First off I want to thank Mind and Muscle and WANTED for the chance to log T2. I am continuing my quest for 205-210 and with the help of this product it should just further me along. So I will still be running Layne Norton’s new PH3 program along with a low carb diet with refeeds for one meal about every 12-14 days. Cardio will be done 5-6 days a week with 3-4 of them twice a day. Days cardio is done twice the morning cardio will be hiit of some sort then 1.5 to 2 mile runs starting out. Well t2 arrived yesterday afternoon. Took first dose this morning and I got to the say the mint is nice. I've had several different liquids supps like this and this is by far best tasting. Anyway got in mile and half this morning. Tomorrow will be first lifting day on t2.

feeling good. ive been having to remember to eat the past two days. so in a way im counting that as a plus to a point. took down a steak and some mushrooms after lifting. so feeling good right now.
