, or granola bars (TJ's or regular ones like Fiber one)
Maybe 1-3 times a week have a protein bar.
Sandwiches on Ezekiel bread or kaiser roll's from wegmans bakery (94/6% Turkey Burgers or 97% FF Ham)
I am actually a real simple guy by nature, you just get to see some of the better things i eat :)

For example: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/nutrition-health/273597-what-do-you.html#post5100810
some food prep for a few days.

Thank Austin Stout.. He is the guy that has done my training the last few years. Guy has done leaps and bounds for my effort, and intensity in the gym. I had the honor to train with his wife and him. Let me tell you it will be a huge EGO check on how hard you truly train.

GNO knows Austin pretty well as he is an OL Affiliate.

I would ask him. I don't make his decisions.
Possibly, he lives 30 minutes away in Delaware. I plan on meeting up with him for a workout one day.
You are always so sassy

I don't make his decisions, nor do I know his plans. They change weekly depending on his clients and their competitions. He likes to attend in person to support them.

Only real communication I have is a text message here or there and an email weekly. I hate bugging him.

Day 4:
Day Off
Slept horrible, woke up 6 times, felt like I was getting sick. Think I under cooked my dinner from last night (made chicken cordon blue). Tried to not overcook the chicken or else the cheese runs all over the place and makes a mess. Feeling better as the day goes on. Should be ready to rock and roll for 6 AM Legs tomorrow

Think i needed a few more minutes on the chicken:

it clocked in at 165 and temped properly. Just did not want to overdo the cheese.
