So I'm fairly stoked to have been one of many to be selected to log Preformax's new slinmax

Having used numerous GDA's in the past, I feel I will be able to asses how effective slinmax is.

Macro breakdown right now is ~50/350/200 (f/c/p)
And weight has stayed fairly consistent (185-ish) considering I did WORK on Thanksgiving. I plan on working my way up to >400g of carbs with the help of slinmax

Training splits goes as follows
Sat- horizontal push/pull
Sun- DL/ hammies/PC
Mon- wrestling/bjj
Tues- vertical push/pull
Wed- squat/quads/PC
Thurs-active recovery
Fri- off

Given the profile of this product, I'm super pumped to put it to good use and hopefully by the end of my run I'll be even more pumped

Let me fill everyone in... I've been playing around with the dosing since Thursday and so far I've tried:
12/3
1 cap upon waking
1 cap prior to bed

12/4
1 cap upon waking
2 caps prior to a School dinner (carbs galore)

12/5
2 caps upon waking
-15 min later 25g of HBCD
-25g of HBCD intra for Horizontal Push/pull day

I know many ingredients have acute effects like Agmatine, while others (like Na-r-ALA) need to reach saturation. So I will hold off on commenting on its effectiveness

I will mention that I am yet to experience any GI distress like in another log that I read so I'll chalk that up as a win

And on that note, AYCE sushi date night with the Wifey so I'll keep everyone posted on the gnarly food pumps

and that's not even all of it we easily smashed over 100 pieces and were practically cut off haha

Weight was up 4 lbs the next morning but with no real noticeable bloat.

All the extra carbs coupled with the Agmatine from 2 caps of slinmax mad for a fun deadlift day

I'm still reaping the benefits of the almighty sushi pump haha

Muscle fullness is fantastic and workouts have been exceptionally well considering I have exams this week and finals next week.

I think I've settled on the dosing scheme I like
1 cap upon waking
1 cap with my preworkout meal (~4hrs pre)
And 2 pre with HBCD pre and intra

The endurance is great and the pumps are retarded

Not immediately... I pop it upon waking, get ready and head for school so my first meal is about 1-2 hrs after my first dose. I do not experience the feelings of hypoglycemia like many people mention when taking GDA's.

Thanks brother! I've had mad carb sweats since starting (at the gym and while sleeping) and the pumps have been nothing short of spectacular given I am not on anything else (pre-workout wise) right now

I will say this, most well formulated products rely on the synergistic effects of their carefully constructed profiles. Burn 24 is a great GDA and maybe one of the best for fat loss. Cooper had mentioned that he would consider it more of a non-stim fat burner because of the inclusion of GCBE. However I felt it was a potent GDA none the less

SlinMax however has a hefty dose of Agmatine and NA-R-ALA along side a the same 200mgs per serving of Berberine which make the carb pumps second to none.

Either way, both solid products

Excellent summation. I've been researching a bit and there seem to be a few great products out there, but they each have their uses (Defuse for those huge cheat meals for example). It seems like SlinMax may be a great product to graduate to, once I've reached my fat loss goals, when I'll be increasing my carb intake.

Looking forward to more updates & thanks for the comparison.

Nothing new to note (aside from 4lbs of weight loss ), I've only been dosing 2 caps per day on rest days spread out and 4 on WO days as stated above.

And this week during wrestling practice, endurance was on point! It was one of the best practices I've had in a long while. It's hard to say if it's solely the Slinmax but I'm sure the improved nutrient uptake is playing a role

I'm older,31 and went back to school for another masters degree ...had my last online final due,just turned it in now. I feel like drinking like I used to do after all my finals were finished like I was in college again lololol.
I'm not exactly a spring chicken either haha. We're almost the same age. I did an enlistment in the Marine Corps right after high school and after I got out I was basically just fighting and doing Jiujitsu.

After awhile, I finally decided to go back to school and now here I am haha.

Carb update... I've been smashing about 300g post workout (not including the HBCD's) with no noticeable fat gain

Endurance is just what I would expect given the decent amount of carbohydrates, and I appear to be a tad leaner. Waist has been tightening up and I am not complaining.

I'll try and get some good progress pictures this week

So I'm nice and carbed up for a fun (and rare) arm day tomorrow...no real plan just going in to chase the most ridiculous pump I can get, should be interesting haha

2 slinmax and 1700g of various potatoes topped with siracha and ketchup (slightly above 300g of carbs)

I've been a bit on the light side lately so I may bump calories up depending on how I wake up

As usual 2 Slinmax about an hr pre workout
25g of HBCD ~20 min after dose
And 25g more intra

All super sets
-chin up/dip
-spider curl/skull crusher
-hammer curls/v-bar pushdowns
It was a fairly quick workout and I was focusing a lot on long isometric holds followed by full range of motion reps. All in all, may do these days more often haha

It definitely seems to show more for you. Have you been getting more of the muscle fullness after meals or just in the gym? Vascularity had been the one thing I've noticed a lot and that's def the case for you as well
