Tried to make a fancy picture, apologies for the amateurism if it can even be considered that.. anyhow let me drop the info on my current cycle/stats

5'7" 190 18% BF (actually the highest BF % in my life, def. gotta lean up!)
Incline Bench Max 275
Flat 305
Current Squat Max Approx 405
Deadlift 395

Going to run MAXPUMP solo for a week with your basic vitamins/omega 3 fishoils
after a week I will add in another PWO, possibly Creatine Energy compliments of FINAFLEX which I made sure to have peeking in the backround center of the pic I posted (see what I did there) and some other PWO's I will mention as the time goes by next post will be my first week with routines so be ready for a large post, and I will immediately post the present routine/info Thanks again for stopping by!

Reverse Grip Bent over rows 1x12 (155) 1x10 (185) 1x8 165

WideGrip Pulldowns: 3x12-13 at the #7 Hole Nice and slow to my chest, full squeeze at bottom and nice stretch at the top, the last 2-3 reps I would stop just short of full extension for maximum tension on my lats..

Reverse/Close-Grip Pulldowns(where I like to go heavy) 3x12/10/8 (#8Hole, #9Hole, #11 Hole) (Weight just right to where I'm always fighting for that last 2 reps.. ) I say hole because I never really know how much weight those plates really are.. so sorry for any confusion!!

After 10 days I can say by itself it Definitley had a little bit of an effects, after 4-5 days I felt a little more motivation, seems to have tapered off pretty fast though, now I will add in PWO's Creatine Energy & Or No Bull

I've noticed it lasting anywhere from 3hours to lately atleast 6-8 hours almost an all day feeling now I think once it was in my system long enough it seemed to hit a solid level

Just Dosed my MaxPump About to go hit Back going to possibly slam some FinaFlex Creatine Energy for a little boost feeling groggy as hell today! long night... on a side note I'm looking into purchasing the Stimul8/MaxPump combo, I hear nothing but good things about Stimul8 and I am happy with the effects thus far ive noticed from MaxPUMP & Creatine Energy, Stimul8 seems to be the missing factor!

Actually I'm going to change my story a little bit cause there has been some days where I felt the pump immediately after dosing and for about 2 hours and other days where I've felt it last 4-6 hours, I think its kind of been dependent upon my intake as well wether its getting where it needs to go, I'm noticing the same effects on this solo that I notice on Creatine I'll be up[dating and posting from 12-10 to today, I've split doses into 2 a day to extend this log and cycle as well and am still noticing a little benefits in case your wondering why I haven't just ran out from the supply! in my opinion this can be split and still beneficial with just two caps a day as well.
Also there';s about 2 caps worth of powder in here I noticed I'm going to mix with the creatine energy in the next day or two

Well to make this log worthwhile I cut down to two caps to make it last until tomorrow, I'll post some pics + rest of my days routines and results but so far I'm happy, I like the combo of 2-4caps with a scoop of creatine energy for a good pump and extra oomph to push thru it!

Yea, usually I'm up at 5am everyday but ive been going through a lot of manic depressive issues had some real close people to me pass away al;ong with some other crap and I been tryin to fight thru it but its been the hardest stretch in life ive ever dealt with, this last year left a big mark on me, I'll get through It eventually.

hah not me man! Tryin to bulk and get back on the horse after the last few months of stagnating and I haven't been able to eat but a tiny snack of a meal once before 9-10pm at night, then I actually start getting an appetite, its working wonders somewhat for me cutting down a little but killin my drive to hit it hard >:-(
