The older versions of Wyked PWO had 1,3 DMAA in it and the company decided to remove it in their new Wyked 3.0 version.

Other supplements I'll be taking:
Dropped everything else but Whey protein, Joint Help, BCAA, Glucosamine, vitamin, D3. Disclosure: I'm on TRT.

As of now here are my stats:
Height 5'6". Weight 161 lbs Age 55

Max Lifts Starting (actual)
Bench: 250 lbs
Squat: 185
BB Deadlift: 315
Shoulder Press: 105

Workouts:
All my workouts are on a daily basis in my garage gym. They are generally 1 to 1.5 hours long and utilize combinations of an Ironmaster machine and free-weights:

Currently I'm back to running a modified GVT One Lift A Day program after having back issues. Squats and Deadlifts are not kind to my back but I'm slowly reintroducing them into the mix.

I use a HR monitor to time when my HR returns to a point that I can begin the next set.

Feel free to post anything you'd like to motivate or make me do my best. If my weights for any lift seem "off" it might be due to incorrect form. Don't flame me (PM me instead) as I'm still learning. Welcome to my log!

Final Review:

Thanks to Marms and Mind and Myscle for allowing me to try their reformulated PWO called Wyked 3.0. Also a hearty thank you to everyone that followed my log.

Summary
1) Mixes well but need to swirl as you drink it.
It tastes just like Countrytime lemonade.
2) No HR, BP, jitters, stim dck, GI issues or crash. Hang time is about 3 hours (fasted).
3) Good focus and mood effects.
4) My sweet spot was 1.5 scoops.
5) No artificial dyes - love this!
6) Pump was non-existent but I seem to never respond well to pump supplements.
7) Mild thermogenic effects were felt.

First Wyked Workout!

Noticed on the Mind and Muscle website that dosing is weight dependent but the label indicates one scoop!

I dosed one scoop in 10 oz water. It mixed completely and tasted like sweet lemonade. In 30 mins I was ready to hit the gym.

Hang time about 2.5 hours. Pulse rate stayed at about 108.

DQ: Respect the rights of others or lose your own.

Arm tendon in left arm hurt bad during the weighted pull-ups so had to switch workouts! Let's kill abs!

One scoop Wyked in 24 oz water and it still tasted great.

So, no GI or BP issues with Wyked 3.0. Also, improved blood flow for bedroom action. I mentioned this because a few of these PWOs affect me with stim dck. Important to know for us males. Lol

I never had a problem with it but I know a lot of guys did. It caused quite the delema for some guys: sex or use a PRE to help with gains. Lol!

I loved the DMAA version but had to make sure I took it for my morning workout only. This way it was out of my system for the night activities! Lol. Thanks for joining in NG. BTW, this Wyked 3.0 contains no DMAA.

And this thread is officially off the rails. Thats why I lift first thing in the morn so when it is time for some late night hibbidity dibbity....no issues.

What are you guys getting your DMAA in?

Anything from Hi-tech Pharmaceuticals is worth inspecting as they've been in ongoing legal disputes over it and continue to produce products with it and maintain it's legitimacy. Never used their stuff but I love DMAA. But the crash and stim-dick is very real lol

There's also a lot of it floating around in the more fringe preWOs you find at mom n pop supp shops still. Something you've never heard of called Dragon Fury with a flaming sabretooth tiger on the front is likely to have it and a bunch of caffeine, then maybe like 600mg of beta al in 3 scoops and 1g of creatine and it will be $50. The youngins lap that stuff up lol

DMAA is one of those compounds that screws me. I get one of the worst frontal lobe headaches every time I take it. Really sucks because there were products out that I really liked but the headaches were just too insane.
