What's up everyone !! I want to first give a huge shout out to the Performax reps for picking me. I haven't done very many sponsored logs on here for a long time so I was surprised to get picked. Not sure how many people here know me so I will give a little background.
I'm 39yrs old, married with 3 kids, all boys ugh haha. I'm a manager at an Anytime Fitness so I live in the gym pretty much :D Been lifting seriously for about 5-6 years now. I just finished my second BBing show where I placed very well. I plan on competing again in June at the Oklahoma Grand Prix. My last show was Nov.7. I have finally hit a plateau on gaining some weight back. Sitting at about 198-200.
I cut for 18 weeks last time because I let my BF get out of hand. So my goals are to put back on some quality muscle with as little fat as possible. I am hoping Slinmax helps with that.

As of right now my macros sit at Cals 3,852 F 124.4 C 338.8 P 335.5
At least that is before supper. I eat 4 planned meals plus a shake with oats everyday. Depending on when my last meal is dictated whether I have dinner after work or not. Sometimes it is just a PB&J sandwhich :D So besides my possible last meal I am eating normal bro foods.

My workout consists of a combo of Layne Norton Power hyper routine and his PH3. I was doing PH3 but it was to much on my shoulders so switched to just the PH and still squatting 3 times a week as called for in PH3. I squatted 500lbs for 1 rep last week so the strength part of PH3 does work !!

My supplement use right now is:

Magnum Limitless pre-workout
Myogenix Aftershock post-workout
Piping Rock Digestive enzymes and Probiotics
Magnum Protein
SLINMAX
Other supplements you can't order on here ;)

I will skip my enzymes and probiotics during the meals I take Slinmax. I was getting pretty bloated which is why I started them, and want to see how I am with just Slinmax.

So I used my previous squat max to redo my %'s for this block. This morning was my first day on the new block, squatting already of course.

72.5% of max
Squat- 380 2 x 9
Leg ext- 190 2 x 10
Leg curl- 150 2 x 10
Seated calf raise- 4 plates (180lbs) 4 x 10
Seated leg press machine- 280 4 sets 20,10,10,10 30 sec rest

I took my first dose of Slinmax (2 caps) first thing post workout. The last meal I had was 2 hours before that dose and consisted of only 24 carbs. I checked my blood sugar right before I dosed it and it was 110mg/dl . Exactly 20 mins later I checked it again and only dropped a point. I will do it again later today or tomorrow and wait longer before I check it. I felt like my sugar dropped more than it did as I got pretty shakey.

In !!! I just bought some enzymes because if this bloating issue I'm interested to see how it goes. I was bummed I didn't win and went the enzymes route lol.

Thanks for following.

As I started increasing my calories, specifically my carbs, I really started to bloat. The enzymes and probiotics made a world a difference !

Yea definitely. I'm doing a little reset until xmas to see if anything clears up. I did eat a few too many calzones and i was paying for it.

So I have been having GI issues all afternoon... I had a pretty rough weekend because of personal issues and hardly ate at all, so hopefully the GI issues are just because I am back on track. I have ate more today than all weekend !!
I think we are going out to eat Chinese tonight so I will dose it again before them and see how I react. I know for sure I will have plenty of carbs ;)

Buffet of course ! General Tso chicken, crab Rangoon, white rice, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken.....

So today was supposed to be upper body Hyper day. I came back to quick to heavy from my prep and messed up my left shoulder. I took the last week off from all bench and pressing movements. I could get 135 down to my chest on the bench today but still had some slight discomfort. So instead of pushing it I finished at that. I may take this week off from pressing movements too. If nothing else I will do legs and arms all week :D


I dosed the Slinmax before eating Chinese last night. I was bloated for awhile, but I don't normally eat that much either. Also dosing it closer to my meal seemed to help with the GI issues. I woke up feeling a little tighter than normal this morning but don't know whether it was from all the extra carbs of the Slinmax, or maybe both?

Good food choices, minus the white rice. Pork fried rice is where it's at!

How close to bed time did you have the carbs and SlinMax? I know when I dose with my pre bed meal, about 45 minutes pre bed, I seem a little tighter the next morning opposed to if I have carbs without SlinMax.

I only have 24g carbs with breakfast so I haven't dosed the Slinmax preworkout yet. I will up them one day this week and try it.
Today's workout was legs again. I will do them on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Leg Day 77.5% of max

Squats- 405 3 sets 7
Leg ext- 200 2 sets 10
Leg Curl- 160 2 sets 10
Seated leg press machine CALF raises- 300 20,10,10,10 30 sec rest periods

The squats fcked me up this morning. In between my shoulders blades are aching and I think the pain in my left shoulder is radiating down because my elbow hurts now too. UGH ! It is a bitch getting old !!

Went to the chiropractor today. Said I had a rib out of place. He asked if I was pretty symmetrical in my back. When I said yes his eyes got big and he said he could see through my shirt where my back was spasm from my lower shoulder blade to my neck. No wonder I was in so much pain !! Not gone completely but I feel a little better now.

Maybe a few more visits and you'll be as good as new. You can dose SlinMax with those 24 grams of carbs pre workout. I would only go with a single cap though.

Has anyone else taking a supplement with Banaba in it ? I used to take a creatine product with it and seemed to get a food "pump" while I was on it. I have noticed the last few times I have dosed the Slinmax with carbs, I get that 'full, tight' feeling in my muscles within a half hour to an hour after eating. Anyone else using Slinmax notice it?

Yea I mean thats the idea for the product in itself, is to create a lot of musclcular fullness, tightness and vascularity It seems some ingredients need to "build up" before having this effect but after a week or so you should be getting awesome pumps, fullness, vascularity etc after your large carb meals!

Its not just the Banaba, Berberine, Banaba, Na-R-ALA, 4-hydroxyisoluecine should all aid in achieving a 'food pump'! I am happy to hear its working for you!

Haha thanks guys. Still got some more size I need to put on the next few months. I will like to move up to light heavy for my next show.


My back was still a little off yestarday so I just had an all out arm day. I added about 15 more carbs to my morning meal and dosed the one cap of Slinmax. I had a hell of a pump. I am sure the extra volume I did helped but it was one of them crazy pumps where I couldn't bend my arms when I was done.
Still getting the food pumps when I dose it also. I can tell when I just dose my enzymes, and when I dose the Slinmax pre meals.

Then went to do calves and this older lady that teaches a class (she drives me crazy!!! ) decided to come ask me a thousand questions so I just kept doing calf raises while she was talking. Not sure how many but I know over a 100 total haha.

Kinda hate that tomorrow is an off day. My boss took us out for dinner at a nice Italian restaurant. I bet I had 200 carbs just tonight :D Slinmax to the rescue !! Anxious to see how I feel/look in the morning...

Have you dosed slinmax permeable and enzymes after meal ? Did it help with absorbing the slinmax for a better pump ?

Hell yes! That's what I like to hear man! Bulking season Is my fav!! I bulk almost all year round wit my damn metabolism!! so PCT and everythg went great for me for about 2 months and then I was stuck in a longterm situation where I couldn't workout or get any good nutrition for the last 3 months man so I lost ALOT of strength, a good deal of size and muscle tone, I'm just sad about it!! so I'm just getting back to it and starting off proper with a little TR3ST/DermaTR3ST + IML SuperEpiAndro's <- sponsored by IML JUST in time! I wanted a good DHT precursor to balance out the trest, wish me luck though! first time using trest and a transdermal PH on top of that.. going to start a log as soon as the epiandro gets here! any insight from you would be awesome! other then that, not tryng to highjack the thread keep the gains coming bro!! I'll be PMing you.

Let's see if I can get back on track this week. Damn injuries have been holding me up. Seems like all I have been doing is legs haha. I did come in for a quick shoulder session last night. My wife wanted to do some cardio so I came to the gym with her..

The stomach issues have seem to subsided with dosing the SlinMax. And since I didn't lift today or dose the SM yet I can tell I am not as vascular. Yestarday I kept my vascularity for most of the day which was awesome !!

So I figured out the Slinmax works wonders with fast acting carbs. After my workout I took two SlinMax and drank my Aftershock, plus one of my clients brought me in some white chocolate covered candy- m@m's, pretzels, chex mix. So I munched on them while drinking my post workout shake. Within a half an hour I could feel my upper body tightening up like I was getting a pump, and I worked lower body today !!
I guess tomorrow I will definately be chasing that "food pump" with the Slinmax :D
