Its time to light the FUSE.

Going to be running this amazing new product INTRA FUSE by MIND and MUSCLE till the tubs gone .... Got two sessions under my belt already with this stuff .... once as an intra workout supp and once post-workout. Product seems very versatile with respect to running it pre / intra / post. Think I'm gonna give it a go in all three scenarios to really put it through its paces.

First off thanks to Marms and WANTED for giving me this opportunity to log this new product.

My stats ....
44yrs old.
6'5" tall
258lbs (this morning) Been cutting for the past 4 months after a LONG bulk that brought me up to 274lbs. Aiming for 250 before I get back into a lean bulking phase.
Been training for 8 years now.
Current routine while cutting is M-W-F with cardio BB Complexes on T and Th. Will continue this program until I am finished with the cut and then go back to my usual upper/lower split done 2x weekly M/T Th/Fr.

Current cutting training split is Mon - BACK/CHEST/DELTS Wed- LEGS/ARMS/ABS Fri- DEADLIFTS/FULL-BODY With the BB Complexes on the Tue and Thu ... this still allows me to hit each muscle group 2x weekly as I have found to be the best for me, yet it allows me enough recovery time to compensate for the caloric deficit I am in. When I am eating on a surplus I can get away with more and still recover.

Just getting back to a normal routine after the crazy holiday schedule.
Did a Legs/Arms/Abs session on Saturday with my first dose of INTRA FUSE intra-workout and it definitely had a positive effect on my endurance .... and the pump was amazing. Especially considering I usually don't respond that great to the typical 'pump' products.

Last nights session I chose to us INTRA FUSE post workout ..... one scoop of INTRA FUSE and 2 Scoops of Whey .... Instantly felt recharged after my exhausting workout and noticed reduced soreness this morning. Not to mention my muscles felt fuller throughout the rest of the evening ... post workout pump seems to last much longer when using INTRA FUSE as part of a post-workout protocol. Think I may try this again as a post-workout for a few days before going back to testing it out intra-workout.

Just finished a nice Legs/Arms/Abs session .... went with intra-workout this time with IntraFuse. I will post up the workout a bit later .... arms are almost too pumped to type :banana:

Last nights session ....

Took my usual pre-workout and then mixed up a shaker of IntraFuse and drank that throughout the session. Pump was awesome and I had much more endurance than usual .... didn't want to stop training .... did an hour and 45 minutes before I called it ;) Really lovin this stuff .... taste is rough though but not much different than plain BCAA's in water .... not using it for taste anyway.

Macro's kCal-3217 F-126g P-241g C-261g Went a little higher on everything today .... at least once a week I ramp the Kcal's back up a tad to keep the fire burning than go back down to my cutting target of 2600-2700 kCal daily.

So ... this is my second session using IntraFuse as an intra-workout and I am lovin it. More endurance ... very noticeable ... and amazing pump!

Gonna do my second cardio BB Complex session tonight and then sleep well .... tomorrow is heavy Deadlifts. Love me some heavy Deadlifts :)

Its not a flavored product so it tastes like you'd expect. Pretty much the same as plain BCAA's in water. Something I am used to so it doesn't phase me much.

Went intra workout again with IntraFuse .... definitely noticeable increase in endurance and pump. Another couple sessions like this and then I will switch to using it post-workout and see how it works in that department.

Here's last nights session.
I train outdoors and have yet to finish construction on my roof extension so I am still exposed to the weather. It was raining like crazy here in NorCal last night so my Back / Chest / Delts session got modified into more of a Back / Biceps session. Still got a great workout in though. Hope to have my roof extension complete by the end of the weekend and then Rain or Shine I'm all good. If you're wondering why I train at home .... not a gym worth a crap locally and the nearest one that I would entertain going to is a half hour away.

Instantly felt recharged after drinking it postworkout and my muscle pump stayed most of the night. And I feel great this morning ... not as sore or drained as I could be .... so lovin this stuff all around!

You have to love such a versatile product!!!!! This is a great one to always keep on hand if you ask me.

Used IntraFuse as intraworkout this go around. Still lovin it .... but at this point after trying it in all 3 areas I think it shines best as part of the pre-workout or as post-workout. Preworkout it has its full effect pumping from the very first set through to the last .... awesome endurance, strength boost and pump. Post workout it quickly fills the glycogen stores back up and shunts the nutrients directly into the muscle cells via the insulin response from the fast digesting carb matrix ... and it really helps with recovery. Intra workout you still get the effects but the timing is a bit off in my opinion ... doesn't fully kick in until somewhere mid workout depending on if you're sipping on it or chug it down ... and usually we are all sipping on our intraworkout drink anyway. So in my opinion to maximize the benefits of this product you should dose it pre or post. Just my 2 cents ;)

This is a very versatile product that can be tailored to any individuals goals from what I am experiencing.

Had another great session last night. Got my training in before the rain started .... I train outdoors at the moment so here in NorCal the rain can force me to modify my planned routine from time to time .... but I never miss a workout .... not gonna let a little water effect my gains ;)
Dosed 1/2 scoop of IntraFuse mixed in my preworkout and then another 1/2 scoop mixed in with my flavored BCAA's and drank that during the session. Great pump and great endurance as usual !

Huh ..... Just realized that I missed posting my last 2 training sessions from last week!? I know things got kinda hectic here on the homefront ... that's probably why .... at least I got the training sessions in! No matter how nuts things get around here with 3 teenage kids , a job, studying for a career change , and life in general .... I NEVER MISS A WORKOUT ;) Without my Iron Therapy I would not be able to handle everything going on in my life that's for sure.
