I've decided to go on the quest for lean. I'll be running the fat blow torch stack and will be posting before and after pictures. I will also be throwing in BPS Laxacrine for good measure. Let's take a look at the products

EXOTHERM is designed to reduce estrogen and shred off bodyfat.

SIMILAR TO FORMERON-

This cosmetic transdermal has been shown to be one of the strongest lean gainers ever developed.

THE AROMATASE INHIBITORS=

Chrysin-
5,7-dihydroxyflavone is a well known natural aromatase inhibitor. TERRIBLE when taken orally but as it turns out chrysin works quite well in our carrier. Tests were very positive and indicate that chrysin does indeed work as an AI in humans so long as it is administered transdermally with the right carrier.

Atractylodes macrocephala-
Atractylodes Macrocephala-
Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz (A. macrocephala), a Chinese medicinal herb, has been extensively used to treat digestive diseases in China and most other Asian countries (PPRC, 2005; Lee et al, 2007). Dry rhizomes of A. macrocephala are rich in sesquiterpenes and acetylenic compounds (Endo et al, 1979; Chen 1987; Huang et al, 1992; Lin et al, 1997). Typical polysaccharides atractan A, B, and C, present in A. macrocephala, have been reported to exhibit hypoglycaemic activities (Wang et al, 2000; Jia et al, 2003). Although atractylenolide I, atractylenolide II and atractylenolide III are all bioactive substances present in Atractylodes macrocephalae, the majority of research studies carried out in the recent years have focused on atractylenolide II and atractylenolide III (Kang et al., 2011b). Atractylenolide II is a marker substance present in Atractylodes macrocephalae which exhibits well-documented gastrointestinal inhibitory effects and anticancer activity (Zhang et al., 1999; Liu et al., 2005). Atractylenolide II is one of the main constituents present in the effective volatile oil fraction (Li et al., 2001), potentially effective in treating senile dementia. Atractylenolide III is a possible candidate for the treatment of human lung carcinoma (Kang et al., 2011a).

Aromatase inhibition
Primary targets for aromatase inhibition are atractylenolide 1 2 and 3 with atractylenolide 1 being exceptionally strong with 94.5% inhibition.

Abstract: Ten compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane extract of Atractylodes
macrocephala and their aromatase inhibiting activities were tested using an in vitro
fluorescent-based aromatase assay. The results indicated that atractylenolide I (1),
atractylenolide II (2) and atractylenolide III (3) had inhibition ratios of 94.56 ± 0.70%,
90.93 ± 1.41% and 86.31 ± 8.46%, respectively, at a concentration of 10 μM. We conclude
from our results that atractylenolide and its derivates may serve as potential aromatase
inhibitors (AIs) and thus merit continued study in the future.
FULLTEXT= Screening for Compounds with Aromatase Inhibiting Activities from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz jourlib.org

Atractylenolides are exceptionally strong aromatase inhibitors that show exceptional oral bioavailability. There are many AIs in nature. During my research I must have found over 100 potentials but unfortunately 99.9999% of them are poorly absorbed orally which limits their potential.
Atractylenolide in contrast is very well absorbed.

Sites-
-"Atractylenolide I is absorbed quite well at all segments of intestine in rats and no specific absorption was founded in different segment."

-"Atractylenolide I can be classified into high penetrating drug. Passive diffusion dominates the absorptive transport behivior of atractylenolide I. Atractylenolide I can be absorbed in the whole intestinal segments and there is not a preferntial absorption zone in the intestine. The absorption and secretion of atractylenolide I are mediated by the efflux transport system, P-gp."

-"Abstract
The intestinal permeability of three sesquiterpene lactones, atractylenolide I, II, and III, was investigated using the human Caco-2 cell monolayer model. The bidirectional permeability of the three compounds from the apical (AP) to the basolateral (BL) side and in the reserved direction was studied. The three compounds were assayed using HPLC. The P app values f atractylenolide I, II, and III were all at the level of 10 -5 cm / s, suggesting high intestinal permeability and good absorption. The bidirectional transport of the three compounds was time- and concentration-dependent, and indicated the main mechanism of the passive diffusion of the three compounds across the intestinal epithelium membrane. Moreover, atractylenolide I might be partly actively transported. "

ANABOLIC-
It was a huge loss when Formestane got canned because well....Ais are great but that was also anabolic.
atractylodes is a stout AI but it also shows significant anabolic potential by increasing endogenous hormones.
In one animal study growth was increased by 20% compared to control when animals were fed atractylodes macrocephala.
The increase in growth was attributed to increases in-
Growth hormone x30%
IGF-1 x52%
T3 x47%
T4 x36%
cAMP x21%

Sites- The Endocrinal Mechanism of Polysaccharide of Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz on Growth Performance of Weaned Piglets--
"Comparing to the control group, the PAM group increased the average gain weight by 20.72%"
"increased the levels of growth hormone(GH),insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I),3,5,3′-triiodothyronine(T3),3,5,3′,5′-tetraiodothyronine(T4) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) in serum by 30.77%(P0.05),52.02%(P0.05),47 .60%(P0.05),36.70%(P0.05) and 21.15%(P0.05),respectively.The results indicated that PAM improved the growth performance of weaned piglets through the endocrinal system.Furthermore,it is possible that PAM altered the growth performance of weaned piglets by up-regulating the synthesis and secretion of GH,IGF-1,T3,T4 and cAMP."

Finally, Atractylodes macrocephala potentiates Ghrelin secretion and receptor signaling. Ghrelin increases hunger and Growth hormone secretion.

THE FAT BURNERS

stearoyl vanillylamide

stearoyl vanillylamide.
Stearoyl vanillylamide is a naturally-occurring capsaicin analogue found in red pepper species. Capsaicin is responsible for the hot/burning feeling caused by chili peppers. Unlike capsaicin, stearoyl vanillylamide is nonpungent, meaning it does not impart the “spicy” or irritative effects of capsaicin. stearoyl vanillylamide stimulates the release of catecholamines such as adrenaline and noradrenaline. Noradrenaline is a potent regulator of brown fat which is a thermogenic tissue that expends energy in the form of heat. MANY users notice a serious increase in body temperature with EXOTHERM. Stearoyl vanillylamide increases oxydation of free fatty acids which increases exercise capacity.

. Brown fat activation
. Thermogenesis
. Increased lipolysis
. Increased exercise capacity

-----
Cirsium oligophyllum
cirsium is a type of thistle native to Eurasia and Africa with 60 similar species from North America.
Circium is a phenominal fat burner that works exceptionally well when administered transdermally. There is some indication that it may directly effect subcutaneaus fat deposits at the topical administeration site.
Circium works well when combined with caffeine so EXOTHERM will work synergistically with INCINDERINE.

-Fat loss
-potential site reduction
-synergy with other fat burners containing caffeine

Author information
Abstract

We have found natural products exhibiting lipolysis-promoting activity in subcutaneous adipocytes, which are less sensitive to hormones than visceral adipocytes. The activities and a action mechanisms of a novel plant extract of Cirsium oligophyllum (CE) were investigated in isolated adipocytes from rat subcutaneous fat, and its fat-reducing effects by peroral administration and topical application were evaluated in vivo. CE-induced lipolysis was synergistically enhanced by caffeine, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, and was reduced by propranolol, a beta adrenergic antagonist. The peroral administration of 10% CE solution to Wistar rats for 32 days reduced body weight gain, subcutaneous, and visceral fat weights by 6.6, 26.2, and 3.0%, respectively, as compared to the control group. By the topical application of 2% of this extract to rats for 7 days, weight of subcutaneous fat in the treated skin was reduced by 23.2%. This fat mass reduction was accompanied by the up-regulation of uncoupling protein 1 (UCP), a principal thermogenic mitochondrial molecule related to energy dissipating, in subcutaneous fat and UCP3 in skin except for the fat layer. These results indicate that CE promotes lipolysis via a mechanism involving the beta adrenergic receptor, and affects the body fat mass. This fat reduction may be partially due to UCP up-regulation in the skin including subcutaneous fat. This is the first report showing that repeated lipolysis promotion through CE administration may be beneficial for the systematic suppression of body fat accumulation or the control of fat distribution in obesity..

INCINDERINE IS A SYMPHONY OF FAT BURNING INGREDIENTS COMBINED IN PERFECT AMOUNTS WITH 0 FILLER.

Fat burners come in all shapes and sizes. Most, however, can be lumped into one category. Heavy stimulants. Heavy stimulant rich products will often lead to weight loss because your starving yourself as excessive use of stimulants reduces hunger. This is bad though because for bodybuilders we are not looking to lose weight we are looking to lose fat. Starvation weight loss cannibalizes muscle and fat indiscriminately. Incinderine is not a product intended to starve you into losing all your precious muscle tissue. In fact some of the ingredients even help maintain or grow muscle tissue. Incinderines ingredient profile is elegant and intelligently designed to attack fat from several angles while helping you to retain precious muscle

Each incredient in Incinderine can be used by itself and is often sold by itself as a fat burner and Incinderine wont leave you feeling jittery and uncomfortable like many fat burners.

Often, supplement companies will use tons of ingredients so it looks good on the label but hides it behind a proprietary blend. In Incinderine each ingredient is used in a dose sufficient for it to be used alone with good result. There is no prop blend.

In the process of testing this product it was used for contest prep by several amateurs and one am who became an IFBB pro using Incinderine as his only fat burner. Incinderine torches bodyfat and helps maintain muscle tissue,

So on to the ingredients: 90 capsules/500mgs each Capsule/2 capsules per serving

Each Serving contains (2caps):
GREEN TEA EXTRACT 50% EGCG 600MG PER SERVING
Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), also known as epigallocatechin-3-gallate, is the ester of epigallocatechin and gallic acid, and is a type of catechin.EGCG is the most abundant catechin in tea and is a potent antioxidant that may have therapeutic applications in the treatment of many disorders (e.g. cancer).

EGCG aids in glucose regulationAverage fat oxidation rates were 17% higher after ingestion of EGCG than after ingestion of placeboInsulin levels drop and there is an average of 13% greater insulin sensitivity post EGCG

REF: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18326618

EGCG helps regulate glucose in part by inhibiting carbohydrate digesting enzymes.
EGCG also considerably lowered the levels of plasma triglyceride and liver lipid.
EGCG effectively reduces adipose tissue mass and ameliorates plasma lipid profiles.
It is proposed that the green tea extract, via its catechin-polyphenols and caffeine, is effective in stimulating thermogenesis by relieving inhibition at different control points along the NA-cAMP axis. A synergistic interaction between catechin-polyphenols and caffeine augment and prolong sympathetic stimulation of thermogenesis.

ABSTRACT

Researchers at the University of Kansas feel that EGCG is at least 100 times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times better than vitamin E at protecting cells and their genetic material, DNA, from damage believed to be linked to cancer, heart disease and other potentially life-threatening illnesses. EGCG, carries twice the antioxidant punch of resveratrol, found in red wine.

The antioxidant properties of EGCG also trump fat based vitamins like vit E because it is water soluble and excess amounts are excreted by the body unlike oil based vitamins which can build up to extremely toxic levels in the body over time.

Scientists at the University of Chicago’s Tang Center for Herbal Medicine Research have found that EGCG caused rats to lose up to 21 percent of their body weight. Rats injected with EGCG derived from green tea injections. EGCG seems to desensitize leptin receptors (leptin may play a role in appetite) in the study animals (Endocrinology, March 2003). Researchers suspect that EGCG may work through other hormonal systems that control appetite and body weight that we don’t know about yet

Initially EGCG may cause intestinal discomfort. When beginning EGCG as a supplement, it would be wise to make sure you are also taking probiotics. Sometimes I recommend that patients take probiotics one or two weeks prior to introducing EGCG. Additionally, I recommend a change in diet. Remember that EGCG may act as a starch blocker. If Candida overgrowth is present in the intestines, one might experience some mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Additionally, there is some evidence that EGCG is anti-fungal, which can promote a “die off” response that might also induce mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Taking probiotics prior and during EGCG supplementation, while changing your diet (at the very least remove all refined carbohydrates), will prevent any mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
COLEUS FORSKOHLII—40% FORSKOLIN 60MG PER SERVING
Forskolin (also called Coleonol) is a labdane diterpene that is produced by the Indian Coleus plant (Coleus forskohlii). Forskolin stimulates the production of a molecule called cyclic AMP (cAMP). In our body, cyclic AMP helps our cells talk to each other. When an increase or decrease in cAMP is detected, it acts as a signal that causes the body to do something. One of the things that cAMP does is tell our cells to increase in an enzyme called hormone sensitive lipase—which burns fat. cAMP also seems to stimulate the release of thyroid hormone which also helps burn fat and calories. The maximum lipolytic response to forskolin was associated with a 20-fold increase in cAMP levels.

Translation: Coleus forskohlii (Forskolin) stimulates fat-burning enzymes and hormones which, in turn, causes weight loss. Forskolin also increases testosterone which is anabolic, androgenic and increases fat loss. Forskolin also decreases histamine levels.

RASPBERRY KETONES 100MG PER SERVING
Raspberry ketones (4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butan-2-one; RK. is a major aromatic compound of red raspberry (Rubus idaeus). The structure of RK is similar to the structures of capsaicin and synephrine, compounds known to exert anti-obese actions and alter the lipid metabolism. RK prevented the high-fat-diet-induced elevations in body weight and the weights of the liver and visceral adipose tissues (epididymal, retroperitoneal, and mesenteric). RK also decreased these weights and hepatic triacylglycerol content after they had been increased by a high-fat diet. RK significantly increased norepinephrine-induced lipolysis associated with the translocation of hormone-sensitive lipase from the cytosol to lipid droplets in rat epididymal fat cells. In conclusion, RK prevents and improves obesity and fatty liver. These effects appear to stem from the action of RK in altering the lipid metabolism, or more specifically, in increasing norepinephrine-induced lipolysis in white adipocytes. In addition RK stimulates the hormone adiponectin. Adiponectin is a potent enhancer of fatty acid oxidation glucose regulation, as well as an inhibitor of lipid accumulation.

CITRUS AURANTIUM 98% SYNEPHRINE 30MG PER SERVING
p-synephrine is structurally related to ephedrine. However, ephedrine is a phenylpropanolamine derivative and does not contain a para-substituted hydroxy group. The addition of the parahydroxygroup on the p-synephrine molecule, as well as the lack of the methyl group on the side chain change the stereochemistry and as a consequence the receptor binding characteristics and the pharmacokinetic properties, including the ability of p-synephrine to cross the blood-brain barrier. The lipid solubility of p-synephrine as compared to ephedrine is significantly decreased, resulting in little transport of p-synephrine into the CNS as compared to ephedrine. As a result of these structural differences, p-synephrine exhibits little or no CNS and cardiovascular stimulation as compared to ephedrine. Synephrine increases resting metabolic rate.

p-synephrine binds to and activates ß-3 adrenoreceptors, this leads to an increase in thermogenesis and lipolysis, reduced glucose as well as increased cholesterol metabolism, and possibly reduced food intake. Various studies have shown that the oral administration of p-synephrine or p-synephrine in the form of bitter orange extract results in weight loss or decreased weight gain. synephrine was given orally to human subjects and exerted little or no effect on heart rate or blood pressures

CAFFEINE 200MG PER SERVING
Caffeine is a bitter, white crystalline xanthine alkaloid and a stimulant drug. Caffeine is found in varying quantities in the seeds, leaves, and fruit of some plants, where it acts as a natural pesticide that paralyzes and kills certain insects feeding on the plants, as well as enhancing the reward memory of pollinators. It is most commonly consumed by humans in infusions extracted from the seed of the coffee plant and the leaves of the tea bush, as well as from various foods and drinks containing products derived from the kola nut. Other sources include yerba maté, guarana berries, guayusa, and the yaupon holly.

In humans, caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant, temporarily warding off drowsiness and restoring alertness. It is the world’s most widely consumed psychoactive drug, but unlike many other psychoactive substances, it is legal and unregulated in nearly all parts of the world. Beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks.

Caffeine intake was associated with weight loss through thermogenesis and fat oxidation and with suppressed leptin. Caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant.

Laxacrine

Increase protein synthesis
Increase strength and power
Improve muscular endurance
Aid in fat loss
No PCT required
Joint Support
Laxacrine is a topical naturally occurring plant-based anabolic, that is 100% approved by the FDA for human use, without the need of a doctor’s prescription. How it could be naturally occurring? It was only until recently that the chemical has been able to be extracted and reproduced on large scale. Because it’s derived from plants, and not biologically like testosterone, it fits the requirements of a dietary supplement completely approved by the FDA.

The benefits of incorporating Laxacrine are profound. It has been shown to increases protein synthesis by over 200%, aid in fat loss, and significantly improve joint health. There are additional reports of noticeable strength and muscle gains, in as little as 2-3 weeks of starting. On top of that, Laxacrine has been shown to control the catabolic stress horomone, cortisol. This prevents muscle loss and fat gain and may even aid in acquiring new muscle.

There are several ways we recommend you use this Laxacrine. For people new to BPS products, it’s a great option to get your feet wet. 6-8 weeks of Laxacrine, as a stand-alone cycle, should yield lean muscle gains, with substantial increases on all major lifts, as well as decreased body fat levels. For bodybuilders and athletes with experience, using BPS products, but hate taking time off between cycles, a low dose of Laxacrine could act as a great bridge between high powered mass or cutting stacks. Laxacrine also acts as a great base when stacked with a variety of other products currently offered.

With Laxacrine being a topical application, the absorbtion rate is much higher. It's in a small glass bottle with a dropper. The dropper allows for precise measuring of how much of the product you want to apply. Each bottle contains 30ML. Each ML contains 100mg of high quality Laxogenin. At 1ML a day, a bottle will last 30 dosages/days. The best application zones are the areas with the thinnest skin – neck, traps, tops of feet, and forearms. It is recommended that you bath immediately before application. Allow 5-10 minutes, after application, to dry. It dries very quickly and absorbtion takes place within minutes.

Before pics will be posted tomorrow night. I have been on Olympus Labs Strength laxogenin for over a month and just cracked the bottle on the laxacrine. Unfortunately i'm still waiting on all the BLR products to arrive but i ordered them from nutri-verse almost three weeks ago now, taking forever but I'm sure they'll be here soon. This log is in preparation for my vacation some place warm. I've got just under 6 weeks and i plan on going full blown recomp with a slight calorie deficit. I'm already fairly lean, which you'll be able to see in my before pictures, this stack hopefully combined with me working my ass off, will bring in the final touches.

My Expectations

I'm hoping to continue to lean out while maintaining lean body mass. It would be nice to be able to do a full blown recomp, however if it's getting too close to my vacation and i feel as though i am not lean enough, i will be going back to a strict cutting protocol. If going back into a strict cut, it will probably resume at three weeks out. I am giving the products time to work their magic before i do anything too drastic. I will probably post update photos at that time and get feedback from you guys. Right now i have my calories set at maintenance for my weight based off not working out. So my calorie deficit comes from lifting weights and cardio. I'm hoping that through this approach i will be able to lean out while putting on more muscle. This is where the laxacrine comes into play. It is my expectation that the laxacrine will help me to add a bit of muscle while losing a bit of fat. I am not hoping for the moon or am expecting this product to do the work for me. I'm going to work my ass off and hope that this product gives me a small advantage. As for the exotherm and incinderine, i'm expecting them to cover the fat loss side of things. It would be nice to be able to lose 2-3 pounds of fat over the next six weeks and put on 2-3 pounds of muscle. I feel like that would make a huge different in my overall appearance.

My Training Protocol

I am currently training everyday until i feel as though i've hit the wall and need a rest day. So in this sense i am training anywhere from 5 to 7 days a week but most likely 6. My workouts vary from day to day as does my exercise selection. I am currently following an upper/lower split with cardio being added in on an every other workout day basis. The cardio that i am doing is the stair climber on an intervals setting (hit style). I will usually begin my workout with the cardio and will do cardio for 20-30 minutes and make sure to burn atleast 250 calories if not closer to 400.

I always have a dominant body part in my workouts. This is the body part that i start with on that day of training. For example if i say, Upper Split Chest Dominant. This means that on this particular day i will be focusing on my chest and be doing more sets for chest then any other body part. Every workout no matter what, i always pump blood into every muscle group. I will just add a comment on my workout logs that says pump blood. For example if it is a leg day and i did a chest dominant day the day before, i will pick up a light weight and just pump some blood into my chest for recovery. I find that by doing this, i am able to recover very quickly between workouts. I do not work the muscle but simply pump nutrients into the area. I do not always follow an upper/lower split style and will sometimes follow a push/pull/leg or a full body or a combination. I go by how i am feeling that day and if something is sore or doesnt feel right i may lay off it and focus elsewhere.

Dietary Protocol

I am combining a few different dieting styles into one right now. My calories are set at 3370 right now. This is my maintenance calorie amount. My weight has not changed since i finished my last log and i am currently sitting at 185 at this calorie amount. I have noticed though that i have continued to lean out and my abs are coming in more this week. I have been doing intermittent fasting as well. Not necessarily because i think there is some sort of magic to IF but mostly because it is very convenient for me to do. I also very much love to eat and have trouble stopping once i begin so this style of eating is ideal for me.

So i am doing IF and eating 3370 calories a day. I never go over 3370 and if under am within 50 calories. I am also currently doing carb cycling as well. I am following the four low, one high protocol. So for 4 days of the week i keep my carbs under 150 grams. My fat is set to a little less than a gram per pound of body weight on these days (168 grams) and i fill the rest in with protein. On days that i do not train at all or the day after a refeed day (carb up day), i keep my carbs less than 100 grams for that day. I also never consume any carbohydrates other than those found in green vegetables before training. This is the carb backloading approach and i implement it as well. All of the carbohydrates that i consume are post workout. This goes for refeed days as well, if i eat carbs other than from fibrous vegetables, it is post workout. On refeed days i drop my fats right down and add in carbohydrates. I aim to consume 350-400 grams of carbohydrates on refeed days. Refeed days are the days that i will treat myself to an IIFYM type of item, however 90 percent of the food that i eat would be considered clean. This approach has really been working well for me so far but i am always open to advice as i am not as knowledgeable as many of you guys when it comes to diet and training protocols.

Workout log.

Today didn't have the intensity of most my workouts and it's not that energy wasn't there, i was pumped. I saw my former self in a fellow gym member, myself when i looked like i didn't even lift. He asked me for a spot and i could tell he needed much more than a spot. I answered all the questions he had and tried my best to point him in the right direction. I even told him that on Friday i would take him through a full body workout and show him the ropes. He seemed really happy. He may not stick with it but i always remember how hard it was when i started out and how many people helped me or didn't. It was really hard getting started and the self esteem issues i faced before i started to get in good shape make me remember the mindset of someone who is just starting out. I remember how insecure and embarrassed i felt and if i can help make someone feel more comfortable and make a difference for a few minutes of my time, i'll do it.

So i know i owe you guys some more nudes and i promise i will oblige. The only problem is that ive been working 12 or more hours a day lately and by the time i get home from the gym my wife is already in bed. I promise to get more up this weekend.

Much respect for taking time to help a gym newbie. That act of encouragement and support shows what the Iron Brotherhood is all about. Good chance he will make it a lifestyle. Repped.

I got off work early today. Think the shop owner was feeling burnt out from all the o t we've been working lately so we only worked 9 hours today. I decided therefore to do some cardio again today because i had extra time and why not

Workout log
Stairmaster level 8 of 9 fat burner mode 29 minutes 29 seconds for 401 calories

Lower split

Split squat otherwise known as barbell lunges per leg sets
160*12
160*12
185*12
185*12
185*12

I did these very easily, my strength has definitely increased alot since starting laxacrine however so have my calories. A side note on that later
Leg press
388*pump
388*pump
658*8
568*11
478*15

Lying leg raises
125*12
125*12
125*12
125*12
I don't seem to be cramping up from these lately
Super set
Leg extensions
165*15
175*12
175*12
175*12

Calf raises 3 sets seated to fail with 35 plate on each side

Ab work

Machine crunches
100*12
120*8
80*15
100*10
70* fail

Hanging leg raises to fail and then knee raises to fail*3 sets

Cable crunches
80*fail for 4 sets

I was looking very lean today. I could see alot more ab definition then normal and today at work i noticed my pants were loose and i had to go up a hole on my belt. All the while i have increased my calories over the last i guess almost two weeks now from my lowest of 2500. I think im still losing weight at 3370 calories. I think it has alot to do with the cardio. Ive really been pushing it hard. I decided to weigh myself and the scale said 180. This was post workout after drinking a ton of water. I also did a carb refeed yesterday. I don't really understand why the scale is so low however i think it could just be a fluke. I will weigh in again on Sunday to see where we are at. I will probably keep my calories at this amount regardless through next week and see what happens. I am currently very happy with my level of Leanness at this point and am way ahead of schedule. I would feel very comfortable going on vacation tomorrow. I will however not start to slack, i am going to push hard and work my ass off straight through to the end of this log!

I want to add how lucky i am. My fiancee is an old fashioned European girl. She isn't home tonight, she went to visit her sister for her birthday. That being said though, she made sure that dinner was made, my lunch was packed for tomorrow and there's coffee grinds and water in the machine so all i have to do is press go. She even weighs out all the food before she makes it and writes everything down for me. She's super supportive and i am incredibly spoiled. So yah, definitely put a ring on it.

A bit late, but subbed. Just finished a run of Exotherm and Inciderine. Waiting a week or so to recover a little from the cutting cycle and then doing the exact same stack again. I've dropped a ridiculous amount of fat with this stack; I'm heading toward 40 so I've not seen this sort of fat loss and leaness in a long time!! :)

Thanks for joining the party saggy. Im still waiting on nutri-verse to deliver the goods. I ordered on the 17th of last month. I think this is officially the longest i have ever waited on a supplement order. How much longer could it possibly take? Hopefully ill still be able to get a 5 week run out of the stack

Ive been running laxacrine at one ml a day. In the last two weeks im going to bump that up to 2ml a day. The exotherm will be two-three pumps a day. If i tolerate two well i will go up to three after the first week and the incinderine ill run at 2 to start a day and three at the end.

So this is a bodyfat scale. Half price at Canadian tire. I purchased it tonight so we can better gage progress. I know they aren't accurate

Work out log.

I did cardio tonight same as before

29 minutes somethinf seconds for 400 cals. I have some serious doms going on everywhere except my back so i figured id hold off for a day. I took the noon kid from gym through a full body workout and tried to show him the ropes some more. I didn't do any working set. I just pumped some blood into sore muscles so i could do a proper upper split tomorrow

I scaled myself and weigh 83 kilograms on this scale says 8.4 percent body fat. I know it's not accurate but will be great for future comparison

Noticing much from the lax? Strength, fullness or increased recover?

I haven't lost any of the vascularity i had from my run of epic unleashed and strength laxogenin.I've been spot applying the laxacrine to my shoulder that has been having issues and i feel like i might be able to get back to benching soon. Strength is up but so are my calories. Enjoying the product so far, i think it is superior to strength laxogenin.

Id like to add though ive been on lax for over 5 weeks now, so it may have taken awhile to kick in and this may have something to do with me feeling laxacrine is superior

Nooooooo im sick. Honey badger don't care, honey badger lifts when he wants. I always find that when i come down with a cold, working out makes me feel better. I pushed on through, Sunday is usually a rest day for me anyways as its the only day my sweetheart and i both have off. All about the balance right. I got off work at 1 today and hit the gym for some delt demolition.

Workout log

Cardio stair master level 8 of 9 fat burner mode. 29 minutes 20 seconds for 400 calories

Upper split shoulder dominant

I started with a tri set doing first front laterals, transitioning into side laterals and finishing with rear laterals

15*10 for each front, side and rear

15 was a little heavy and my form wasn't as strict as id like, so i dropped it down to 10 slowed things down and focused on the burn. I did two more tri sets like this.

I then did smith machine shoulder press
90*13
90*12
90*12
90*9

Back

Front pull downs
160* an easy 12
180*12
180*10
180*9

Supersetted with pushups to failure

Cable crunches
80*fail for 4 sets

Machine preacher curls
90*12
90*10
80*12
80*12

Machine tricep extensions
80*10
60*12
60*12
60*12

Seated calf raises
35 plate each side
3 sets to fail

Lying leg raises to failure for 3 sets.

Im ready for sleep. I'm looking very lean today and the pants i bought only two weeks ago are getting very loose. Waist size 32, i can easily fit my whole hand down around the waist. Abs seem to be coming in nicely and holy vascularity across my chest. Also my shoulder seems to be finally healing. Im going to continue to spot treatment the area with the laxacrine. I've been using the sauna post workout and i haven't had any skin problems from the laxacrine so far. I'm really enjoying my run so far. My muscles do seem a little flat today so i think i will do a refeed tonight, i think all the extra cardio is really depleting my glycogen stores alot faster than im used to. I may start refeeding every third day now.
