Well folks I'm here to log the new hemovo2 and love the non blend it has . It also uses what I can see mostly branded ingredients so that's a plus. I was told due to cost not all the ingredients are branded.

Monday I will start my log. I will include food etc but mostly focusing on talking about the product.

pwo . My Preworkout picture is missing but today I will do a before and after.

My pump was awesome yesterday . I'm doing one scoop pre and one scoop towards the end of my workout and I sip on threw out the day with my carbs and protein shake .

Today was leg day and Boy my pump was there

this is 35 minutes in to it . Veins are looking like they pop a bit. Will post my work out today .

My lifts this week have been nothing but strong. Pumps are awesome. Not sure if its from the product or not but never the less I am pushing hard.
I will throw some numbers up tomorrow and do my skulp. Lets see what this pre work out cycle can do for me.

I noticed when only taking one scoop in a day my pump lasts 2-3 hours but when taken twice I feel it till the evening when I'm teaching. Both ways are awesome .

The only thing under dosed is the critrilline but they may have done that for cost . Over all my workouts have been nothing but awesome. I'm going to stick to the two servings a day now that i have done both ways. One Preworkout and one I put in my all day shake I sip on .

I got pumped up in the gym today. I loved it. This product is one of my top products out there for pumps and energy.

I'm as pumped as one can get with nos sets nosx sets and one and a halfs . I really like my pumps. Today is quad and biceps so I will have some pictures today.

Hell yeah!!!! Ive noticed that as well. Pump is off the charts but that my strength increases as well.

More pumps today . Awesome chest arm workout. I Looked like a beast. I lost my pictures as they did not back up to the cloud which apparently is my fault . I will have new content soon .

Monday I will hit it very hard with arms and chest, I'm excited . I will use this for my upcoming contest too in January so I'm excited!!!

280lbs 4 sets 8 reps 4010 timing with nos set. If I had a spotter I maybe could have done 315. My chest is very pumped up as I'm writing this post. My arms too are pumped up . Low rep heavy reps for me good.

I have one serving left and I'm fairly satisfy. The one thing I don't like is the artificial flavor as any one who knows and follows me knows I'm not a big fan of them. Other than that so far I'm giving it at 8 out of 10 so far. Friday I will post my final review . Today is leg day.

So flavor 8 out of 10
Pump 8 out of 10 I had to use two scoops to get a full day pump but boy do I love it.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't care if artificial Flavors are in it. If I had my old phone I would have had videos of my prs and stuff but pictures worked too

I hope I have given a honest review and was to the point. After all it's a pre workout that is not special but is at the same time since there's no blends and it has high amounts of most of the ingredients and clinically tested ones for the most part at that .
