Logging the new Optimum Alpha preworkout. I've just completed day 3 in the gym on this stuff and WOW. Right now I'm running a nice little concoction of Mayhem and Vanquish from M.E.G.A. Formulations and seriously, I thought you dudes were bull****ting on the seriousness of the pumps from EpiTren. This pump is daily and in the gym, it's quite agonizing, almost to the point of needing an extended rest period to revitalize some strength! Fortunately, along comes the AlphaCommandr with an awesome preworkout, and it revamps my sets. So far, I've been able to push even harder and I swear I'm getting even more brutal pumps but for some reason they seem to be tolerable and I can still push through them.

Taste 9/10: tastes pretty f*ckin righteous. Kinda chalky and some weirdness in the aftertaste, but nothing that knocks the flavor. Best berry pre I've ever had honestly

Today was bad. It was legs, and even after the first set, my lower back was completely pumped, and about 5 sets in, i was practically close to being incapacitated and was completely unable to go back up in reps. I had to move on, and after i did some on the leg ext, i was only able to work on my calves before i was unable to do sh!t.

I just want to say that I highly doubt my workout was bad due to the pre. Pretty sure it's the trenavar. I've had back problems in the past and pretty raw back pumps, but the back pumps on trenavar HOLY F*CK. The pre definitely kept me focused through everything, though realizing your own mortality when you still have the early twenties invincibility complex is pretty soul-crushing. I still want to thank Optimum Alpha for the chance to try this pre. For anyone reading this that decides to buy it, use more water than the canister suggests. It's just a tip.

Yesterday was chest and tris, and after the first exercise, i started to develop some tendonitis apparently.

Incline db press

(Had a spotter but wanted to make sure it was all me on the last set. I needed help.)

Alrighty people. After 20 days of leave I'm back. Had a lot I needed to use. Decided it'd be better for me to wait until I had something of substance to post before giving another, so here it is. I'm back in the game and I decided to try and give a cut another try. I never succeed too well because, to be quite honest, I love me a motherf*ckin cheeseburger. And carbs. So I decided to start on Kris Gethin's 4weeks2shred yesterday, and in just a sec I'll post the results. I ran vanquished and mayhem simultaneously and ended up with between 15 and 20 lbs of lean gains. Unfortunately, my nutrition wasn't entirely clean, so I didn't live up to the fullest potential, but i still made excellent progress. The mental side of the stack definitely took me for a turn, due to my BPD, but the aggression and anger I felt on this **** was manageable

Thought about doing cardio, but I was definitely dying after that shrugs session on top of the shoulders and tricep work lol. Will be starting a cycle of Tri-Mental from Swole Labs within a week or 2, but not sure if I can wait that long, so probably within the week. Can't wait! Alpha-1, methyldiazerinol, and boladrol in one?! Definitely hoping it's not bunk...I'll be running it 1/2/3/3 for a total of 27 days (to match the amount of PCT i have left), then follow the PCT with a SARM bridge into a round of Cyano-Ment from Warrior Labs and M1T-oxime from Celtic Labs. I'm definitely hoping for at least 30lbs in the next 4-5 months!

Well, day 2 of 1 cap Tri-Mental. No real effects that I've noticed yet, honestly. Pretty sure it's just the uptake delay lol. Can't wait to feel the full effect kick in!
